Love this restaurant. Their buffet spread is terrific. Starting from the salads, soups, Starters, main course to desserts.. . Everything is very appealing. Salad counter has very nice cold cuts with sea food, poultry, pork and wide variety of vegetables with different types of dips and sauces. They also have live counters for pasta and grills. Had an amazing chicken pasta prepared by Chef Vinod. Had very well prepared grilled fish, prawns and chicken from the live grill. Main course is sumptuous too... Perfect mix of Indian and continental food.Had yummy and juicy chicken seekh kababs with mint sauce. Desert section is literally an icing on the cake. And to top it up a hot cup of Jasmine tea or Cappuccino. Overall quite a satisfying experience.

I recently visited The One,Le Meridien and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The atmosphere was chic and modern, with comfortable seating and great lighting. The menu had a variety of delicious options to choose from, including a great selection of coffee and tea drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the healthy options on the menu. I highly recommend The One cafe to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere.

This place offers great variety of options both in snacks and main course. You cannot possibly try everything. I would rate their mutton biryani and Korma high in taste. The cost of buffet is reasonable however taxes are steep. 25% of DVAT and 18% GST. They charge service charges but provide an option to not pay in a transparent manner. Hotel should however do away with the practice of charging Rs 200 for valet parking.

For my meal I had ordered Four Baked Vegetable & it was cooked to perfection. They have degraded their quality of buffet dinner. I went last weekend with my brother. We were surprised to see spider webs on the lights. Ignoring that we asked waiter for pizza which he refused to get in buffet. We had had it several times before. Then the food menu is squeezed and something is really off with this place. To add to that the waiters were clueless we asked for spoons and forks are those guys couldn't even get that on time. There was an intern maybe who didn't know how to take an order. He did not understand LIIT or anything

fabulous experience at The one in Meridian Joshant who served us was very courteous and very well groomed he was had the etiquette to serve in a respectable way that was appealing the wines served was very good rather they need to have a better selection and also to mention Sahil mathur the Manager it was his show and he managed everything very well …. and will visit the place again for his hospitality and will suggest it others

I went with family for a dinner on the occasion of my parents' anniversary. super vibrant ambience, as usual was superb and delicious food. chicken wings and Chips were crispy and excellent and would recommend you go for it next time you're there. The staff was super friendly. They made our dinner memorable. I like to say that Chef and his staff cooked a delicious one with great presentation.

The ambience, as usual was excellent and so was the food. We were welcomed and attended to promptly with a smile. Fish and Chips were excellent and would recommend you go for it next time you're there. The staff was very friendly ; the way they looked after us was 'Par Excellent". They made our afternoon memorable. We had ordered a Pineapple Cake and would like to say that Chef and his staff produced a delicious one with great presentation.
