top notch, best dessert on island. you can’t find them anywhere else. other things we tried that are amazing is definitely the pizzas. you can see the chef freshly making the pizza, from the toppings into the oven. Even the freshly made salad with chicken breast. Love the loco moco too! Amazing and delicious food that we never had elsewhere

Bubble waffles with ice cream and lots of toppings. The mini sized waffle bowls are pretty big, enough for 2 to share. Friendly staff as well. Great place for dessert in Saipan.

Delicious ice cream. Fluffy waffles made in front of you. The service was great. A couple guys were on their first day and seemed nervous. They made our waffles perfectly. I told them I would not have known it was their first day just by how it looked when it was ready. You have to try this place!!!

PANDA HOUSE WOWFULLS!!!! This is definitely the BEST place to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings and get a delicious bite to eat! You have got to try their mini waffles topped with ice cream and their pizzas are topped with cheesy goodness!!! We have eaten here 2 days in a row😋🤗

The ice cream waffles and shakes are delicious. But we tried the food and it was not good. The Caesar dressing for the salad tasted like plastic or some kind of off putting chemical flavor, the pizza had little flavor and the crust was like cardboard as if it was frozen and then nuked in the microwave to oblivion, and the chicken wings had a funky taste. I’ll just stick to the ice cream next time and avoid the food. Also the restrooms are always filthy. Full of cobwebs, dust, and the toilet always has spots of urine and other things everywhere. The sink is filthy too. I feel dirtier after washing my hands in there. The gas stations on island have wayyy cleaner restrooms.

Pretty cool place to hangout after dinner, has nice ice cream and mango smoothie taste pretty good!!!

Brightly colored yet pleasing place. Staff are great and ready to get your order started and done so you can enjoy! Prices and sizes are fantastic compared to other 'hip' places. Keep an eye out for promotions!! A place to satisfy my matcha and thai tea/icecream craves.

Nice little place. Once you enter to your left there is a waffle dessert area. My son had a Mini oreo sundae. He only ate the ice cream part though, and to your right is the Panda restaurant. We had the Bianca pizza ( soooo good ), Filipino spaghetti, salad and soup of the day ( corn soup; not the island style one) The bathrooms are clean. Thank you.
