That's a very good hotel, rooms are clean and big, food is delicious and stuff is friendly, I very much recommend it!

Visit on March 2019 Good hotel close to the center. Good ambient inside structure, outside not so much due to the position on round point very busy. International breakfast good. Spa, gym, sauna, swimming pool nice and clean.

Good place to stay , easy access to the city center, clean rooms, staff is friendly (need to learn speaking English).

The hotel is basically good. Make sure you get a room in the back because it’s too noisy from the street in the front. They don’t serve any alcohol though! No beer , nothing... I went to the Best Western Premium a couple of nights, this they have a nice bar and friendly people serving. Will stay there next time.

Good food, friendly, great gym and swimming pool

Room was clean, room service staff friendly but limited menu. Front desk was rude. They limit internet. First week they tell me only 3 devices and each day I have to call to get access. Then beginning of second week, they tell me only 2 devices. I work remote and this is not a work friendly place. They commented that my internet was expanded. It worked for two days then back to being blocked again. Disappointing.

Everything was all good! Best days in Sakarya/Adapazari! Restaurant was perfect! I want to mention that staff in the the restaurant are very responsive. Specially, the waiters, all of them are positive, I would like to point out the guys Ali Osman, Cansu, Gozde and Omer!!!

Fine hotel with great rooms, good breakfast and free parking. We stayed here one night. When we arrived they did not inmmediately find our reservation and while waiting they started helping other customers. This felt a bit weird. From that point everything was perfect, we loved the dinner, appreciated the good bed and enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again.

The room was large and has a terrace, but the bed was uncomfortable at all. Also the bathroom has a bad smell. About the breakfast, it was delicious and variant. We ordered 2 espresso but it weren't testy. The reciepcinest guy was kind and helpful.

Asked for a King Suite, got a standard room that also is 'a business room' according to them. The Presidential Suite would be might allright if the door lock would work. Asked the housekeepers to not enter the room and clean, but I was kindly surprised to saw the room entered but not cleaned up.
