DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. They overcharge by layering in fees that they can’t justify (you’ll be paying twice as much than what you would have had you gone to another private hospital). More importantly, the service quality at any other hospital would be far far superior. Avoid this hospital - they are a greedy and unethical commercial outfit that barely and an irresponsible medical service provider. Here are some more details. We visited the hospital to get a second opinion from the resident pediatrician on our daughter wound (laceration on forehead). The doctor did an unnecessary and unsatisfactory job (despite being told repeatedly that all we wanted was a second opinion and acknowledging that the existing procedure on the wound was done rather well) which resulted in the wound opening up….Ugh! We were also over billed 3,000 rupees by Rosewalk under heading ‘misc charges’. The accountant could not explain what these charges represented as doctor fee and use of materials was billed separately (we did not use the emergency services or any of the out patient facilities - beds/equipments). We were consulted in the lobby (of all places in COVID times) and our daughter was treated in a annex which was dirty and ill equipped). Rosewalk refused to explain or reverse the charge making up all kinds of excuses. I’d be happy to share the Doctor’s prescription and details, the hospitals bill copy and a photo of the sub standard procedure carried out by the pediatrician (if any of you are interested). If you want to know more please feel free to reach out.

I do not post any reviews but I am taking this moment to post about this greedy and money extorting hospital, so that future parents make an informed choice. A hospital which boasts of calling itself a ‘luxury’ hospital is nowhere close to even being called a mediocre tier-3 maternity hospital. They do not even know what exactly ‘luxury’ is. Leaving that aside the management has turned this money guzzler with highly inefficient and disrespectful admin staff a head wreck. They stoop down to call for money even for basics such as coffee sachets and milk powder. They will offer you the moon but when the time comes to deliver it, they become non-responsive. You will keep on asking for mother food but without paying any heed they will keep on delaying it despite knowing that mother has to be ready for next baby feed. Having said that, the doctors and the nursing staff are top notch and are extremely caring. They will go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Three cheers for all the doctors and nurses here ! Wish the management and admin could even be 10% of doctors and nurses!

Rosewalk Healthcare the luxury Hospital for Women which at least claims to make birthing an experience to remember. There’s nothing wrong in the thinking part to it however in terms of execution they lack almost all necessary part of it. Reasons are many but one example may be that husband is allowed in OT(15-20min) but not in recovery(2hr) room. Their recovery rooms are quite akin to any normal hospital or probably even worse as there was a lot of disturbance of unnecessary wait even to shift the patient to rooms. There Staff at Reception is highly untrained and are deficient of professionalism. I should avoid naming people and there behaviour here as it might jeopardise there job. Their kitchen is slow and deficient of staff and even crockery. There feedback system is really disappointing as nobody asked for it even after speaking to their unit head about it. I should not only mention the bad parts here and also highlight few good things which we experienced. There nursing staff is really good and professional. Rooms are clean and house keeping did good job throughout our time at Rosewalk. Visits by various doctors are really a great help in speedy recovery. In total their doctors are really good. Be it Gynaecologist Paediatrician, nutritionists, or Duty Doctor or lactation expert. I believe this hospital started with good thinking but their management is really screwing it up.

Extremely rude staff. Very unprofessional behaviour. Not worth spending if you don’t get a 5 star treatment. Apollo cradle is a way better option.

Rosewalk hospital is best for maternity in all over Delhi and it’s COVID free. I am consulting Dr. Shelly Singh for my 1st pregnancy, she is amazing, calm, polite and full of patience doctor. I am fully satisfied with the atmosphere of the hospital as there staff make you feel like home and help you and guide you very nicely. One of there staff Shruti Shankar Prasad is very helpful and have all knowledge about everything. Thank you rosewalk for everything!

It’s a ping the most luxurious women & child hospital in Delhi. Doctors & staff are amazing. Parking is a bit concern, but they have valet parking who take care, except Sunday.

It was really a cakewalk for me as I walked in with my twins for some distress. Super efficient and compassionate nurses. Dr. Atul Chopra is God to us...how he helped and treated my babies with so much affection...I will always be grateful...Dr. Rizwan ....was so helpful. They always attended phone calls and msgs even at the odd hours.. Sister Ikra, Margaret, Libina were awesome. Thanks to the entire team for all your effort, care.

