I got the worst experience ever in my life staying at this hotel for 5 nights. In the pictures the hotel gives you a false idea that it provides the best of the services. Okay so I happened to stay there for 5 nights and in the very first day itself I got to know that they don’t even provide the basic service to its customers. I was bitten by lots of bed bugs that too big ones. When informed about it to the receptionist they were kind enough to give me a new room. Now for this room they didn’t give me a key. Every time I had to go to the reception and ask them to open my room with the master key they had. The reason which they were saying was some one who used to stay in that room before took the key with them, which is a very lame excuse. When I first moved to this room I noticed that the blankets and bed sheets very not good. It had stains all over which was very much visible. It shows that they hadn’t changed it in months I guess. I asked the room boy to get it changed and he said it’d take some time( 10-15 minutes) and I was like okay take your time but get it changed. But they never changed it. I said the same thing for 2 or 3 times still there hasn’t been any action from their side. Also they didn’t provide us drinking water daily. Every time we had to call the room service and ask for it even after staying there for more than 3 nights. Also there was no hot water in washroom which they claims to have in their list of amenities. I decided to take some photos when I was so disturbed with the itching that caused after staying there for these many days :/ My humble request to everyone who are planing or plan to take rooms in this hotel in future is that please do think twice before you decide.

It’s near by Airport so we choose this hotel … worthy to the price … little spacious rooms… I have not satisfied with extra bed what they provide they deny to change since they don’t have other beds …

Worst experience ever, Staff was so illlitrate doesn't know how to behave , If you order Something from menu they send something out of it and says we consume it cant you? I have ordered an elaychi tea if staff send tasteless tea and. When I asked for replacement he replied we drink this everyday can't you drink this , I replied I have ordered soemthing from menu if not available just inform me what kind of reply you have, he again replied we drink this everyday.And with very low intrest he was ready to serve again the item I have asked but the way he was behaving I literally lost my intrest. Later Ac was not working again they send same person for repair I really didnt want to see him but no choice. Worst stay ever.

These are the actuall hotel photos , worst hotle , I booked hotle through agoda. They wont give the bill also, make sure to take the bill before paying the amount. Beds are very dirty, bathroom shower is not working . Hotle myda in and hotel shree palace which is next to it are the same. We booked rooms in hotel mayda inn and they gave us rooms in hotle shree palace, both are vonnected intrenally, to manage tax aan all I guess they have two diffrent names.

Horrible place. Avoid it. We stayed here for one night during long layover. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We booked a family room of three beds, but they gave a small room with one bed. Had to wait for about half an hour to get the room. The rooms are dusty with molds on the ceiling. The reception does not answer the phone most of the time. The staff has no clue about the bookings. For long layovers at the Delhi airport, you are better off sitting at the airport than staying at this hotel. The only silver lining was the room cleaning person who apologized for the whole mismanagement. But it was not his fault at all.

This place is awesome. Service is top notch. Privacy and cleaning well maintained plus has small on site parking… budget friendly and food is available 24x7 and food quality and quality is pretty good also very reasonable as compared to other hotels… i stayed twice here…only issue can be location for some people better call hotel before arriving they will guide u how to reach here… google location is accurate. Room space and decor is fabulous and staff is very humble and cooperative

The best part of the stay is the restaurant which is available 24*7 The rooms are neat and clean There is a geyser in each room Smart TV The rooms are small for the price The service is slow. Takes a couple of calls to get things Don't eat Poha 😵‍💫 Not all rooms have ventilation or windows.

Great service and rooms are above average for the location. I booked through Booking, showed up a bit early. The management and front desk were very accommodating and I would highly recommend this as a transit hotel near the airport.

The room was very clean and quite large. The bathroom is very big and clean too. But there weren't any towels provided even though we called the reception and asked for towels. There was a lot of loud talking andnoise in the hallway outside our room at night. And slamming doors all night. This is of course an airport hotel so people come and go at any time but still there could be a little concern about what time it is. The restaurant is fine.

Excellent stay at Mayda Inn for one night. There are specious, neat and clean rooms with well decorated bathroom. We stayed at two triple sharing deluxe rooms in reasonable price. The location was appreciable, just 10 minutes cab distance from IGI terminal 3. Hotel surroundings are calm and very peaceful. Staff behavior was nice, there are room service, homely testy food at the restaurant. All types of payment modes are available. Highly recommend for family and solo travelers....👍🏻

Room wasn't cleaned properly, bedsheets were wet, electric kettle wasn't cleaned, the night manager does not how to treat customers instead of taking feedback he was pointing out our mistakes, horrible experience. Think twice before booking this hotel

Best hotel near airport. I am satisfied with their service. Will recommend to go. Buffet, in house dine and room delivery was available. Very hygiene and very comfortable. Was a quite place. Bell boy facility was there so there wasn't much trouble with luggage.

