Great location. Beautiful scenery. Staff is definitely needs more training. Seemed often multitasking and on cellphone while attending clients. Even arrogant sometimes. Our villa door lock was constantly malfunctioning. Walking options mostly on road shared with cars passing by very fast. I will explore other places to stay on my next trip.

Good place, very fresh air. There is some playground and other playing facilities to having fun with children. Have nice spa and very good pool with panoramic view. Just when we made reservation managers didnt mentioned in advance that pool is not working. Very unprofessional of you guys

Absolutely loved everything about this elegant hotel. Variety of food, shops, beautiful spa and pools (indoor and outdoor). Staff was simply amazing and helpful. Variety of activities for the whole family.

I've been traveling the world for a few decades and believe this hotel is in the top 10 of the best hotels I ever stayed in. It was expensive for the suite but worth it. And they have a bowling alley! How cool is that? The only complaint is the fact that the bathroom has ambient lighting near the sink and bright overhead lighting and both lights are on the same switch! Kind of defeats the purpose, eh?

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. Restaurants inside the hotel are so delicious. No needs to leave a hotel for dine. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. This place offers everything you need ! On my next trip to Sheki, I will definitely check into Marxal Hotel again.

Rooms were very big. Toilet is a big one. Balcony in front, can sit and enjoy the beautiful view 🪟

This Hotel is a real 5 star hotel and you’ll enjoy your time there. The only negative comment on this hotel would be the service provided by the restaurant waiters during breakfast, they ignore helping or servicing foreigners tables! Avoid sitting near a waiter named “iLqar” only if you want to enjoy your breakfast.

If you are looking for a quiet corner in the middle of pure nature and at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains, this hotel is the perfect choice. Large, comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly staff and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding countryside and nature.

Although it’s very good property in Sheki with good services, Unfortunately we had a bad experience at check out, we forgot a bag while checking out, once we came to know we sent our driver but we were told that it was no where, though we are 100% sure that it was on sofa chair and we missed to pick it at last minute. Again we went personally to try our luck but of no use. It appears that it does not have CCTV cameras outside the villas. Cleaner had asked us to leave the villa open for cleaning and hand over the key to reception, it appears that it was a big mistake as probably security protocol was missed and we couldn’t find the bag. Unfortunately it was our first experience of this kind in any hotel or resort! Hope management takes strict action again such staff. Now it’s difficult to trust hotels with your valuables if you go through such experiences! Pray that doesn’t happen with anyone else!

The best hotel In sheki town I really enjoy my stay.

Stayed here with a group for one night. Really spacious rooms and such a large bathroom! We were on the top floor and had a wonderful view in the morning. For some reason the room was abnormally warm even as we set the temperature to 24°C. For breakfast, choose the table at the window for nice scenic views as you dine. Only negative is the fried eggs counter only open at 8am.

A very nice place to spend there for three or two nights. It is a good place to relax there. Everything is ok it just a little bit far away from the city. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been.

We only went to the SPA. Few years ago we visited the SPA in the summer and then the outdoors pools were open, but now outside holiday season we went only in to the actual SPA. Oudoors its more activities for children. The SPA is more relaxing style for adults. Quite minimalistic, one pool and couple of saunas. You might be able to get treatments like massage etc but we were not using those services. Apparently there is a gym too but we didnt see or look for it. Location is super beautiful.

I booked for two days with my family, the reception team was organized, polit and helpful The place is really beautiful and wide Once we checked in we had problem with the A/C, we report the problem and they promise to fix it but unfortunately no one came to fix the A/C I had a bad experience in the breakfast hall room: first of all it was really crowded and I struggle to find empty, free and clean table. I try to manage cleaning dirty table and asking waiters to help me while they totally ignored me. I went to cancel the next day booking due to the previous incident but they refuse also to refund the money At the end I left the hotel unhappy and no one even care

