Was fun, but had some (fake) folks attending to drive up the crowd (sadly mostly non Asian white folks on my trip). They were easy for me to spot having seen this done in other clubs / countries which I've been to in the past. Great if you don't care and just want to get messed up drunk and have fun. Just do realize that some of the folks are getting paid to be there, talk to you, and get the crowd excited. Kind of disappointing for me as I immediately saw through it, but at the same time at least they made it fun. Was really hoping to meet some real local girls on this trip. Better luck next time I guess.

By the gods, this was so boring. You're better off spending the money at different bars and socialize with locals. There are definitely people who enjoyed this, but sadly I wasn't one of them. Maybe you will, who knows? Update: I did do prior research before attending this event. It sounds nice and all the reviews rated it highly, so I guess it would be quite a fun experience. Sadly, it just wasn't. And please work on your PR, passive aggressiveness isn't a good strategy to fix customer relations. Cheers btw.

Great vibes and awesome MC's/ hosts!! The only issue I had: I felt our bar tour had wayy too many people. The bars were so packed I was usually shoulder to shoulder with people, and I couldn't dance too freely. If you like crowded spaces and meeting people from around the world, I highly recommend getting tickets though! (I was here for NYE party!)

Wasted Weekends Been in Tokyo for about 3 weeks, should of done this when I first got here, would of had way more fun the entire trip. Totally wasted my first two weekends trying to have a good night out. Tokyo's tough, people aren't as friendly or talkative. Good luck trying to meet people in clubs. Hands down the easiest best and fun way to enjoy the Tokyo at night.

I've been to the Tokyo Pub Crawl over ten times several years ago when I lived in Tokyo and now joined again during vacation. In my view it's a reliable way to spend a great night. Unlike pure clubbing, you can actually talk and engage with the people and the mood is great, also through challenges which they do throughout the night. Throughout the evening, it becomes more party-like and the last out of four location is a (good) club. In terms of value, the entrance fee to the last location alone would probably be something like 2000 yen and you can stay there the whole night if you want. Also, you get a free shot in each location and between locations, which adds up quite a bit. Drinks are 500 yen each. Somehow they manage to create a great mood each time. Just a note, the crowd used to be 50%-50% Japanese and Foreigners, at the moment it's mostly foreigners (likely due to Covid). You can purchase tickets online in advance for a cheaper price. Note that prices are cheaper for women than for men, as is usual for nightlife in Japan.

I think the price is very reasonable since you do get a lot of shots and entry to a club. However, WAY too many people (140). We were crowded in every bar and could barely move. That wasn’t fun. From previous reviews it sounds like they always oversell it. Either book less people or go to bigger bars. With 140 tourists booked into the tour in small bars this also means that you aren’t really socializing with locals - which is kind of what we wanted coming to Japan. It also felt very westernized. Again, not what we wanted since we travelled to Japan. On a positive note it was nice to meet people from other countries.

I had a blast, fun crowd, fancy website delivers on its promise and then some. Thats guys, I hardly remembered what happen later, but I knew I had fun!

I was here for a short work trip from Thursday to Saturday. Figured I see the sights and sounds of Tokyo for Friday night compared to just staying in Thursday night after dinner. Typed in things to do in Tokyo and this pub crawl popped up. I was thinking why not relive my college days and hang out with other tourists. Showed up at 7pm and was greeted by Chi ( I think that's how you spell it) who checked me in and gave me a wristband and a name tag. The bar was cool little western vibe bar called Propaganda and the beer was cheap. Starting a chat with some other folks from the US and then ended up hanging outh with them the rest of the night going to 2 other bars then a dance spot. Overall good experience to get yourself to meet new people and share some fun stories.

STAY AWAY. The guy that runs it is basically a bit of a frat boy (as you can see from his responses) he gives you watered down shots, takes you to a dodgy club then leaves - saw a lot of women getting touched up and the club had a slightly aggressive edge to it. I lost my passport and was told that it was pretty much my own fault and to go away the next day. The whole thing is really seedy and the do things like make the women get to the front for the group shots. It's all fun and safe until it's not and then you're on your own. Not worth it.

