    They have a good selection of coffee/tea drinks, milkshakes, hot food and some bakery items. All at very reasonable prices. I’ve ordered many different things (dirty chais are my favorite) and never gotten anything I wouldn’t order again. It’s all good. They also have a loyalty program/card if you’re a regular customer. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. This is one of my favorite spots on the island.

    I love how they keep adding new items to their menu. Good customer serve and very low wait time. I tried the Italian pizza. It was perfect. I really like that the sausage was not very salty.I will be back to try the others. They also extended their hours they now close 9pm.

    Came with friends hanging out here in the morning, ordered two cups of hot Latte and an apple turnover. $4.5 for apple turnover and coffee average price is $5. Price is reasonable and service is good. The Christmas decorations are already up. And safety inspection for Covid is good. Have sanitizer everywhere.

    Come and go to get my Choco Macadamia nut with coffee and Pearls. Try it out! My fav. Prefer this cafe over Cha cafe in Garapan. Fast & friendly service. Most well known for students to gather & have small meets, study, catch up, or just hang around to pass the time till next class. Food available to order for dine in as well.

    It's been a couple of months since I move back home. Java Joe on a Sunday morning was surprisingly a pleasant experience. Great customer service 👏. Customers were mindful of others ( volume control ) 👏. And food was awesome. I had Mocha coffee and it was fantastic. However, I thought it was the blended type but all is well. Learned something for next time 😄. Thank you Java Joe for a great time

    Java Joe's is one the most consistent joints on the island. They've been around for what feels like decades and they haven't faltered. Good food and great loco moco.

    Really good, strong coffee. And an extensive breakfast menu. I had the lamb Loco moco and I can eat that every day. Delicious!

    Rather disappointed. While the staff were professional and polite, prices were far above average and they lacked fritters, donuts, biscuits and biscuits-n-gravy style snacks/meals. When one thinks of a coffee shop, it's generally accepted light snacks, like biscuits or donuts will also be there - they weren't.

    I am pleasantly surprised by how good the food is here. Try out the samosas with chutney and the butter chicken.

    Cute and comfortable spot for any meal. They have a great variety of caffeinated drinks and food options. I like the breakfast sandwiches and their curry with naan. The staff is warm and welcoming. Great place to study or meet up with friends. It has a old school feel. It’s next to a laundromat and across the street from Joeten and CUC. So conveniently located. Thank you for the great service!
