Hi Google,Can we have a negative rating system please? Ok guys so this Nandwani Handloom, one of the most overrated shop in Katihar has pathetic service post purchase. I totally agree that they have legacy no doubt experience of their parents and grandparents, but the new generation is gonna loose it for sure. I have bought PVC sheet for my floor. I am asking them to arrange someone to apply it since last 3 days. But they are ignorant like anything. Finally I found someone from outside, and wasted my 3 days. So basically guys Naam acha but log ignorant hai. Choose your shop wisely and support other handloom shops then only these people will learn lesson. Once their sale will decline then they will understand the value of customer and their time. I know you guys are famous just because what your parents has given u in legacy but don't ruin it. Thank you 😊

I had purched three door curtains but within two months all the sliding rings of the curtains get rusted.When I asked for exchange they have refused to do so. Pathetic after sale service.