Excellent hotel near Airport. Extremely pleasant, clean & comfortable room. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

The room was really good and pocket friendly too. It's good for the people who want to come with family, friends and partner. It is safe. They need to improve the quality of food. According to the price the food quality wasn't upto the level.

I stayed there for only one night rooms were too good. It was secured and services were properly maintained by the management. Foods are bit costly and quality can be improved.

The executive room is lavish and well. All facilities were provided.... one major drawback was,there were bed bugs that kind of ruined the stay... but the hotel staff promptly treated it and catered to our concerns.

We will visit this place again for sure as the hotel we like in terms of staff, cleanliness, food, and room service. Rooms were spacious, very clean and modern. We recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Very neat and clean rooms! Good food options (the paneer pakora is very tasty!) It is located close to the airport so super convenient to get there on time and they offer airport shuttle also at nominal charges. Will definitely stay here again

Good place to stay for friends/family/couples. Good clean rooms, good food all at a reasonable price. Location is a bit far from metro station, have to walk for 10 minutes which is the only drawback we faced.

Hotel Mayda Inn is located at the main market of Mahipalpur, which is quite near to Delhi Airport and Aerocity metro station. The hotel is a very comfortable neat and clean room with reasonable rent, TV, refrigerator, sofas table and all the required accessories are available in the room. The staff are very cooperative. Quick room service is available. I suggest you visit this hotel. Very nice one👍

Inspite of multiple calls, the manager at site Mr. Rishi did not keep the rooms ready and was struggling to get them ready at midnight when we had to checkin. Also non smoking rooms had too strong smoke smell which was uncomfortable.

Very nice experience we had here. The location is nice, very near to the road but not exactly on the road. So outside noise is very less. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean. The interior decor and lighting in the rooms are outstanding. Quick and prompt service was given. The manager waved us goodbye when we left. Overall a very nice time was spent. Thank You

Had a great experience during my stay ...Very close to Airport.. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Restaurant was open 24x7. Though the menu was limited, food was good and relativly cheap. Rooms were clean and spacious.. highly recommended

I love the hotel location so much as its located in a street which is always peaceful, otherwise last time I stayed on the main road that was so noisy. Hotel service is too good really like it.

Very unprofessional staff.The personnel who came to bring order or items to the room was so creepy,and they used to give lame reasons for whatever we ask,like we are staying at their house , I had ordered food from swiggy and I heard the managed fight and shout at the delivery person saying,usko awake lens bolo. Except for the one female receptionist and maybe one random server at the restaurant, rest were very bad.

It's ok For one day stay. No Iron service 😞 No hot water kettle in the room. Bed sheets are not that clean and don't ask about towels, better u carry one. I always carry one for myself. Breakfast has limited options.

After a long Kumaoni trip, we needed a hotel in Delhi near airport to relax for a day before we boarded the flight from Delhi airport. Mayda Inn was perfect for that. A spacious room with 2 cots was provided and the TV had internet. We had a great time watching movies of our choice and having food in room ordered through room service. Room service was quick. If you want a good hotel near Delhi airport, I would recommend Mayda Inn

Their room wasn't clean. There are spider net all over the room. The old AC / tv wasn't working properly. The breakfast was worst and you have to pay for 180 taka for a single veg breakfast which doesn't taste good either and have to pay 100 rupee extra for an egg omelette. The night duty time receiptionist was the worst service provider ever. He was trying to get some more money for arranging a taxi. Because of his over promise and under delivery, we were almost going to miss our flight . We had a pending bill and we ourself give reminder to him while checking out. He didn't even bother to do needful to check out.

I'm a foreigner from outside of India, once upon landing at DEL airport, my local sim card didn't work, and a taxi driver came to us, said he wanted to help, he called Mayda for us, I spoke with the hotel staff, says they transformed as a guaranteed hotel, and there will be a refund, so we were picked up to another hotel. pay extra to crash out there. but 3 weeks later, there is no indication of a money refund, the hotel didn't respond anymore. it's a 100% scheme between taxi driver and hotel, everyone should beware if you are not a local resident.
