Hotel looks like it needs a paint job and they told me it’s only about 5 years old. The place seemed as though we were deep in the pandemic still because I don’t think I counted maybe 50 guests total and they must have 400 rooms! We booked a getaway from Guam for a week and booked a meal package, so we were told when making the reservation. After checking in and seeing our room we went down to book our reservations for meals where they informed us we hadn’t gotten the meal plan with our room. It would be an additional $180/day and we booked for 7 days! Call that a shock and a half! Now the pool doesn’t even open until 10am, that’s the main pool and it’s only 4’ max depth. I’m 6’4” so it comes to almost my waist. There was two couples total in the large pool. The swim up bar was open only 11:30-3:00 and the bartender Paul was super nice and said tomorrow was the last day open and they were closing the bar for good. The bar at the infinity pool was always permanently closed. The beach is viral sand and rocks, not real smooth like Guam. Large float jungle gym to play on with no one on it. I slid on to it and was told I need to not get on without a life jacket. Mind you, I walked out to it because the water never got above my arm pits and was crawling onto a floatation device. I found that odd at best! This is supposed to be an all inclusive resort. They do have a few paddle boards abs kayaks abs 1 sail boat to use. Staff is friendly but I don’t think they are aware I think it’s going out of business. If you check online it shows booked full, but I think that’s just maxed out for the number of staff that can handle it, maybe 25 rooms. We were/ are currently on the 12th floor, contemplating moving to another hotel.

The Kenny staff are possibly the most friendly hotel team I have ever encountered. The water here is bluer and clearer than either of the other resorts we have stayed at to the South end. Beds are soft, room decor is nice, and the A/C works well to reach a comfortable 23-23.5 degrees. The food quality + choices is above average for resorts here (our opinion). Kensington Saipan has a nautical theme and the all inclusive food+ activities + staff attitude make you feel like you are on a (great) cruise. If you ever have the chance to come during a holiday like Halloween or Christmas make sure to check their Facebook page for the days they are running special activities. Our Halloween weekend was absolutely filled from 10-5 with pool games, beach games, decorations, treats, piñatas, costume contests, themed dinners and shows, and kids club activities. There is currently kayaking, sailing(guided), paddle boarding, and an inflatable island obstacle course activities every day at the beach. Bonus: If your reservation qualifies for the flex pass (not sure if all rates at Kenny do, some at PIC do not) you can take the free shuttle or drive down to play at the PIC pool and water park for FREE for the day! The lite package includes breakfast and dinner. Adding lunch is a good option if you don’t have a rental car to go search for food because the only thing within walking distance are a couple of markets. The room fridge is small and is really only big enough to hold the free items they stock each day (2 beer, 3-4 water, 2 soda, and a snack). If you do get a rental car, the hotel is very convenient to explore all the sights on the North tip of the island in around 4 hours at your own pace. Bring your own snacks and drinks from the store (an I❤️Saipan shop) at the hotel, we didn’t see any markets or shops.

Broken shower head, broken electric kettles, broken bathroom door.. and elevators stopped operating in our last stay, we had to hand carry our 2 heavy luggages using stair from 14th floor all the way to the lobby. so much for the Five star hotel. I asked the management politely to change the room But didn't get it. Worst experience ever in this beautiful island. Although the Staffs are very kind and enthusiastic, the way the management handles customer and how poorly facility is maintained, i d never stay here in future. Ever!

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. Walking into the lobby is very dramatic with the open design, marble floors and the vista out to the pool and beach. The staff is attentive and very helpful. Great stay so far!

If there was a negative star I would give it. If I could choose between a maggot infested cardboard box located at the landfill and one of kensingtons premium rooms, I'd choose the cardboard box because I would actually have some decent service. I had a horrible experience during new years eve. I booked a premium package for the new years eve party and was denied access to it. The next day, after the party ended, I was notified that I actually had access to the party. The front desk was not friendly and turned me away. If you want to spend money here, I suggest just going to the Hyatt where there is actually amazing service.

Well I didn't stay there for anything but the job fair but the view was amazing, the building got me excited just by looking at it, and the pool looks great.

Stayed here for my daughter's birthday. Great service and relaxing environment. The kids loved the water slides and pools. Nice large hot tub too. They offer guided sailing trips on a hobie cat sailboat which was a lot of fun as well. recommended

Room is spacious, clean, and the snacks and beverages in the fridge are free! All the rooms have an ocean view from behind and mountain view at entry, it's amazing! Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Great experience everytime! Thank you Kensington!

Our deluxe room was directly across the hall from a service door that would screech & then SLAM shut every time it was opened. We notified management and suggested oil, and adjusting the hinges so the door would slowly close. Management oiled the door, and then it swung closed even faster and louder. On the 2nd day, air conditioning stopped working. Notified the front desk when we went out for the day. Came back 7 hours later and someone had set the room temp at 18 degrees C. But, room temp still showed 24 degrees C. Clearly, they turned the temp down but didn’t check to see if it was working. I had the temp set at 21 degrees C all night, and room never dropped below 24 degrees C. Also, not really all inclusive for meals. There is a $65 per person service charge for 1 of the 2 restaurants. So, really, you just get a buffet at every meal. Great location. But, poor service and poor facilities. Not worth the money.

We loved our time at the Kensington. We paid for the Saipan Flex, and it was worth it! It applies when you stay more than three days, and you can visit The PIC and the Coral Beach Resorts for the day with a shuttle service. The restaurants rotate each day, which gives you a different view of the meals so you don’t get tired. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! The beds were so comfy and the decor really cute.

no options as far as dining. you will be stuck with what they offer that night. Mostly cater to Koreans that the hotel is more of a Korea vibe rather than an island vibe.

This hotel is good for family. It is a little far from downtown but good place for rest. If you stay more than 3 nights, you can get more advantage and experience.
