This beach bar is spot on, can be reached by taxi, however we walked along the beach from Sal Rei. Really good vibe to it, beer is cold and background music in the day is exactly what you need. 200 local currency for a beer, 2 Euros, can’t say much more than that!

Went out for dinner and entertainment. The cocktails was amazing, the food wasn't the best to be honest when reading off the menu it sounded like I was going to have a plate full but it certainly wasn't the case. The entertainment was amazing it was truly the best night we had all holiday

Booked a Fire Show and Food here for £130 through GetYourGuide. Sadly got enough fire to light a cigarette and enough food to keep me awake through the fire show out of sheer hunger. The 2 course meal offered was the smallest steak I've had on the island and my partner got a single chicken thigh, not what you'd expect for over £100. The second course was a bowl of fries which we had to share. The dance portion of the entertainment was very good and had great energy and good vibes. The fire portion of the show was lack luster and barely be called a show where the performer licked fire for half the show and rubbed a fire stick on his arms. Not sure what else you would come for. Other events maybe different. There are other beach bars with different portion sizes. Best of luck and happy holidays. No stress.

I was here only for the Reggae party on Monday. Great place and amazing atmosphere! Everyone is dancing. Entry are 3€ - which is ok because the drinks are quite cheap compared to European standards. If you consider eating at Morabeza be prepared for intense prices. Food ranges between 10-20€ which I find super high, especially considering that this is NOT Europe!

We went there for lunch, we were the only one there. My first impressions were that it might not become well because there was only one person working up there (and one in the kitchen), but it was delicious. My GF took the pasta with lobster and I took the tuna tataki, I never excepted getting such a high quality dish in such a place "in the middle of nowhere".

Lovely quirky place to chillout and sample a beer/cocktail or two when walking the beach. Didn't sample the food but they were barbecuing a whole pig when we were there and it looked and smelled amazing.

We visited here 7 years ago and had a brilliant night, so it seemed perfect to revisit this holiday. We booked a table for 8pm, the table allocated was directly in front of the singer, and we asked if there was another table available away from the main entertainment. After 30mins of being left stood in the middle of the restaurant we finally managed to grab the staff member who we had asked for a different table, to tell them if it was not possible we would just sit at the allocated table. We were seated at a different table, where it took an age for our order to be taken. At 9.30 we were finally served our meals. I opted for grilled fish with rice and veg, the fish was the worst cooked fish I have ever seen, 2 pieces were served first was white and dry and fluffy, the second dark grey, hard and inedible (see picture). I took the meal back to show the staff the fish, the first response was to ask if I wanted it cooking more, I think this was an attempt at humour. We had several conversations with members of staff where one tried to justify the cooking of the fish as how europeans like it. We were offered another meal on the house, which we reluctantly accepted as by this point I just wanted leave. I opted for grilled chicken, when it came it was the worst cooked chicken breast, dry and stringy, at this point we just left. We did see other food going out that looked and smelt nice so I am not sure what happened to ours, really disappointed by the whole experience.
