There is a beautiful park, music school, tailor facility, mini store for essentials, south indian canteen, badminton court, basketball court and a banquet hall within the apartments. Proud to be a resident here!

It is a private apartment complex, which is located in Alaknanda. Although it is and more than 40 years old, it is well maintained. Thanks to the construction. There is plenty of greenery inside the complex. It is safe and secure for children and the elderly. Definitely one of the best apartment on south delhi.

A wonderful apartment.with lots of Greenery. Very well managed. Lots of activities for kids and residents organized by the society. Most importantly it is very safe for small kids. Lots of open spaces, parks for children to play.

Parking is HUGE problem. Schools surrounding these colonies is very difficult to negotiate. Red Lights not working there is constant traffic * JAM !
