The restaurant is okay-ish. The food and pricing is decent, nothing too good here. Sweets are good though. We really enjoy jalebi here, also kalakand, milk cake, ras malai are my top ones.

No one was ready to listen us as if we did not existed there. Pathetic experience. I request the management group of Om sweets to please look into sector 31 branch. Here, staff has their own monopoly with no service rules being followed. They treat their guests in a very casual way. Customers are served in no order of their arrival and waiters have their ears blocked. Serious improvement is required. Staff here is very rude.

Amazing place to get quick bites with your friends and family. Well maintained and hygienic place, staff is professional. Prices are reasonable and menu is very extensive with Verity of food drinks and sweets. Festive gift hampers are also available.

Om Sweets is the most famous sweet shop of Gurgaon which has many branches open in Gurgaon and it is famous not only in Gurgaon but in all the neighboring cities, the sweets here are very tasty and all the sweets are available like Barfi Kalakand Rasgulla Gulab Jamun Gajar Ka Halwa Chamcham Laddu Imarti etc. Almost all types of snacks are also available. And this type of food is also available for people who eat Samosa Bread, Chole, Kulcha, Idli Dosa, Chowmein etc., but overcrowding is the biggest problem.

One of those places I look up to when I am in Gurgaon. I would always suggest for dine in because at times have faced myself that the packed food may not taste as good as in the restaurant. It's always amazing to go to Om sweets and have hygienic and yummy 😋 food. Highly recommend to go and have fun. Order anything except Chinese and I am sure you will love it

This place is most trusted when in comes to quality. Sweets offered here are really awesome. I was born sweet tooth so I love the taste of sweets available here like milkcake, kaju katli, rabari rasmalai, white and black rasberry are just awesome, laddo , gulab jamun is other mouth watering dish here. In short I would say sweets available here are just fantastic and you will not find the same taste anywhere else. Makke ki roti and sarso ka saag ka other dish one must try in winters and I bet you will eat this again and again during winter. This is only available from december to January Before covid I have also been there for dining. Dining service is also awesome. Just the quantity is less but quality is awesome. We trust om sweets so much that during this covid situation we only take food from there. One important thing is they only accept card and cash, recently have started accepting Paytm. I would highly recommend my family and friends.

The sweet shop is amazing. It’s a well stocked and fresh foodies delight. Caters mainly for the Indian cuisine but has other spots also. The staff is a bit slow but then it’s crowded. The live counter of chaat is always running. The seating is in basement and is simple with zero frills. Must visit and a good eating spot.

Om sweets was known for their Chole Bhatura and I went there primarily for the Chole Bhature. I also had the Papri Chaat, Kachori and Tandoori Chaap. The Chaap was good. The Bhature was good with no oil dripping, a sign of it being perfectly fried. Finished with a hot Cup of tea.

Om Sweets, a nearby restaurant is all in one experience for most of the people living in the area. It has a wide choice of menu, Cosy atmosphere and pleasant and quick service which makes the experience memorable. We frequented the place quite often and every time enjoyed a lot. The service is quick and taste is good.

I like the over all look and feel of this restaurant. I recently visit and tried their Rabri rasmalai and gajar ka halwa and I loved the both. They serve good food and the prices are quite genuine as compared to the other players in this category. They have good seating area for 50-100 people. You can also plan and book their designated area for birthday parties etc. A thing that I do not like, they don’t give you tea or coffee in the evening, (they always say it isn’t available) It is a nice family restaurant with food items at a reasonable price.

Om sweets is like going to the movies to watch your favourite movie. You know what to expect, what's the plot and exactly how it'll play out, there are no surprises. It's good for some, me? Not so much! I'd like something new, something exciting. Om Sweets delivers but lacks the excitement that a lot of new places to offer. Commercialization translates into a dip in quality sometimes. Thankfully they've maintained themselves well but still lack the lustre overall. Check it out for yourself

Yesterday I buy a coconut plain burfi cost 250. Half kg and when I eat I shocked that in 1 piece I found a small piece of plastic wrapper I m not saying that om is bad or I will never buy again I will definitely buy again and I am old customer of om. But please om staff check your quality

This has been my go to fast food and sweet place for almost all my childhood and that was the time when it was flourishing and had good quality food, but for a few years now the food is not up to mark and neither are the sweets. I used to love this place as a kid but sadly I won't recommend it to anyone now.

Very famous and best taste . I tried chaat , chole kulche and pav bhaji . It was super in taste .

It's one of the best sweets and chat pakodi restaurant in Gurgaon. It has improved a lot on its quality. For almost all types of vegetarian hunger pangs it's a must ho place. Dhoda is best here.. snacks, buiscut, cakes, pastries, samosa, idly, chole bhature, golgappe, chawmein, etc etc.. you name it and they have it.

Om sweets located in sec 31, huda market. We visited little late. so, unable to get food as u can have proper food till 4 pm. So, tried Rose faluda Shake which was very much reasonable best in taste upto the mark according to Price. Good service light and delighted the mood. Thank u OM.

Was looking for a good dining place during field work.I would say was lucky that we choose this place. When we went downstairs to their restaurant it was not fully occupied but within 15-20 minutes it was fully occupied. Food quality and service is good. Seems office people prefer it for lunch as well.

What a good experience it was to visit OM Sweets at Sector 31 Gurgaon. Exceptionally neat and clean place, which gives an assurance that food also must be hygienic. I found the staff to be very cordial and nice. I made a mistake while ordering at the counter and needed to change. This was possible without any problem. One can find a good variety of sweets, snacks and meals. The only thing I did not like was the encroached space just outside the shop where they have put a snack counter.

Quite a nice place with good hygiene. Food quality is good and what amazes most here is staff behaviour is so nice and polite. You'll get all varieties of Indian food and sweets, continental and fast food. Packing and delivery service is also available. Recommended for any time halt at Om sweets.
