The behavior of staffs are not polite and the rooms are not as clean as it must be. Breakfast is also not good. In some rooms, the refrigerator is not working. Mini bar is empty . The location is not too much far from the city center.

Hotel is outside the busy city center of Adapazarı. But the city center is not that far. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the swimming pool and sauna were not available for use during our stay. Everything else was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the receptionists. WiFi speeds and the breakfast provided are good. The hotel is well located with most things in Adapazari within walking distance. Sapanca lake and Masukiye park are near by and definitely worth visiting. All in all, a very good hotel!
