Knowledgeable staff (aside from one lady -she wore a natural hair t/shirt), clean well stocked and presentable premisis, but staff need to stop sleeping in the salon. Doesn't create a good impression. Very reasonably priced (compared to allure). All round a pleasant experience.

Great advocates for natural hair. So am I. Lovely ambience too and stock a wonderful variety of natural hair products to help keep you looking authentically African. Gets terribly busy on weekends so patience is required. For the price, I can't say much. Women always spend so much on their hair irrespective of where they do it. But I think the cash you spend here is worth the compliments. They accept electronic payments - cards and mobile money. That's pretty neat, allowing you confidently choose and spend without worrying about how much cash you have at hand. I'm here every other weekend because my wife and daughter just sparkle each time. I'm a sucker for cornrows...

My daughter just got her twists done here and she loves the result. Got referred here by a friend and I’m glad the experience was positive. I love how open and spacious the place is with natural lighting coming through the windows. Great location away from the busy main roads. The beauticians were friendly and courteous. They were fast and very attentive at every step of the process. I also bought some hair products. The prices were reasonable. Got a bit sleepy while waiting for them to finish my daughter’s hair so I took a nap on their couch 😁 Update: A few braids came off the next day so she went back and they fixed it promptly free of charge which was nice but dropping a star for the inconvenience. Second update less than a week: Almost half of the twists fell off on their own, so my daughter took all of them off last night because her hair looked so ratty. I guess the 400+cedis went down the drain. I was so happy at first but as the week progressed I felt that I had been cheated. I feel a little sad because my friend recommended this place but we will never go there again. My youngest was looking forward to getting her hair done here but looks like we’ll be looking elsewhere. So my rating of this place initially was 5 stars but I’m dropping it to 2 stars.👎👎👎👎

Great experience - just needed to take my braids down and a quick wash/blow dry. Most of my positive experience was because of Regina - she was attentive, knowledgeable and gentle (which for someone with a tender head you know is hardddd to find). She actually could tell I had a sensitive scalp without me even telling her. Consistently checked in on me and made sure that I was good. The service was quick and prices reasonable - will be back!

Its a natural hair salon. We had to wait for a little bit even though there was only l person being worked on. The lady who eventually did the braiding ended up braiding the hair bigger than l wanted it. I think she was in a rush to finish. Hair was braided damp and there was no blow drying of hair before or after braiding. The braids don't look good after a few days and needs to be taken out. Very disappointed in the service seeing that they are supposed to be experienced in handling natural hair.

Great service and prices but no A/C. They have big fans. They port hot water into a bucket with cool water to wash your hair and do a great job. The price is reflecting of the things they lack. So if you don't mind that I would definitely recommend. They always take great care of me. They are busy on the weekends and one of the only shops open on a Sunday. If you can go in the mornings during the week you might be one of two people and be able to get in and out. A lunch break to the salon during the week will save you a few hours during the weekend. You can always call ahead to see how busy they are before you head in.

Did not like my experience because I told them that I wanted my braids smaller and they told me that because I didn’t have enough hair that I could not get them smaller. But I brought six packs of hair with me and I had previously had my hair braided and only used up four packs of hair for the exact same hairstyle (several times before) so I knew that they were lying 🤥. I believe that they made my braids bigger so that they can steal my hair. Which is terrible and I won’t be going back there.

I mainly went there because of the positive reviews on Google. The lady that saw me at the entrance was quite hospitable, waiting time was like 7 minutes. The place has potential to look very nice and clean however it looked disorganised and messy… I will admit that my hair was matted, it was really bad (my fault), however it’s been worse and I usually manage sort it out myself. Additionally, my scalp is very tender so I was hoping that they would know how to treat my hair carefully. I was disappointed because they don’t use brushes or have brushes apparently. They rather use the classic wide tooth comb to detangle your hair, they briefly brush the ends of the hair and then proceed to go straight into the roots with the wide tooth comb, it’s obviously painful and time consuming.I saw a couple of clients hair being handled in the same way. I tried telling the lady that I was in pain but there was little she could do since she only had that comb and no better technique. After doing my hair my scalp was soo sore, I asked if my hair could be flat ironed however I was told that they don’t use flat irons in the saloon??? Weird. I was kind enough to tip the hairstylist because she was very patient but ended up being 5ghc short when paying my bill, I wanted to pay with momo however I was told that I could pay the next time, which I appreciate.

Knowledgeable staff, good customer relations. For anything natural hair and locs, look nowhere. One thing that makes them outstanding is that, workers are given in-service training by external professionals about hair tips, hair care etc. I’ll always go there for my locs retightening and care no matter the distance

Been to twist & Locs while on holiday in Ghana, it was a great experience, the styles were amazingly quick and friendly, will certainly visit again when I'm in Ghana.
