Gym is really good, however i had a very terrible experience 4-5 months back, While getting the membership, a female member kept following up for the upfront payment twice a day (50% of the membership fee was already paid upfront, 50% was remaining). Once the whole payment was made, no one ever cared to follow up if i was able to hit the gym even once or i got the invoice/receipt (Once cash is in, the leadership doesn't seem care about members). This hasn't been the case with other Cult Gyms i went to. Need to improve on aspects like building relationships with new clients.

WORST GYM This gym is like a sauna with no AC, making workouts super uncomfortable. On top of that, they limit treadmill time to just 15 minutes and the staff can be pretty rude. Washrooms are worse than public toilets. Not the best experience, to be honest.

With change in the management, Gym has started connecting and listening to its members. We go there as a group and started enjoying working out together. Recently they have added one extra class of Bollatino by Harry Sir also. Hope and looking for more better sevices in future..👍👍 Gym management and Trainers are cooperative 👍

Cult GNFC is the best gym. Equipments and tools are user friendly. Well maintained and clean. All the trainers are very friendly and helpful. Hari Om Sir is my PT and he is the best trainer . He always motivates me to push my limits . He is very friendly and understanding. He explains me the reason behind every exercise and their postures . He guides me for what not to do to in order to avoid Injury. He has really great knowledge. I recommend everyone to hire Hari Om sir.
