Property was very good however food quality was worst. All meals were tasteless: breakfast, lunch as well as dinner. We went on Saturday and all the rooms & tents of the property were fully booked so they failed to entertain the guests properly and everyone had the same complaint. Service in the restaurant was also below par as most of the staffs were busy in room service. Pool was ok ok as they put high quantity of chlorine in pool. If you are not expecting good taste of food then you can go as property was good else you should try other options since pool & food was below average.

A little off track and the road leading to resort is a bit bad. Resort however is great. Very expensive at times of rush though. When I visited the charge was 8-10 k per night. And from next day same room was 4-4.5k.pre booking would be preferred. Hospitality is great with co-opertive staff. Food quality is average thogh as they have buffett system

It is really one of the most beautiful resort ever. Last week me and my collage friends went their and stay at Sariska Tiger Heaven resort, it was mind-blowing experience. The staff was nice and rooms are clean and large and the food was also tasty. Great place you should visit it once.

Nice place and atmosphere. You will find peacocks roaming all over place. Service is good. Room needs to be upgraded. Approach road to hotel is bit concern.

Worst rooms possible for the price of it. I woukd recommend people to book somewhere else. The rooms are old the mattresses is the thin spring one. The pool the park all that is very pretty but rooms and toilets not even worth paying 1200 for. Disgusting.

It's built really beautiful. But the way to there is really too rough and not at all comfortable. As well as food is hell. I only had lunch but that was disgusting! Service is not well too you cannot find anyone for help at all. Environment around is great and rooms are lovely. If you are planning to stay there. Get instant food packs else be ready to eat stuff like Papad Mangodi, Bindhi & steam rice like stuff and that too for atleast 500 per person.

It's good overall, but the room AC's cooling was not sufficient enough, the road to enter the hotel is terrific. Service guys are awesome. Food was perfect

Quick service, decent swimming pool. Generally occupied by corporates for their offsite. It may be easier to reach via NH8 (from Delhi) but the route via Mumbai expressway (from Delhi) is also not too bad.

Best resort i have visited yet, the rooms were really good & spacious, food & service was also really good. They have ample of amenities like cricket, carrom & do not miss the swimming pool. Location & ambience wise it's the best place to stay in Sariska.

Exceptional experience! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I stayed in room no. 109, and it was incredibly fresh and inviting. The staff was responsive. The food was tasty. Overall, a fantastic and worthwhile stay!

I recently visited this resort and had an exceptional experience! The room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail by the staff was evident throughout. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness surpassed my expectations. The dining experience was equally impressive. I feel like that value for money was truly outstanding, and I highly recommend this resort to others seeking a delightful and clean getaway.

We went on a team outing. Rooms: Stayed in tents. They were neat and clean. Spacious and comfortable beds. Do lookout for spiders and small insects as they are common in jungle resorts. Service: Excellent service every item ordered was delivered in good time. Food: Breakfast was good. Not a wide spread of buffet but reasonable items available. The pool: was really nice and we had great fun. Activities: Their are lot of activities for adults and kids so good place for a family outing. Has a horse ride also available. Overall was worth the money.

The hotel is at a very nice location, the rooms are very old and not maintained properly. I was not given the room I requested, instead was told that i am being upgraded to another room. However the other room was not an upgraded but an even more unkept and old room. I got my room changed thrice due to torn curtains, no water supply and damp areas. Given the price, this was not worth it. The staff is prompt and the service at the restaurant was good.

“Sariska Tiger Heaven is not just a resort; it's an experience that transports you to the royal past of Rajasthan. The beautiful architecture and lush surroundings create a sense of grandeur. The highlight, of course, is the close encounters with the majestic tigers and other wildlife in Sariska. It's a blend of luxury, heritage, and untamed nature that's truly unforgettable.”

Location, food and hospitality is very good. It is just 10 minutes drive to Sariska Gate. The best part is owner of the resort is supervising the activities directly and ensuring the comfort for the guests. Had a good experience. Full marks to the restaurant manager and staff as well.

