This is one of the hotels that I will probably recommend to anyone visiting Tamale these days. It's quiet, neat and great customer services. The location is perfect and it's closer to a police barrier increasing the security of the place. It's very beautiful

Very good pillows and mattress, clean room, no difference between deluxe and standard but difference prices 😂, clean environment, good customer experience... you should visit Jeyads anytime you are in Tamale and thank me later 😊

My room had some roaches, further the gentleman at the reception was not a friendly one. I however enjoyed the services from Ernest, the driver; Soraya; and the male waiter who served us last night. Thumbs up to these three.

The breakfast is not served at 7am as promised. I had to leave without breakfast quite a number of times. The food is good though and the staff are responsive when called upon to help

The rooms were ok, but the bathrooms were not very clean. They were acceptable. Overall, ok

The internet is the worst of them all. After midnight it doesn't work at all, so just come prepared to not make use of the internet. As for the customer service, let me put it this way- don't have high expectations. The food is not that good but the amount of oil put in the food is crazy. The rooms are not that bad, compared to places like Mariam. Overall the rooms here are good but the bathroom..smh

It's a beautiful hotel with very decent rooms. The hotel comes with a conference facility and a resturant with spacious car park. The receptionists are very professional and attend to guests needs with urgency. It is also located in good proximity but slightly out of down town in a serene area close to Vittin Police Barrier. The rates are slightly above budget as it merits the edifice.

The beds are the highlight of this place for me. So comfy! The rooms are not as spacious as one will expect when you imagine that 2 people could use a room at a time in such places. But it's okay. The heater didn't give up on me like at other places. But the restaurant is slow. So slow. Maybe the slowest I've encountered. I had to wait for over an hour to get my breakfast, and when I asked for it to go, the packaging was really poor. That's something that should be improved. Nice, quiet place though.

I spent a few nights at Jeyads while in Tamale and had a great stay! For a budget hotel I was very impressed with the services and accommodations available. The basic room is basic as described, but still clean and the bed is very comfortable. I did upgrade one day and that room was slightly bigger, had a desk, and tea, hot chocolate, etc. The hotel has a restaurant and bar upstairs that is very affordable and TASTES GREAT! You can easily just eat here the whole time and be satisfied for lunch and dinner. Room service is also available for just 5 cedes and is very convenient. The wi-fi at this facility is also pretty fast and consistent, which is a shock for Ghana in general! There is also an airport shuttle available I believe. Jeyads hostel is a nice place to be ...it runs 24 hours hostel services ...it is located in Tamale along the salaga/ Yendi road ...closer to vitting police barrier..

I have been there a few times when I had to move to Tamale and I’m glad I chose Jeyad’s lodge. Great customer services and clean rooms. The owner of the place is also very receptive. Last year I also recommended the hotel to a few colleagues for their short stay. I will choose Jeyad’s lodge any day and any time.
