Completely Unprofessional. Booked some jewellery and they misplaced after taking advance booking amount. No clarity on terms and conditions. Very Slow billing. They almost took half an hour to hand over jewellery after payment. Don’t know how brands like Kalyan working like this.

Experience is Pathetic and Worst. Its worthless to be associated to Kalyan Jewellers. I had bought a subscription in January 2023 where I was told that on maturity when I buy, I will not be charged a single penny as Making Charges. Entire maturity amount will be value of gold. Also, I was informed that I can deposit maximum 3 instalments at once either in advance or at the end of 3rd month but the same was false information given by Kalyan Representative and I have been charged penalty for that too. After my last installment, kalyan representatives started calling me everyday to buy jewellery, I specifically told them that I will be visiting on a specific day, but they kept calling me from different different nos. When I said that please do not disturb me or else I will register a complaint, I was told you can register a complaint but nothing will matter and We will call you till closure of your scheme. It was such irritating. On my visit to the store after selecting a jewellery, I was informed that if I buy a particular jewellery as a walk in I can get the same with discount at Rs. 1.84 lacs but with my Sowbhagya Scheme I will be charged 1.88 lacs. I bought the same for Rs. 1.88 lacs. What was the benefit of the association of 1 year in the subscription. I would never be visiting Kalyan Jewellers ever again in my life nor I would recommend anyone to visit. You have cheated your customer.

We visited Kalyan jewelers at boring road Patna for purchase of jewelleries for wedding. Overall it was such a nice experience. The courtesy and hospitality extended to us by Ms Priyanka Singh and Mr Sumith was excellent. Given a chance, we would like to visit once again here. All in all, a 5 star experience.

I am here because it becomes necessary sometimes to actually reveal the horrible experience, I bought diamond bangles with a trust in the brand and now real diamonds are falling from the bangle, I never experienced such a thing with diamond jewelery with any other brand When I mailed the customer care, they are least bothered to even reply. What should a customer do if something like this is happening with such brand diamond jewelery, how can we trust this brand with our hard earned money ????? Completely dissatisfied

Good collection of jwellery item. I have special liking for the vintage gold collection. They also offer a scheme of gradual prepayment spanning over 11 months. More over opting for the scheme directly decreases the making charge by a good percentage , sometimes even cheaper than the local gold stores. All jeweller are hallmarked . Parking space is available for cars within the campus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We have always liked the collection of Kalyan Jeweler’s Bangalore locations .. was little skeptical about patna location branch😅 but to our surprise they too have a wide variety of collection. Mr. Dharmendra Singh ( you can find him easily with a wide smile on his face🙂) was our salesman and he was very helpful in finding us the kind of design we wanted that too with utmost patience 😀.
