The hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff, good location and reasonable prices. Delicious breakfast is the bonus. The hotel is more than 4 star comparing others that have same stars level.

Nice hotel 🏨 but the name is Zen Hotel .. price is reasonable but the hotel is located in the middle of old town and has no parking and is old school management, the building is built in the late sixties but is in a very good condition. I would recommend it for a budget low price tag hotel as it’s pocket friendly. The only downside is it’s located in the middle of the old town originally called servidan downtown.

I stayed there in May 2016. My room was not so clean. On the sheets and bedding were some stains. Althout this was non smoking room I could feel strong smell of cigarettes. Staff at the front desk did not speak much in English. They didn't instruct about wifi, breakfast time starting and where it will be serve end so on. I had problems with wifi - very, very slow, sometimes (evening) didnt work at all Not so close to the city centre but the price is similar as in Instanbul old town.

Quiet an calm atmosphere. Self contained room. Self service tea coffee inside room. I drunk all the beaverage supplied in the room. Usually I sleep on the floor so I did not test the bed but lt looks Great.

They don't deal well with customers, the smell of cigarettes is strong, the internet doesn't work, the cleaning of the room is really bad, the hotel is not suitable for staying, and there is no breakfast variety
