It was so creamy and the little bits on the side of bowl added to the soup enhanced the sweetness. The third course was the teppanyaki of steamed A5 wagyu. It was cooked and served on a bed of onions. This was just an okay course to me, it was just getting me ready for the next course. Fourth, and honestly the best, course was the all-you-can-eat A5 Wagyu akami. Akami is the leaner portion of the meat but the meat is still incredibly tender and flavorful. It's served with raw onions on the side and 3 dipping options - fried garlic, crushed peppercorns, and a soy sauce-esque type of sauce. Any of these 3 dipping options were delicious with the wagyu. Did I mention it was all-you-can-eat? I know there is a time limit for the wagyu portion, but they aren't stingy at all with their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. portions.
