Very nice interiors. A calm place to spend time.

Good place to hang out with friends or for a short meeting. Nearly, each CCD store here in nagpur does have quick service and cost of food and beverages are acceptable. Whereas, it seems they are reducing the numbers of efficient staff and they should take care of their furniture. As they have unstable tracks and worn off table surfaces. Else, everything is fine and as cool and laid back as usual for customers.

Staff is good in behaviour Smoking zone is available so u can have perfect combination of coffe and suta 😈😈😈😈😇😇😇

One of the worst CCD outlets of nagpur. The employee's push their recommendations like crazy even when you have your own order ready. No bill is provided. Won't recommend.

The coffee was good, but the burger was surprisingly awesome.

Service was awful the waiter was delaying without any reason he picked the cheese cake with his hands and was not paying any attention over customer..

The first thing I wanted to write a review was because of the staff service and response. I don't know the guy's name, but customized the order based on our need and helped us in getting the best experience. The service was instant. Sometimes the ambience and the service team behaviour will enhance the experience than the food. So this is a thank you note to the store and the person in the picture i posted along with the review.

One of the outlets of Cafe Coffee Day,,,situated in VCA complex ,sadar,,is a better place to have tasty coffee and snacks.

The two stars deducted are for not having a washroom and the staff behaviour. Otherwise it's a pretty standard CCD.

Great Place amazing Staff Had a fun time with friends and the girl at the counter Mrs, Swati was very friendly and well mannered she made over cappuccino very awesome and we loved the overall food. Its a must visit place to have a fun time and have a quick bite as we got our order really fast and it was perfectly made. Thanks a lot

Supportive staff but does not maintian covid protocols. Coffee is hurriedly made and served.

Clean and good environment. Staff was friendly. My first day in Nagpur , I just wanted to spent some quite time and read a book. I searched for CCD. out of three CCD near me only one was opened. So I went there and ordered Americano, Spent few good hours read my book and came to hotel.

Female Staff are very rude while talking. Male staff mostly doesn't respond and provide bill immediately. Have to ask two to three times and then later have to go and collect my bill on cash counter. Improper and disrespectful staff over here is the most negative point. When I asked them that atleast give the bill to customer as soon as they order, the staff replied in a rude way that what we will do of your bill , take it. That was literally disrespectful. And it's not the complaint of 1st time but it was repeated again and again. Plus while ordering atleast they should greet customer like hello sir/ma'am , like happens in other CCD branch. A hell of an experience. Neither I'll go at VCA CCD BRANCH again neither I'll recomend this sadar VCA BRANCH TO anyone. 😠👎

Good snacks and coffee, Best place to hangout with friends and the most important Covid precautions is also taken here very seriously, must visit.
