I spent 6 nights in the Hyatt regency and the stay was very good. Giovanni's was the restaurant at the Hyatt. Everything was good from the service to the food itself. Giovanni's has both dinner and brunch. The cuisine at Giovanni's is Italian and seafood.

Offers a nice selection of great Italian favorites. Most famous for the Sunday brunch and a local hotspot on Friday's Italian lunch buffet. Call ahead and plan a nice table set up for your special occasion and the team will gladly put it together. I reccomend you request a booth seat for intimate nights for 2 or by the window works well too. Open kitchen makes the atmosphere entertaining. This is the first time we have eaten here. Idk if they changed the menu or we were just looking for italian style pasta before, but we had put off eating here for a while. The service was pretty slow to start, which is part of the reason I gave it 4 stars. It was also really hot so we were sweating the whole evening. It took quite a while for someone to attend to us, but once we got sevice, it was great. It was happy hour until close, which is always a plus. The menu had a great selection of meats. They provide bread with a green sauce that has a unique flavor, kind of like pesto but also a slight dill undertone. The minestone soup lacked some flavor. We kind of expected there to be more lamb since the menu said a rack of lamb, this usually means 4 or 5 chops. That aside, our lamb was cooked accordingly and the sauce was perfect for the lamb. They also had live music for most of our evening. We will definitely be eating here again.

Great ambiance, friendly staff and wonderful live music. Only been here once and on that very first experience food was great. There was big piece of plastic in my penné pasta that I originally thought was garlic skin until i pulled it apart. I'm not crazy about it so it's no problem. Lovely place nonetheless!

Ok place. Fancy setting, live band played while we ate. Food was good but portions were small. Service just ok, we had to wait a really long time for the bill and then again to pay, wasn't very crowded at the time either.

Teppanyaki was impressive. Great food and awesome services.

All u can eat buffet!! The foods were all good, especially the build your own salad and other great stuff

For being such a 'nice' place the service was horrible. The waitress only came by twice. Once for ordering and 2nd to bring the food. The anitpasti bar was empty and never refilled and niether was my iced tea. The aged steak was great but it would have been nice to have a drink to wash it down with.

Definitely my worst dining experience in Saipan over 5 days. Ordered an appetizer, a soup, a pizza, and 2 mains for dinner, and sadly almost everything was as disappointing as the service (it was 19:30 on a Friday, and the place wasn't even close to half full...) Most disappointing was the house "special" $45 steak was incredibly sad; no char, no seasoning, no flavor, no love. I dare you to try ask for mustard too.... I was happy to learn Giovanni is not a real person.