We have done many pub crawls around Europe and Asia but this has to be one of the best we have been to. We went on Friday 6th of September and it was very busy - we met some amazing people on the night and also the staff made sure everyone was engaged and having a great time. Good crawl to meet people. The hosts/organizers are a friendly bunch. Not many drink discounts and the free shots are what you'd expect from a bar (mainly juice), but the hosts do great with providing real shots between the bars. Club at the end was a great time. Would recommend for a night out!

I can recommend this to anyone in Tokyo who is looking for a crazy night out. It might not be a local experience but it just is a good time. The hosts are amazing and make it easy to open up even if your a solo traveler like myself.

Do yourself a favor and definitely sign up for this pub crawl! What a great way to see the night life with a fun group. I did this as a solo traveler, so this is a great way to meet other people and groups. You get to make a bunch of new friends, check out a few bars, and end up in a club. Which is all taken care of by Andrew and his crew, so nothing to think about besides just showing up and having a great time! Definitely a 5 star experience that you couldn't recreate on your own.

This is a must do more than once I really did not expect to have so much the first time I went. The second night was even more fun. The staff running this event were so fun and awesome. If anything just go to them and they'll "take care" of you. Will do again next time I'm in Tokyo! Excited to to try their Osaka version!

Absolutely loved this! I went on a Friday night and had such a great time that I went Saturday as well. I was really nervous I wouldn’t end up talking to anybody (because I’m terrible at initiating conversation) but it didn’t take long before I found a great group and spent the night with them! It’s a great activity if you’re alone in Japan (like me) or if you just want to meet interesting new people! The next time I find myself in Tokyo I’ll definitely be doing this again.

I recently had the pleasure of joining the Tokyo Pub Crawl with my partner on our recent trip to Japan, and it was an absolute blast! By far our favourite night of the trip. From the moment we met at meeting point, the energy was infectious. The guides created a fun and friendly atmosphere and encouraged everyone to get to know each other. We made so many incredible friends from around the world. drinks were provided throughout the night and the guides made sure everyone had a good time while staying safe. We have been on several pub crawls throughout out travels and this was the best one by far! Could not recommend it enough.

This was one of the most fun things that my friends and I decided to do when we were in Tokyo! We're a group of 30 somethings and thought maybe we were beyond this kind of thing but we're so glad we made it out. The owner who ran our pub crawl Andrew was so fun! He knew exactly what to do to get the crowd excited for the night. There's tons to drink so you def don't need to pregame and we met a bunch of really cool people. If you're hesitating, just buy the tickets and feel it out! Would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a night out in Roppongi, we know we'll be making it back the next time we're in the area!

Certainly one of the best Pubcrawls! and I been many Pubcrawls around the world, the host are dedicated and very easy to interact with it, they will always make sure the group is having a good time, they also play a lot games with us, making the experience a lot more interactive than other pubcrawls, you will have no issues meeting new people from around the world. Disappointing and also extremely dodgey organisers. Group was taken to a series of un-popular, un-interesting bars all within 1 block of the meeting place, rather than an actual pub crawl through Tokyo's good nightlife. Organisers and staff made sexist requests and comments throughout pub crawl - offering women free drinks to dance on tables to entertain men in the group. Only good thing was the others individuals that attended and getting to meet new people! Would recommend trying other pub crawls before this one.

6/5 if your coming to Tokyo for the first time I highly recommend doing the Tokyo pub crawl. Great way to visit the local spots and meeting new people. Life is all about experience and the Tokyo pub crawl is an experience of a lifetime. If you don’t sign up you are missing out on a once in a lifetime experience. Andrew is a great host ! Started off slow but got fun real quick!! Definitely expect a hangover the next day and be aware of the time!! If you're traveling by train do know when your route home will cut off. We ended up having to take a $100 uber.

This is literally the best pub crawl/bar hopping event in Tokyo! Whether if you're just visiting or you live in the city, you must try Tokyo Pub Crawl at least once! Fun night, games are good and interactive and male host is superb. Music by DJ can be improved. Final club kinda left a sour taste as 1oak staff were really rude and the dance floor was so small and jam packed with people.

