McD is always my comfort place and i have no words for it...🫶🏼 this outlet has slightly slow service and seating arrangement is not very comfortable and there was a strange smell around the inner seating area...but the food was obviously great! You should try the berry lemonade/cooler.

One of the better outlets in town as compared to the others. Loved the ambiance and finally they made it some what spacious than others. Also loved that they finally introduced the concept of table service so the customer dining in dosen't have to wait in a long queue for there order. The staff was also well adept in handling a decent crowd. Would love if they can increase the portion size. Had a good experience. Definitely would recommend to visit this outlet over the others.

Google asks for my experience on McD, but then again who doesn't know about it. As usual, with their perfect ambience, humble service, customer-friendly self-ordering smart devices, fast delivery of scrumptious meals n beverages, they maintain their top position in the fast-food chain. McD is my number 1 go to place, anytime, anywhere...

I go McDonald's only because of their burger bread. I ordered for the kabab meal. They have limited variety of veg and non veg items, which is a one timer go. They serve meal as well and drinks (soft and cold) .order could be placed in big display computer screen and on counter as well. Meal is not sufficient if u think it will fill belly urge. This place specially all sorts of irritating sound comes from their machines and felt hot inside .i think they are cutting prices on AC. They menu is too confusing if u go order on counter. The counter staff don't know the menu either . I tried the display screen counter check on the meal item, there it was showing but on telling the counter guys. He doesn't know anything. Do not order french fries.its just a waste. In sort, don't go to this place, specially this place. Cannot say about other MacDonald's. Not adding any photo here, doesn't felt like capturing.

Overall it's good to visit here the staff is good if you visited here for the first time thei staff will guide you by showing oders on the screen .so for the service 👍🏻 but for the food it's disaster as McD is good for veg only but for nonveg the taste is not good at all bein a nonveg guy KFC Chicken is better than this.

The standard McD outlet with great menu and taste. Delivery is fast too. Recommend- maharaja mac, cheese chicken burger, Mc spicy burgers veg/non veg, peri peri fries, mc flurry.

Most of times I used to go Mc Donald's nd it's amazing..they work hygienicly ...their staff cleans floors tables continously..plus they serves us healthy by making burger bread by whole wheat. 🖤

A household name, this is everyone’s favourite for some reason or the other. Actions speak louder than words for this fast food chain. The dynamic menu coupled with its efficient... First off, the food is very tasty. You have a wide variety of burgers to eat and I personally recommend trying the McVeggie burger. Nonveg burgers are also good.

The best burger we ever had in (City)!! The burger was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the burger shop twice in the same day! You could just take away or standing finish your burger in the store.

Went for the first time and the experience was really great. The ordered burger was really nice and yummy and the atmosphere was also great. We found it hygienic as well and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It has a pay and park option as well

This review is for people who had experienced McD around the world and adore fast service of McD I have visited hundreds of stores across the globe and many in India but to my surprise this store even though it has a good rating is the slowest in the world they took around 45 minutes just to prepare fries and cold coffee probably the girls at the reception love to chit-chat among themselves. Unfortunately, I have visited five times here, and each time for takeaway orders they have missed at least one item from my order. Plus the kiosk never works and the offers from the McD app were never accepted

I had my daughter's 10 b'day party here. The service was amazing. They putted up all the decorations as per instruction! N service through out those 2.5 was consistently amazing. A big thankyou!!! to Shubham-1 man army, who handled it all.

Mcdonald maintain it's quality and standard in nagpur. Party location is available for group of people. French Fries are awesome and ofcourse Burger is delicious. Must visit if you have budget of 500-1000 per person.

Overall experience is ok.But the guy on the counter missed one of our bill and told me I haven't paid for it.But when I showed the payment on phonepe.He went to another counter completely ignoring me.They should focus on customer service.Always register ur number while buying any food item. Otherwise if they lose ur bill u will keep waitingggg..

So I was new to this place as generally when Mcdonalds came in my mind I think about VR Mall. This place is located at the Poonam Chambers Sadar Nagpur... though it was Saturday still moderate crowd... smoothing interior and great staff... with helping nature... no doubt food quality is awesome... If you really want to enjoy food with your kids and celebrate your weekend silent must visit place I M Loving it... ❤️

A typical McDonald’s restaurant. Since teller and lot of crowd and waiting time. Self operating kiosk are of no use since payments through ten are never successful. I ordered some food and made the payment & was not given a bill, I asked the teller thrice who was just not ready to give me a bill. Then after insistence I was provided the bill which was less than the amount actually paid, then I asked for a refund and was given a refund. Pure billing scam and fraud by the teller. Food quality is average with French fries not served hot and crispy. Overall a poor experience, not in concurrence with other McDonald’s restaurants.

Ambience is good. Seating options are also good. Food was not properly fried. The center of the patty was cold (probably it was frozen patty). Not freshly prepared food.

The environment is good, I have ordered hazelnut cappuccino taste is ok, the one who loves burger it's the right place . Good place to hangout with friends and family.

The experience was good for following reasons: 1. They themselves suggested us offers and appropriately did the changes so that we got more than we initially selected for order 2. Food was good. 3. Service was good. Only problem I felt was drinking water facility.

It's good, as usual - nothing special. Ooh yes. I like that big screen self ordering touch screen. That's very convenient to order. Food was good.

This is hands down the best mcDonalds franchise i've ever been to. the staff were nothing less than phenomenal. It was raining the day I went and a employee without asking offered us a tissue as we were wet.... that was to thoughful. The food never feels old or stale always feels warm and fresh and they never skip out on sauces, vegies etc. Even the service on table is excellent. We dont need to pick up our orders, rather they serve on our tables. And they even came again to ask for ketchups, sauces, tissues mid-meal, like which other fast food outlet does that!!! I say it again, the best mcDonalds outlet i've ever been to. (PS go at lunch times and order chicken nuggets, they would be freshly fried and you wouldnt regret it :)

This place always seems to attract me with the flavour, texture and taste of the burger. I love to eat mc spicy chicken, with a coke float. The veg options available are great too. No wonder why people love to visit the place for any type of meal.

Chicken Strips are amazing. Little expensive but delicious. Chicken american cheese burger is my personal favorite. Ice coffee is the best in town

Loved the fun of eating & chilling out here. Very nicely decorated with a separate room for large groups & single high rise stools with table for the loners or just a couple of friends. The separate room had a unique way of serving food :They will give you a token number in the form of a placard which is to be placed on the table & when your order is ready, their Waiter will deliver it to your numbered table. No bothering with which order number is getting ready at this outlet,as there is no self service, but there is a Waiter service!!
