The windy path through the historical village of Kish alone merits the journey. This beautiful church was built upon the foundation of a much earlier Bronze Age era temple. Beautiful place to visit for people of all faiths and history fanatics. Tickets are 9 manat for foreign adults and children are free.

What a beautiful temple between mountains. View is fantastic. Entry is NOT free, we paid 2 azn for each person(local). I believe foreigners have to pay 5 azn. You need to pay additional fee for guide. Parking is available on the street.

This church was not that good. Not the best. The entry fee for locals are 2 manats but for foreigners or tourists it is 3 manats. By the way entry for children under the age of 12 is free but they don’t ask for verification or anything, they just judge you and go a free ticket if they think the child is under the age of 12. For the actual church itself, it was very mid. In my opinion the garden outside the church was better than what’s inside the church itself.

Memorable archeological sight, very well maintained, it's necessary to hire a taxi to reach this place atop a hillock, there's an admission ticket to enter this wonderful monument

Beautifully located Church. Need to be careful when going up. Narrow cobbled streets.

An ancient Church well preserved by the Govt. The visit will be really interesting if you are curious enough to know about world history. Make sure you have a good tour guide with you.

It was one of the oldest churches in the world, and we were excited to feel the atmosphere inside.

A very nice "small" temple...that tels a lot of history about the region...how things used to be, and how they have changed. Recommended if you are in Sheki

The church in Kish is beautiful with its own spare style. The current building dates to about the 12th century, while remains found on the side date back millennia. The masonry building is finely tiled. It has exquisite marquee dome and narrow windows. The inner architecture is typical of a rather small temple and the inner yard holds an ancient cemetery (not more than 50 people).

Georgian Orthodox Church, probably from the 12th century with beautiful view of the mountains of the Caucasus. It is reached by a steep narrow cobblestone road, not easy by car especially in icy and slippery conditions.
