My newborn didn't survive because of their misguidance. My wife delivered a baby in Sumitra Hospital.We were following their given routine and medicines/tests since the beginning After delivery,they said My baby is suffering from Pneumonia and respiratory distress and was kept on ventilator. On day 3,Dr Arpit Gupta asked to take my baby to (Specifically)Rainbow Hospital for further treatment as she is serious. He said it is our tie-up Hospital. When asked about Rainbow Hospital charges,he said their charges comes between 15k to 20k per day. Treatment will continue atleast 10 days. As a father/mother ,we decided to take our baby to that hospital.Sumitra Hospital called the ambulance and we took our baby to Rainbow Hospital on ventilator support. Ones we reached there,they were unaware about this case.Also they said that their per day charge will come around 50k to 55k.After many calls with Sumitra Hospital saying We can't afford 50k per day charge and you misguided us saying the charge will be 15k to 20k, We didn't get any support. We were helpless as our baby was on ventilator and we had no Hospital to treat her. It was late evening,we then took our baby to Sharda University were we came to know that our baby has infection in her stomach. We kept our baby there for 2 days.When the condition was not stable due to infection,we then approached and admitted our baby in Chacha Nehru Hospital. They treated our baby with the best they can do but on 8th day,due to infection and multiple organ failure,my baby lost her life. When on day 3,you found that you can't treat our baby,you could have either asked us to search better Hospital (we could have taken our baby in Chacha Nehru or child Hospital sector 30).You insisted for Rainbow Hospital and also misguided with their charges. If you had given us the clear picture then we could have taken our baby to Child Hospital on day 3 only. My baby could have survived if she had received proper treatment for infection on time. Our baby was full term (9 months +) and 3.15 kg baby.We followed all the precautions and medicines/tests suggested by Sumitra Hospital since last 6 months. We were mistaken that they can handle newborn. To keep themself correct in such situation,Doctor uses Whatsapp call so that no one can record their call. We lost our baby because we trusted Sumitra Hospital blindly.

I just want to share my small journey which i have lived in sumitra hospital. On 16th january , I was 40 weeks pregnant and got admitted in hospital in very high fever and BP. In the early morning of 16th i noticed that i am having high fever and my baby is not moving in my womb. Then i messaged Dr. Deepa Gupta who is the angel for me or i can say that she is my gynae ‘ maa’. She called me back and asked me to come to hospital after that they have treated my fever and BP. But the very next day my baby had pooped in my womb at that time staff members of hospital and Doctor Deepa Doctor Akansha Doctor Nupur they have given me lot of moral support which is more needed for the would be mother to keep her calm😇. After that i went for c section which was done by Dr Deepa Gupta and her team. I always feel so much comfortable whenever i talk to her because of her motherly touch. ❤️😇 Whole team of doctors worked for me ,Doctor Ankit Gupta took care of my Viral and treated me in proper way. Dr Arpit Gupta took care of my baby girl and cleared all my querries as every new mom has many questions to ask. Special thanks to Savita aunty who taken care of me as a mother. ❤️ I feel blessed that i got treatment from Sumitra hospital, i highly recommend this to every would be mom. Everything went smooth.

Dr. Deepa is a very good Gyno and a well advisor. This is my second baby via surgery and stitches are so well. We should consult atleast 1 time, if needed. She's so caring and advise the best. And Bindu or we can say Dr. Bindu because she makes me feel so comfortable in each condition. She's a floor coordinator and arranged the things so well and quick. And treat me as a doctor. She is available each time, if you need. And Mrs. Savita Di, she was taking care of mine and my baby so well. She's good in managing the things and taking care as a Mom and friend. The hospital have overall almost every possible facility for every tier and the best thing is they are open for the reviews and prompt for the resolutions. No matter what feedback or query you have at any moment everyone is quite reachable and ready you help you out with the appropriate solution. It might happen that the ground level staff May seems to be rigid for quite a few facilities but the management is always eager to listen and help in every situation to make you comfortable effortlessly.

I went Sumitra Hospital for my stomach infection. I was feeling very restless and uncomfortable with pain in my abdomen .I was little tense but the floor incharge mrs. Bindu came and made me very comfortable and take me to the room. The room was neat and clean with all the amenities The team of doctors was very good and friendly They always satisfied me with all my queries especially Dr Ankit Gupta. This is the Best Multispeciality Hospital, in Noida, Specially Dr. Ankit Gupta he's very good physician, services is very good in Hospital, all staff is very polite.

My experience is very bad with the hospital, they dont have the room also, they shifted my wife in labor room, even they are not allowing to meet with her, and billing staff behaviour is also not good, discharge file they have recived by 11:30 in the morning, they said it will take time of 2 hours. After 2 hours when i went to the person they said we are doing it will take some more time, after half an hour when i asked them they said i couldn't confirmed you the time then i said so means i have to wait till night they said for insurance claim it will take time so i asked how much time you will take exactly then they said if you cant wait you can pay cash and go home. And they taken the security amount and even they didn't transferred as well. 72 hour have been completed and i emailed them and there is no response.

Still not refund. My experience with Sumitra hospital was very poor. Never consult Dr. Somya Agarwal (Gastroenterology). My reasons are: 1. First of all, I went there for an appointment. On call, they said, gastroenterology Dr. Somya Agarwal is available right now. But when I reached, the doctor wasn’t there. After an 1 hour of waiting with my aged father, she reached. 2. Dr. Somya Agarwal didn’t check properly my father’s(patient) BP, weight, Abdominal nothing, which is very important to check as a gastro dr. 3. Her behaviour was very rude. My father is 75 years old. He’s suffering from many physical problems. Whatever we were discussing, she did not bother with anything. 4. As I was unsatisfied with the doctor, I asked Karan (front desk person) to arrange any other gastroenterologist, they promised but they couldn’t share any doctor. Even Not refunded my consultation when I asked for it . Overall, a very poor experience. I’ll never ever gonna recommend to anyone.

I was arrived in emergency as a patient with extremely severe pain. I was howling in pain. The Duty doctor, Ms. Smita, was extremely sympathetic and ensured all actions were taken to settle my concern. Her services need to be complimented. I really recommend this hospital to everyone.
