Warning: never stay or recommend this hotel for vacations or anything else. No need to mention the amount of mosquitos that are at this hotel all the time. What really should drive you far away from this hotel is the lack of integrity from the people who work on it. This hotel hires professional thieves that will still from small cheap things such as a box of sweets to a box full of jewelry that was properly stocked inside the safe deposit box of the room. And when you discover you have been stolen inside the hotel and call the police the manager will try to tell the police that your husband took your jewelry from you, they try to make the victims become the criminals. I was forced to hire a lawyer to fight for my rights. They refused to release the information of the staff that was inside my room and, therefore, were suspects on the crime that has been committed against me. Please be aware that entering in this hotel you might be putting yourself and the people who come with you on the able hands of thieves. Don’t, as I did, get the false sensation of safety based on leaving your belongings inside their safe deposit box, they, somehow, got the master key and opened it to stole from me. Be aware that this is not a safe place to stay.

I went to this hotel on June 29th to book for two days and the person at the front desk wanted to charge us 800 Euros per night. I told him This is Türkiye, why are you charging us in Euros. He said all the prices are in Euros. I told him you do not have Euros and he converted it to turkish liras. The amount came up to 22,650 TL per night. This is crazy. I told him I found a huge villa for 7000TL per night. The reason he wanted to charge us this much is because we are foreigners and he though we would accept the amount he asked for. We are residents in Türkiye and , we live in Istanbul but we wanted to spend couple of days in Sapanca for the Kurban Bayram. I hope the manager and the owner of this hotel can investigate this issue and talk to this crazy person at the front desk who wanted to charge us 800 Euros a night. I travelled to fifty countries around the world and stayed at five stars hotels and never ever they charge this much. This is horrible. I went online today to check this hotel prices and they are charging 3627 TL per night. I really want an answer why this person at the front desk was asking us to pay 22,650 TL per night. The owner can check the Camera when we arrived it was June 29th around 7:10pm . This is crazy and it does not make sense at all. WHY DID HE DO THAT???

I came to this hotel with a confirmed reservation and they cancelled my reservation and ask to pay in cash double price of my reservation on weekdays (720 TL) and when I asked them why they said we are not accepting reservation for foreigners through Turkish websites (Odamax)!!! Some Staff are rude and not professional. I call the the website where I made the reservation through and they said we cannot do any thing for you it is up to the hotel!!! I do not recommend this hotel for staying as they have very small rooms. They have a nice view on the lake and nice garden.

The hotel is very noisy at night. It is next to dancing bar and when ask staff to ask them them to reduce the music. They said they have permission till 2am!!! We could not sleep!! Also fly is everywhere even in breakfast buffet. Staff is not friendly at all. They are shouting and not professional. However the place and furniture are nice.

Nice hotel, near to the lake. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a small garden with some playground for children. Their rooms are of a good style and amazing. The rooms have also international electirc outlet in case you missed your plug. Rooms were clean and tidy. The lake ride and the other activities is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. And there are couple of restaurants in the town that is about 10 mins walk. In the town there's a bus service as well as a taxi service. The breakfast has a variety of food from cheese, eggs, fruits, juices, desert and even tea and coffee. As well as decorated place. They have a vip car service in case you need it. As of the time I visited, it is for 450 TL for 4 hours. Overall, the place is great for relaxing.

Breakfast, location and staff made of my stay an unforgettable experience. We took a swim on the lake and was delightful. Also a/c works pretty well and that was super important for us in the summer days.

The location of the hotel is great and quiet, and the room has a view of the lake. Helpful staff, especially Mr. Abdul Rahman, he was very kind 👍👍👍

Great location overlying the sapanca lake ...it has a nice outdoor swimming pool..u can borrow bicycles from hotel for a ride around the hotel...very nice garden and restaurant food and service was good....some of staff speaks English

The hotel location is great! The room is good but could be better ! There was a problem with the lights in the room they keep coming and going on and off it was scary! The view of the lake and the garden are beautiful! The swimming pool bathroom was really dirty for 2 days obviously no one check them as the were in the other side and the back of the door was full with spider webs! But the worst part completely unacceptable was the BREAKFAST. It was rotten the desserts like the cheese cake and tiramisu had white cotton rotten spots on the top I showed it to the receptionist and he immediately asked the staff to remove it and I guess some guest even ate it without noticing it!! It was really obvious and not to mention I found a HAIR in the sausage! It was a TERRIBLE breakfast a lot of fruits and vegetables was not fresh lack of variety of food very basic for its price. I complained to the manager but their only reply was sorry ! What if I got food poisoning!!! I paid 160$ for a night to eat a rotten breakfast I Don’t RECOMMEND IT!

Overall a fantastic hotel. Very well situated in Kas. The staff was extremely nice during our stay, and the rooms were cleaned perfectly everyday. Breakfast was included during our stay and was different every single morning (we stayed a total of 5 nights). There is a small beach that you can walk to, however, a car is needed to get to the nicest beaches in the region (taxis and buses are also available). Parking is available at the hotel, however, space is extremely limited and tight. A small car is definitely needed to be able to park at this hotel during the busy months.

We were a group of 4 adults, booked 3 rooms all garden view, but the nice receptionist upgraded us for one bigger room and one lake view room. My room, lake view one was nice and clean and so were other rooms but there was a common negative thing between all rooms, mattresses were uncomfortable 😣 other than this every thing was ok. One more thing, I would like to thank the young lady receptionist who speaks good english and has the most beautiful smile

Very nice location. Cozy. Very small rooms. Staff are friendly, but they need to trained on how to deal all types of customers.