Sariska Tiger Heaven is a gem hidden in the wilderness. The proximity to the Sariska Tiger Reserve makes it an incredible choice for wildlife enthusiasts. My stay here was a symphony of sights and sounds, from the regal tigers to the melodious birds. The staff's warmth and the resort's commitment to preserving this natural haven left me in awe. It's a paradise for those seeking a genuine connection with nature.

Rooms were great, except the lock on our door was broken and it took some convincing to get the lock fixed. We were having a wedding at the resort, so our food was prepared separately from the rest of the guests, hence can't comment on the quality much. The location is amazing if you are adventurous or appreciate nature.

The place is not recommended at all. It was a really bad experience. The rooms are not maintained at all. Except for the friendly and courteous staff everything else is sub par. Even the food was average. One of the worst resorts sterling has.

Management is sneaky fraudulent types over some lies. They will try to sell cheaper rooms instead of tents which were reserved by us. They wanted to sell at higher price to others. We discovred right bit through helpful service staff. Our tents were not readied till 4pm. There was attack by 3 monkeys in the tent area. Place is neat but seemed unsafe due to wild dogs around. Management is highly unprofessional especially Mukesh Gupta. Not Advisable to anyone. Skip this place and plan elsewhere

I went there with a group of 12 people including kids,. The service of the place is very bad with unacceptable attitude. The behavioir of the people is unprofessional. You call them for a bottle of water and they don't go back without taking a tip. They are so greedy that they don't provide the basic services unless you tip them and thats not a one time affair they want tip evrytime they come to your room. We had all meals included and still they charged us for the things we did not consume. The service in the restaurant was also pathetic. We had to sit for eternity to get the breads and all. It didnot feel like sterling managed property.

Rooms are not at all worth of what is paid for. GUTKA PANMASALA stains on curtains. Service is good. Food is horrible. Location is on deep inside kutcha road but surrounding is good.

Average resort. I spent 5.5k for one night. It's a good resort if you have to spend 3.5k max. Food was tasty and service was good but the ambience of resort is below average

Service was poor. Food was pathetic and not worth the price.Buffet was served in dinner but food was not upto the mark. Everything was below expectations. Will never give it try again. First and last experience. Will never suggest anyone this place ever.

We were 5 adults and an infant for this trip!!!! The rooms that were provided to us, were basic rooms and I am a member of sterling resorts. The other better rooms were also available on the property but even then we were provided the most basic ones The food was bad, saltless and when asked to offer us the menu card, we were denied saying we only serve buffet. The ants and frogs were in the room and when we asked for help, nobody turned up!!! When we asked for drinking water the helper who came started arguing to give him a jug and one of the room didn't had the jug!!! What if my child would have demanded water or that any would have bit him who would have been responsible for the same??? While booking we were promised that you won't have to pay for extra bed, but we were asked to pay at the time of check out!!! If they treat their members this way, then i wonder how they must be treating other guests at the property!!!

Rooms are not pesticides and Sanitised. The food is really spicy and feels old. Water is very badly served in used packed water bottle. No hygiene here.

Hard to reach. There is a stretch of about 1km of unbeaten path, where the car is hard to take. There were frogs in the room, but they were removed on request. Food was good. The room is not good. Definitely not worth the price. There is an activity room, with a broken tt table, chess, badminton etc. Not a good experience overall.

It's a big area with over 40 cottages, a nice pool and courteous staff. The outdoors is really nice with a green garden and plants. People are nice and friendly, the food is great. There is a forest behind the Resort which can be adventurous to visit. The nearest gate to the Sariska National Park is 5Km. Travellers can go in their vehicles till the gate but the road is dusty and bumpy.

