    The small breads brought before the meal were stale bread that had been reheated later. The lavash brought with the Közet special kebab smelled of dampness. I didn't like the taste of Lahmacun. The atmosphere and waiters are good, but I wouldn't consider going again.

Let's start from the beginning, when I called to make a reservation on May 17, I was told in a harsh manner that we did not have a place, then we were told to get back to you immediately and never did, and we stopped contacting again that day, saying it was due to busyness. No matter how busy it is, it cannot be on your establishment's account. When the thought occurs that all tables will be filled, the service you will provide is certain and this does not mean busyness for an establishment. Because you know how big or small the job you will do. I expected to be contacted that day and told that unfortunately we do not have room because you are a serious establishment. Coming back to yesterday, you were much better about the reservation this time, but it is worth noting that there is a lack of communication between you. Unfortunately, the lack of information received tires you and the other party as well. If the information received is noted down in detail, instead of renewing the information when you next call for confirmation, you will say "Sir, this and that." Saying "your order was like this" will put both you and the other party at ease. Especially in such busy times, if the details of the orders received are written in a large notebook, it will lead you to a more comfortable and more successful service. Did I get what I paid for? I have absolutely no complaints about the fee I paid, because I came here by accepting it. But I will explain whether you have compensated me for the financial service I have provided you. The table equipment was nice, but everything was insufficient and the rice-style pressed salad and cold doughy minced meat pita were a service that did not suit your establishment. A thermos for tea could have been placed on every table. Since smaller establishments than yours have achieved this, I think you can do better with these services. You can achieve better by improving the quality of your staff during Ramadan and working with people who have served as chiefs. main courses The mixed kebab in the main course really shocked me. I was very embarrassed towards my guest. Since he was not happy with the feedback, I could not say anything at that moment to avoid tension. First of all, the mixed kebab was ice cold and had been cooked at least 2 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we had to keep the kebabs waiting for us when it should have been the opposite. Moreover, the garbage shish had an extremely strong and intense smell of coal. Adana and Urfa had become like sand due to being kept waiting. According to my research on cutlet meat, I saw that it is generally served on top of roasted eggplant, so I questioned it yesterday and was told that we serve it like this, asking why there is no such thing. If there are alternatives to such a dish, as a master of this field, I recommend you to offer alternative offers to your customers. In addition, since the lamb meat was not marinated beforehand, it had a strong smell. Having this type of meat well marinated by your masters to remove its intense smell before cooking will provide a much more delicious service. If you were me, would you say you got what you paid for? It was definitely not worth the price, yesterday's main meal services were used as an excuse for Ramadan, but I think you can provide all kinds of services much better by doing this job for years. I would recommend you to act more sensitively and focus on gaining customers, not just profit...
