The hotel is new, that's the one star. Upon arrival two clerks at the reception didn't even notice that we arrived, they were busy with computers etc. so we greeted them first.....Rooms are nice, beds comfy however for 4* you expect coffee & tea station, iron, nothing is available. The hotel is situated between two gas stations on main street and it's extremely noisy, loud, car horns, locals screaming till late night. Luckily I always have ear plugs.....AC in the room is loud during the night even when the unit is set for night mode. The staff never smile, never greet you first, moody but one gentleman and one lady waiters during breakfast time are the only ones who know what hospitality means, that's second star. And breakfast I won't even mention, it's a joke. I thought the worst selection was in Israel...No it's right here in this hotel.....

I had never been as a guest.....but I wish one day it would happen.....looks amazing from outside!!!

In centre. Very close to the beach and close to about 7 good/okay restaurants. Some with nice sea view. A small museum close by. And of course lots of souvenir shops with eager and friendly sellers ready to sell you anything. Hotel is opposite to the Shell station. Good breakfast. Clean!

Enjoyed my stay here, very modern hotel. Staff are very helpful cannot do enough for you. Pool and gym on the rooftop. Breakfast included in your stay. I would definitely stop here again.

Great value for price hotel with super friendly staff! We arrived at 5am in the morning and were still able to check-in without problems. From the original 2 nights we extended our stay to a total of 6. The Hotel is quite new with very spaceious rooms, exellent breakfast and most importantly super friendly staff members. It‘s located in the center of Sal Rei and only a 5min walk from the beach.

Bardzo przyjazny hotel pod kątem obsługi oraz czystości w pokojach. Śniadania bardzo ubogie i monotonne , obiady-kolacje -- best :) Wszystko byłoby perfekcyjnie .gdyby recepcja hotelu potrafiła sobie poradzić z internetem ,który rzekomo jest. W naszym pokoju na II piętrze kompletnie nie łapie , zostało to zgłaszanie kilkukrotnie i nie uzyskaliśmy żadnych popraw. Z kolei inne pokoje na naszym piętrze mają perfekcyjny zasięg internetu. Nie wiem dlaczego Hotel nie potrafi rozmawiązać tego problemu lub zmienić nam pokoju. Pracuję zdalnie i chciałbym mieć stałe połączenie jednak nie jest to tu możliwe. Ostatni aspekt do jakiego doczepie się to temat: (wygodny łóżek) Nie jestem wymagającą osobą ,ale to jak tu jestem niewyspany ,przekracza wszelakie normy standardu hotelu z 4 ****...

Un ottimo albergo in cui soggiornare se vai a Boa Vista. Dotato di tutti i comfort incluso un piccolo ristorante in cui cenare accompagnati da musica live. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, piscina all'aperto, posizione centrale.

Quite a new hotel but with an outstanding service! There were a few minor issues during our 6 day stay but they were resolved within a day! Felt like an absolute vip here. Thank you!
