Very nice location, breakfast and staff, especially Gamze in the reception was very helpful

The staff, the food and the rooms are amazing, however bear in mind that it’s a bit noisy as there’s a club nearby, but don’t worry they close down by 12AM so you can have a good night sleep. I would love to stay here once again and have their delicious breakfast. Price for breakfast: 75TL per person

I'm sorry to say, the quality has dropped unbelievably. This is our last visit to the place we came to love for so long.

First of all i really thank to hotel staff they are very welcomed to us since day one!they offer us Turkish Coffee while are room ready.very clean room and very beautiful panorama by Sapanca Lake. so quite place me and my wife extremely loved it!!if i goto Sapanca Lake in the future i will most definitely stay there again.i read some negative reviews about them but ( They are newly in the business and totally understandable if they have few things not went well in the past) we haven't any bed service or unclean room thay are very clean and they are following Covid 19 guidelines by Gorverment.They got a very major improvement in restaurant service specially breakfast very delicious and great service.they are very friendly if you want to substitute some items on the breakfast menu example; if you don't want to omelets instead of Menemen they will do it just ask kindly 😊 if you want Turkish coffee after breakfast they will. Hotel price very reasonable as well.what else you want more 😄it was a memorable time while we stayed at Özkum.we highly recommend for couple or family . if they wish nice place and great services.
