The staff on the 4th floor are behaving inappropriately. They lack professionalism, engaging in romantic conversations at the front desk. Both male and female staff members are flirting with each other, which should be restricted during their duty hours. This behavior makes patients uncomfortable. Personally, I came with my family for an HVT session, but their vulgar behavior, filled with lustful talk, was unacceptable.
