the spa in this hotel is so good,but i had one little problem (the steam room is not working)hopefully they will fix it soon.. the hotel rooms is OK,need little bit attention with the decoration and the lighting. there's no public transportation to it ..you can use the taxi from the city center it will cost you only 15 TL good luck

Nice place but air conditioner doesn't work and window cannot open , feels like no air inside the room ..

Cleaning services poor furniture old Breakfast items are not varied wifi signal very poor especially room 219, parking available.

I’m not happy at all with this hotel I’m writing this comment and I’m in my room in ottoman hotel now I change my room 3 time and there is bad smell of cigarette I’m sick I can’t tolerate this I have breading problem and allergies of dust My body itching maybe because room is dirty I can’t sleep and it’s 5h00 now The room not confortable at all Even wifie not working in my room I’m not recommending this hotel for you
