KFC Tamale as a global brand has brought its international service to Tamale, first ever drive through service in town. I came ordered my lunch and picked it up without stepping out of my car. Best fried chicken. Very polite attendants and beautiful setup. Loved it there.

Coming from Accra I was excited to see if the food tasted the same and it did. Order took longer than it usually does for a fast food but the staff apologised. All in all it was a decent experience

The oder taker was basically rushing me out. I wanted to explore but it looks like he wasn't having the patience probably because he was the only one. My order didn't take much time to get ready and it was hot and crispy crunchy as I wanted it

The food is okay. The attendants are very nice and very professional. I really don't like that they empty the rubbish bins by the eating space and when customers are eating. I wish they had an opening outside the eating space for emptying the bins without invading customers.

This is one of most horrible places to eat in Tamale. The ladies at the till are rude, off putting and offensive. The bathroom is badly kept. Always a mess. And if you want to use a POS, forget it. It's always off.

The services there was not too good to my liking. They don't know as and when some product are finishing. A customer is not supposed to stand for more than 45minutes then you said it's finish so we're preparing some. Thank you.

This is the worst KFC franchise I have visited in Ghana. I tried making payment with my credit card and the attendant kept insisting that I use my pin. It got to a point where her tone changed and she avoided making eye contact with me. She called in the supervisor and he made matters worse by raising his voice and dropping the POS in front of me and left. I cancelled my order and left. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to keep a close eye on the business because your workers are destroying the brand.

This is the worst KFC Franchise I've been to. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for my order to be taken. The staff didn't know how credit cards work and insulted a person I was with. If there is a rating of 0, I would have given it to the establishment.

I called over 20 times only to be answered by a worker giving me another number to call. Then the call dropped. At that point I had just had enough. You've lost a customer for that day. Now imagine the hundreds of other people this may have happened to. If you're satisfied with it then keep it up.

Great place. Crisp chicken & chips. Had a poor service experience with my order. Order got lost in the system according to the staff and we had to wait over an hour to get our order. I think they should work on this.

It's a great place.....Always remember to go there with your nose mask and uhm, it's a cool place. I understand the waiting is normal since they usually have so many orders....be ready to wait a bit for your order to be served you.

Good to have in the city, when all goes wrong you know as a tourist that you can at least not go hungry. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of other places to eat but it just feels good to know that KFC is a safety net if all goes wrong. For the staff, they're friendly, but one guy there should be trained on dealing with customers, he doesn't know the menu and also how tells me that strips is not chicken. In his mind chicken is the one with the bone, if it has no bone its no chicken, for someone working at KFC this could be disturbing.

Nice chicken just like any other branch, Tamale branch can run out of stock of chicken if there is an interruption in their supply chain.... meaning the fact they are opened doesn't mean u will be getting your order. On Fridays you are gonna join a long queue

Is a lovely and cool place. friends and family do come over to celebrate a birthday party and take pictures. Friends come over mostly the ladies just to take pictures because of the nice atmosphere.

Nice food, really enjoyed our time there when I last visited with friends from Accra. Their customer service was great, we had a nice gentleman taking good pictures of our time over there.

Nice place, but the workers need proper customer service skills. I walked in and they keep talking to each other ignoring a customer was in for service. I have to educate them a little bit on attending to customers promptly.