Situated 15 minutes from the city of Sheki, this is a large resort. The lobby, corridors, rooms and bathrooms are all very large. Bathrooms look newly renovated with toilet fixtures from Grohe. Our room had a balcony facing the front and offers great views of the city and with mountains as backdrop Would've been perfect if not for paper thin walls and doors that offer no soundproofing at all, and also small insects in the bathroom and a weird drainage hole (that leaked water with rust) beneath the shower stall

First- I’d like to mention that the staff at the hotel are exceptionally welcoming. Narmin went out of her way to help- even if it was outside of her scope. I was welcomed to the hotel via WhatsApp even before I checked in. The resort is a beautiful property nestled between breathtaking scenic mountains. The rooms are comfortable- be aware that there is no air conditioning in the rooms - which was fine for me because the weather was on the cooler side when I stayed there. The restaurant serves some seriously delicious food too!

I'll start with the bad. because from now on I will only praise😊. The only thing. There was a terrible smell from the sewer. The staff immediately corrected everything. A woman came, just a sorceress and eliminated the smell. The hotel is in a great location, it is on the outskirts. The view is gorgeous. Excellent service will ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel has it all. Also for entertainment, bowling, cinema, bar. The range of services at the spa is impressive. Regarding prices, they are high. But it's worth it. Luxury rest is provided to you. Also that impressed me. This is a small museum library in the lobby. Little books look cute))

The food was terrible at dinner, very dry toughened chicken Breast that won’t even cut with fork and knife, and similar fruit pie thereafter. The manager and staff didn’t have any solution or suggestions to resolve. We were a group of twenty ,and had to leave the restaurant hungry. Great property but very poor service at the restaurant,.hope better at breakfast.

Me and my husband were on a holiday, we stayed at Marxal, we enjoyed our stay a lot, the resort is full of facilities, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and hospitable, we arrived early and the receptionist offered us super early check-in, he told us to get to our rooms and have our breakfast, and then he will check if we have to pay extra fees and then they didn't charge us an extra penny, that was great from them, thank you ❤️

What an amazing place this is. They had far far more staff than guests when I was there and I managed to get a room for 50$ USD per night. It was beautiful. They had several good restaurants, affordable bars, good cocktails, and a lovely ambience. The tourism manager managed to help me secure a private car and driver for a door to door trip from the hotel to Tbilisi. It was extremely friendly. The only small downside is that it’s about 10-15m by cab out of Sheki, but the cabs are pretty cheap and plentiful.

Great resort, amazing views and nice rooms and facilities, excellent Spa. Pool needs a bit or renovations. Good food quality but not much options for night dining.

We stayed for one night but we loved Every thing in this hotel. In April the room rates were usd 90 incl bfast. Very beautiful scenery and many activities both for adults and children. Highly recommended. We will stay here again. It is much better than the sheki place

We had very positive experience in this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the service was top notch, the personnel is very helpful and welcoming. The area of the hotel has all kinds of entertainment both for kids and adults. Probably the spa area needs a bit renovations, but still it’s okay. Besides that, the location of the hotel is perfect, right near the beautiful mountains and hills. Definitely recommended 👍🏻

This place is amazing. We won there for 2 days. We had lot of plans prior going to this hotel. We have booked 3 rooms. But once we reach there was a issue with one room which is kids room on different floor. We wanted all on same floor but they didn’t have any rooms. But they kind enough to offer us a villa. Villa 29 with 3 rooms. Wow that place is breathtaking . We cancelled all our plans and stayed there for the whole 2 days. U have amazing 2 pools. You have indoor bowling center etc. Breakfast is amazing . Variety and quality is amazing. Only issue for me was pool. Pools are not kids friendly. My kids or neither me can swim. There are no slope all 1.6 meters high, Other than that that place is WOW 🤩

Best hotel in Sheki! Worth the money, the atmosphere at the morning when walking around the hotel’s parks is just like from a movie.

I sat in the gallery lobby lounge. The service was poor. The prices are high ! Not worth at all. The deserts and the tea service were terrible. There are reasonable amount of places in Sheki where you can have a perfect tea set and desserts...