Worst resort I have ever booked in my life. I booked a premier category room, which looked very shabby. I requested them a different room and I was given a classic room (basically a room downgrade). This room was still fine but again an average room, with very old furniture, broken wash basin and leaking pot. I spoke to people at reception to adjust the extra money for lunch or dinner, but was clearly denied. The front desk staff here is very rude, there is no way we can have a discussion with them. This resort doesn't not offer room dine-in service. My 2 yr old baby slept at 8pm and they denied room service for food, saying you will have to come to restaurants for food. We took our sleeping baby to restaurant so that we can have dinner. There is no eatery around this property., so having food from this hotel is the only option. Food isn't good here, but there is no other option. The only thing I liked about this property is that it's just 5kms away from sariska national park. I wasted 15k for 2 days on this property, which is not even worth 2k per night.

It's a place for people who want to enjoy nature. You won't get anything fancy unlike other 3-4 star hotels. It is situated 1 km from main road. 1 km Road is very bad, carry a spare tyre!. But the surrounding is beautiful. Green lush trees, birds. They don't have ala carte. Atleast when we went in Sept. they had only buffet food. Food is also Indian cuisine limited spread but tasty and good quality. We stayed in tent rooms. They are well kept but you can expect some insects due to surrounding forest. Only thing I did not like is water service. There was only 1 bottle of water available that too of 500ml. Extra was chargeable. And room service is too slow. We asked for water in the afternoon and we recieved it in the evening 😂.

Location was good. Big area and well decorated. Food was ok but buffet was having less option than I found at other sterling properties like Manali. Room quality was not good enough, kids play area is not well maintained. Amenities like hair drier, sleeper, microwave oven were missing in room (comparing with Manali property). Room service was not good enough, intercom was noisy and stopped working on second day morning(connectivity to restaurant). Intenet connectivity with hotel wifi was pathetic. Over all with that price people will expect more.

Dogs**t property. The staff seem to be illiterate locals picked from the villages. They don't respond to even simple questions. We had to fight with them to order from the Ala carte menu and they kept insisting on getting the buffet. We checked out a day early and the staff came up with extra charges on top of his head. The cleanliness was the worst. The bedsheets were stained and the rec room was filled with dead insects.

I regret to inform you that this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have had, due to the undermentioned reasons: 1. Front desk attendant (the same guy who your customer service representative spoke with) was really rude and so was the property manager. Numerous times we came across him having arguments with the property staff. This was a really sore sight for the eyes. Furthermore, we heard the front desk attendent/manager argue with 3-4 guests who checked in with us on Friday (14th Oct) 2. Swimming pool was really dirty. In any property, water in the swimming is suppose to be clean and transparent so that you can see the floor of the pool (this is the basic level of hygiene that every hotel is suppose to maintain). Water in the pool of this property was green and floor was absolutely not visible. 3. Room service was denied to us during dinner hours on Friday (14th Oct). We had to request one of the hotel staff and told him that our daughter is asleep and we can't leave her in the room and go for dinner. This is one of the instances of how uncooperative the management staff was. 4. And finally coming to the topic of room urgradation: the premier room that was showed to us was really shabby and in bad shape, so much so that the locks were not working and on many spots the paint of the wall was missing. The only reason we got an upgrade was that, no guest in their right mind would stay in that room given that there was an option to change is available. Furthermore, any hotel won't offer an upgrade, given the fact that their higher category rooms are suppose to get completely occupied on the weekend (if some guest have booked a higher category room for the weekend would the downgrade them for us?). Furthermore, we had to deny the so called higher category room because there was a significant drop in the temperature in the night, which I brought up when I checked in and my daughter would not be comfortable in cold in the night, due to this we had to deny that higher category room (given the fact that it was a tent). 5. Road to the property is in such a bad shape that it takes more that 10 minutes to cover the stretch of 500 meters that leads to the property. And I am in family way (pregnant) and I think that kind of route would not be suitable for any expecting mother. If I had known before the condition of this patch that leads to property, I would have not booked it on the first place. Request you to note the aforementioned when you suggest this property to any other guests. I don't expect a refund, but please ask the property owners to fill these holes. I think this would enhance the guest experience.

The resort is great (probably the best in Sariska) But for the last km of the approach road. They feed you well, matching your specs. Welcoming staff.
