A decent tiny outlet, we checked in late but still the staff was considerate enough to look into our requests. Pizza was good/ fresh. Recommended:)

This one looks like a first copy of real Domino's. Very small around 25 seater in a newly opened mall. Staff attitude is such that you don't feel like you are in Domino's. They are busy with their own chit chats behind the counters. Seats are not arranged after customer leaves. It's not much clean also. Shabby place.

It's located in sector 48 gurgaon market. Service providing by the representative was good. Dine in pizza was perfect.

Now the infrastructure becomes better and seating also becomes good. Looks like a premium place and staff is also very professional. Social distancing posters are there. Also the pizza quality becomes better now. They also started providing carry bags (without any extra charge) which is a good thing. Now you have to wait less than earlier for your order. Earlier the takes sometimes 30 minutes to 1 hour. But now they provides order in maximum 30 minutes. Don't know why people are taking about low quality food provided. For me everytime i visited there, the quality of food remain same. And it's of good quality. Must visit the new store. Its good for birthday celebrations and other parties. Posting some pictures clicked today. As i didn't went to 1st floor, so have pics of ground floor only.

They have changed the interior and it's looking premium and feels good when you enter or sit there to eat. The sitting are comfortable and quite good to enjoy the meal with friends or family. Now let's get on the pizza. This outlet used to cook great pizza but the the quality has been degraded from last 1 year. The cheese bust isn't that same as of now. I have eaten many times there but just yesterday didn't like what they have cooked and provide us. Will also try next time if they can offer the same quality they used to provide to see if it was a mistake.

I had Worst experiance with dominosD Bhiwadi. I ordered pizza, and selected home delivery. My address was in their service area. Afret half an hour, when I didn't hear anything from them, i called, and they said they don't deliver at my address. #WTH why didn't you told me this earlier. I waited 30 minutes. The guy over phone grom Domino's was also very rude. He was reluctant to help, he denied eveytevery! Really unsatisfied with this experience with Domino's bhiwadi

Ordered one Chicken Overloaded Pizza and One Onion Pizza Taste and quality is good like all other outlets , this is newly opened outlet in keshav puram C7 Market , you can visit here for Good Quality Pizza at best Price

Nice we are waiting for Domino's in vatika india next. It is nice eating here. Thank you Domino's for this. Hope these trucks service will increase for other brands as well.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! so this domino’s outlet was the worst of them all, They took my payment, made me wait 40mins and then when i asked where my pizzas are , they said oh we forgot your pizza!, i was so furious even tho i told them to refund me my money, i was running late for a meeting, they kept on insisting that they will deliver in 5mins, 20more mintutes passed on and just look at the photo, THERE ARE NOT EVEN CUTS FOR SLICES!!!, Worst experience ever 0/100

Pathetic place Staff is too rude and unprofessional. I have been there multiple times, the previous was better than the new one. 18 march 2022 - I have ordered 2 pizza's at 8 30. Billing person said it will take 30 to 45 minute's but the application said 15 minute's. I went their at 9 30 and ask for the pizza he said it will take another 45 minute's. I scream and use harsh language, I got my order with 20 minute's. After that when I open the box the pizza wasn't baked well. Proof are below, wastage of money Hell service.

I don't know who would call this place a Domino's outlet. This place was so unhygienic. The tables weren't clean. The floor had cold drinks spilled. No idea when was the last time they had this place cleaned. And of course you can see the kitchen area from the counter a little I was horrified looking at the place where they cook the food. Wondering if they ever have any audit related to the condition of the outlet.

Hi Team, This is the continuously second time, we have received worst orders from Dominos. We have ordered a “Farm House Medium Cheese Burst Pizza” and “Tomato Pasta Veg” on dtd. 07-Nov-2021 vide order no. 190. I am attaching the photograph of Pizzas, please let me know…. Will you pay 700 Rupees for this pizza? 1.Half of the pizza had vegetables and half was negligible (Photo Attached) 2.We have ordered Cheese burst not thin crust (Photo Attached) 3.Where is the cheese in Cheese burst pizza (Photo Attached) 4.Pasta was so sour that it was difficult to swallow. So, we ate some pasta and threw some of it. We ate pasta first and didn't take the picture, thinking maybe the pizza would be good. Earlier also we ordered one pizza and one garlic bread . Then, the pizza was fine but the condition of the garlic cheese bread was worst (Photo is Attached). We are your customer from last many years. You can check your records with the number and I have ordered “Farm House Medium Cheese Burst Pizza” so many times that i know how Farm House Pizza Tastes. If your staff wants to make customers fool in this way, then tell me, I will save my money and my knowledgeable people from wasting money on Dominos. You are taking your Customers for granted. Ordered one taco mexican. Look at the size of patty. Its 3 times smaller than the usual. Pathetic. Why do you charge 175 for this taco when it isn't worth even a single ruppee.

The reason why I went to Domino's outlet is that they don't deliver at my place. My house is in a sector nearby this outlet. I stepped out and went to the outlet to have dinner. since this outlet is a new one their menu looks incomplete. I ordered a cheese burst (some xyz paneer topping pizza) and a garlic bread with cheese dip. Garlic bread was good in taste and was really soft. They even gifted me a taco. ( Can't comment on the taste as it was a surprise gift from Domino's, one should respect the gifts) Coming back to pizza now for which I went there, It was not even meeting expectation in terms of taste and preparation. I could not tell that it was a cheeze burst pizza.😀 It killed the joy in me and I was able to eat just one slice out of the pizza. The pizza had some different smell. Mountain dew that was served was really good and refreshing. But the only thing missing in that store was the delight that one seeks when he or she step out of the house to eat. Staff was good and cooperative. I will visit again in 2-3 months and review again. Hope I find the lost delight again here. Thanks for today's experience. There is a lot that this outlet can learn if they stay ready to learn.

Normally i am not a review writter kind of a person But i am really disappointed with the services. One of the worst Domino's restuarant i have ever scene !!!! Staff have no knowledge of the menu. They don't know anything about the hospitality. No greetings no welcome . Even the staff uniform is dirty and smelly. Presentation of the outlet is bery bad bees are flying as u can see in the pictures. Unhygienic place. Dirty floor. No chairs. No corporation Unhappy staff.

Worst pizza I had ever .... I spend 270rs for a regular mexican green wave pizza and I received a dry base pizza that is without herb and all.. tasteless. Such a waste of money. They are not maintaining quality as per the prices.

If i am talking about this is best option for pizza in bhiwadi . Good deals there also deliver faster talking about demerits some time delvery person dnt know where is the society or where is the place that customer order they willl call for that. But now everyone have decent device in gmaps are there and also bhiwadi is small city so it is easy to find so that’s irrate that deliver person callling me for the address becozz its very clear mention in receipts talking about pizza quality its is good but not best. They are bit crunchy like pizza. They are like bubble gum sometime but overall it is best option for pizza in bhiwadi overall
