I
did
a
drop-in
while
visiting
Tokyo,
and
I
have
to
say,
I'm
not
sure
if
I
would
visit
here
again.
I
broke
down
the
good
and
bad
of
my
drop-in
visit.
The
good,
The
coach
was
really
awesome,
and
so
was
the
young
staff
member
behind
the
front
desk.
The
coach
was
very
knowledgeable,
and
taught
a
great
set.
English
was
also
available.
The
bad,
The
cleanliness,
I
was
pretty
disappointed
in
the
cleanliness.
The
locker
room
was
cramped,
the
toilet
room
did
not
have
slippers,
it
also
looked
like
it
had
not
been
cleaned
in
a
while.
I
didn't
even
know
how
to
use
the
lockers
or
what
and
where
to
go.
Other
boxes
I've
been
to,
give
you
a
kind
of
introduction
to
the
place
to
figure
out
what
you
need
to
do
before
during
and
after
workout.
The
workout
area,
The
workout
space
was
spacious,
BUT
there
was
dust
everywhere,
it
looked
like
it
had
not
been
cleaned
in
quite
some
time.
The
community,
When
it
comes
to
CrossFit,
I
do
believe
the
best
about
it
is,
the
community.
The
community
is
everything.
However,
this
was
not
the
case
here.
When
I
visited
here,
not
one
person
said
hi(except
for
the
coach).
At
the
end
of
the
workout,I
even
tried
conversing,
yet
was
given
an
outsider
feel.
From
what
I
observed,
you
need
to
be
a
local
for
anyone
to
want
to
talk
to
you.
It
was
an
extremely
disappointing
and
awkward
atmosphere
to
be
in.
Conclusion,
If
you
want
to
workout
in
a
great
place
with
a
welcoming
community,
I
would
NOT
recommend
this
place.
If
you
want
to
workout,
in
and
out
with
no
interactions
from
anyone,
maybe
this
place
could
work
for
you.