What a fun & crazy night! Came not too long after arriving in Japan, and it might be an experience hard to beat! Met some really fun and great people and is easily worth the money for what you get. It’s a great time and we’ll worth the money so 5-stars, but I think it’s important to go in with the right expectations. The good: - Lots of people from all over the world. - Very easy to chat to people and make friends. - Great fun dancing out in Tokyo. - Lots of cheap and free booze. A few things that it is worth being aware of: - It’s not really a local pub crawl. You go to 3 bars and a club where everyone at the bars are from the pub crawl. It’s almost all tourists and no locals. The club at the end is when you really get to interact with locals for the first time. - The ratio of men to women is around 3-1 or 4-1. - It’s very frat-like. The hosts were shouting things like “let’s get f’d up” and “we’re not going to remember tomorrow.” There’s nothing wrong with that per se but it’s worth knowing before hand if that type of scene is not for you. - There are a lot of people and the bars are packed.

Was the most fun I had while in Tokyo. Made great friends on this pub crawl and had a blast. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. I know I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Japan.

Couldn't have been any better. Just a perfect night out! Everything was so spot on. The host we just wow, they are absolutely incredible. They absolutely made the night, This is why the event is special! It's because you can feel they actually care about making a good event.

Tokyo and Osaka were a blast I was lucky enough to time my trip correctly to go on both tours and it totally worth, both parties were very very different, but really fun it its own way. Common things are the free shots cool people and friendly host. I wouldn't choose one over the other. I'd say try them both.

Tokyo Pub Crawl or as they say TPC is definitely the best place to venture for anybody! I'm usually and introvert but the hosts were all so great in making sure everybody were having fun! The shots that I've gotten were crazy much and I was so drunk by the end of the night. 100/100 would come again if I ever visit Tokyo and same goes for everybody! It's definitely a amazing event to experience the night life in Tokyo!

Honestly one of the best nights I've had, the staff is very friendly and it basically feels like partying with friends, furthermore, the other attendees were all of the same mindset of "PARTY!" which made meeting people a joy.

I went with few expectations but man did it end up being a night to remember. You will meet people from all over the world and you will have a blast of a time. If travelling solo, try to do it at beginning of the trip because of the connections you will make which will make the rest of the trip that much better.

Finally getting to leaving a review after my 3rd Tokyo Pub Crawl. What more can I say than this is the best money you can spend in Tokyo. Good fiscal value, but the immeasurable value is the people you meet and the fun that you have. If you're on the fence, do it, if you're already making a booking, make it for Friday AND Saturday. You will not regret it 🍻

We had a blast at Tokyo pup crawl and we would recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a good night partying. But be aware that there might be some hook up events involved.So maybe not that suiteble for couples.

Super fun event with great hosts! Definitely a great place to meet people. The games are ridiculous and hilarious, too!

Would have been more fun if they kept to the times listed on the site. We arrived over 45 mins before they were supposed to move to the 2nd location but they were already gone by then. We then left to the 2nd location (still during the posted time of the 1st location) and they had already left the 2nd location. We then went to the 3rd location but couldn't even get into the door because they location was overly packed (we were barely able to push the door open due to all the people on the other side). We decided to wait outside until they came out then followed them to the next location. We missed out on the free shots from the first 3 locations because they weren't staying at each location for the allotted time listed on the site. We only got 2 shots from the 4th location (they tasted like they were mixed with alcohol and some sort of juice) and 1 drink ticket for the 5th location. We may try again next year but we'll make sure to get there before they start or within a few mins of them starting. Overall I was very disappointed and upset with how it was ran. They defintely need to do a better job with coordinating next year.

Great place to meet like minded foreigners and expats looking to have a good time. The hosts are very generous with their free shots and the overall the mood was very positive and engaging. Word of caution as the working girls take advantage of this by targeting you when you've had a fair bit to drink, if you're into that thing then you'll have a blast.

I had such a great time!!!! I met so many cool people, about 80 of us on the pub crawl. Maasa was one of the staff member, she was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff was amazing and made the experience so memorable!! I highly recommended this to anyone new to Tokyo or just looking for a fun thing to do while in town. Free shots and drinks throughout the night and entrance into some awesome bars and clubs!

Although it was more men than women 🤭 the people were still super friendly and the bars are actually close by to each other so don’t feel like you are going on a journey.