Great maternity hospital which has specialised and extremely experienced doctors like Dr. Rinku Sengupta, caring nurses (Sister Joy and Sister Monica) and an extremely supportive admin staff who understand the journey of pregnancy to the fullest. They make you feel special and memorable throughout. Kanika helped ensure quick and comfortable services. The whole journey from prenatal care to delivery to postnatal care went smoothly.

I would recommend Rosewalk hospital to everyone who expects world class facility. The staffs were very courteous and attentive. Impeccable nursing round the clock. The quality of the super deluxe room was nothing less than that of a 5 star hotel room. The facilities for the attendant was equally good. Quality of food served to the patient was excellent. The TPA team also helped us with our cashless process through HDFC Ergo. Heartfelt thanks to Manju maam and her team of doctors, Kim and her team of nurses and Mr. Sunil Yadav and his team of TPA. Wish your hospital lot of success. Ishita & Surojit.

Best maternity hospital. Hygienic and awesome service. Dr Pooja Rana is the best gynaecologist you can find here. She encouraged me to go for normal delivery with 5cm fibroid. She is kind, compassionate and with her encouragement and support I managed to give normal birth. Thank you Rosewalk

If you want ONLY C-Section ( Surgery Delivery) you can come here. Management is highly unethical and forces Gynecologist NOT to do Normal delivery. Add to this , if you have opted for Stem Cell preservation , they would take a hefty commission of 20-25000 from Stem cell banking company. Prices are high that is fine if you are providing luxury , but atleast spare your Gynecologist and let the doctor do their work. Management forces doctors to do things for inflated billing Doctors are super nice and competent but they do not act professionally because of management pressure

Best facility for maternity. The staff is trained, attentive and courteous . The way the nurses handle your new born makes all the difference. Besides, they make sure to train you for various things before you leave. Last but not the least in any way, the rooms are as good as any 5 star hotel, with in room dining for the attendant😁.

I assure you this hospital is only luxury when it comes to few areas. 1. Best doctors here 2. Healthy food available at the cafe 3. Decor for suite/rooms/public areas is pretty well done. 4. OT - pretty good Apart from these 4 areas - which are the best I have seen in delhi, the hospital cannot be called luxury. 1. Their recovery rooms are complete opposite of the suite/room that they will show you - they had a water seepage issue which came as a total shock to me. 2. They let in just about anyone in your room without prior appointment. So you will be resting, feeding the baby, recovering etc, and there will be the sales people from the decor company, the photography company, etc knocking at your door selling their products. This is something I found extremly annoying. 3. Their wifi is not strong to have your firestick work in the labour room. 4. Their staff off late has become really unprofessional ln the past few months. The two new male recruits in the basement are slow and don't know what they are doing or how to deal with the clients. I went in for my GTT - one of the male employees who was at the billing desk had no idea what a GTT was to begin with. He carelessly took another patient and had me wait in my third trimester on a empty stomach for a test which is about 2 to 3 hours long in itself. 5. Their pharmacy mostly doesn't have the medicines prescribed by the doctor. 6. Weirdly their doctors fees increased twice in the last year too. These things are such a turn off especially when you are paying a premium for every service. Having said that - it's still the best in delhi, definitely not luxury though.

I had planned my delivery in rosewalk hospital firstly I was impressed by the infrastructure. However, the services were really pathetic and when I am claiming my booking amount back that is 20,000. They were simply denying that it is non-refundable because I was asking for delivery on Sunday so they never informed us that on Sundays, they charge 50,000 more 50,000 for Sunday delivery sooo strange never heard of this..amount is equal to a C-section delivery in a normal hospital, I find them to greedy greedy as they Are messing up with the clients for 20,000. I would suggest never ever book your maternity package with the hospital Rose walk. My experience was really pathetic.

Had an amazing experience and a wonderful stay. The doctors are very humble and educates you properly in the best possible manner. The training and assistance given by them really puts one to a comfortable position. Staff is very well trained, courteous and allows you time to relax and takes the entire responsibility on them. The rooms are super luxurious and F&B is off the highest quality. Really would like to rate them as the best maternity hospital available in the city. 😊
