There is a small island called Bird Island in the eastern part of Saipan. If you are lucky, you can use the telescope on the observation deck on the shore to clearly see that there are many different kinds of birds on the island. But this is luck. If you are not lucky then you can only see the island but can't see any birds.

The most chanted placed by visitors. The colors of the sea near the bird island keep changing by the light and indescribably beautiful!

One of the BEST places to see the sunrise in Saipan. The only downfall is that all the tourists know this too, so you'll have to fight for a good spot and deal with people being in your photos and videos (and you being in theirs). Stunning view... totally worth it. Roadsides along the way are super easy to follow.

Bird Island Look out is great to visit~ It commands a fantastic view~ The view made me feel asif I were in heaven... It was awesome and breathtaking...

I enjoy the bird island lookout every time I go there, great view and you get to see many birds on a small island. There’s a trail you can hike down to the beach actually.

Gorgeous view of Bird Island. The drive there is short but very potholed, so be careful driving out. Worth the drive however!

Observatory on the East side of the island—easy to get to from Banzai cliff. Plenty of parking. Area is breath-taking! A must see! I’m sad I couldn’t visit the beach due to rain.

When it’s clear day, so pretty. Funny thing is, they don’t have that many birds here haha🙂

A great view of Bird Island from this location. The water colors and rocky cliffs make for a nice picture. We didn’t see many birds which was disappointing but still a beautiful place to visit.
