West Hills Mall, another huge investment in the western part of Accra. It has a very spacious car park. The miniature vehicular over pass is good for flow of traffic. But allowing pedestrians to cross the high is impeding proper pace of vehicular traffic on the highway. Fine food court and curvy alleyway through the mall is interesting. Occupancy rate of the mall may not be good for it's investors. Many shops, with Kofi and Ama stickers are not sold out. Hanging glasses in the alleyway is scary, it may drop on visitors during earth tremors. Unrepaired Roof Leakages are messing the front facade. Beautiful tones of brown colours are aesthetically pleasing to onlookers.

The place is indeed large, beautiful and has a good surroundings... Anything that can keep man's survival is available. Whether being it clothes, food, foot wears etc.

I must confess the huge turnout when we visited during the holidays really caught us overwhelming plus the 10seconds lights out ..The escalator we couldn't even.board due to numbers waiting looked cool too....Overall, I guess we'd have to visit outside holiday hours to give a proper rating

West Hills Mall is so far has one of the bigges parking spaces for a mall in Ghana. Part of it is a playground for kids. It houses a lot of convenient shops and supermarkets including Shoprite. Pay attention to the street signs on the main highway. It confuses a lot of people, who end up bypassing the entrance- quite confusing.

Love this mall. From native to American wear and accessories. I purchased a lot of native items to bring back to the states. Security all around the mall so I felt safe and taxi drivers avaliable to take you home

A really good place to shop and relax in safety. I appreciate the alertness of security personnel with an eye on all visitors. What i like most about this largest West African Mall is SPACE! Spacious shops, spacious corridors, and spacious open and basement parking lots - the choice is yours! Eateries! You have choices from local to continental fast foods and ice creams, and you can go cashless. The mall has one of the best, yet least noticed shop for herbal and organic products... and yes, lots of fresh air, you could just take a walk around and come back refreshed.

This is the best mall I have ever visited in Ghana. Everything is on point and whatever you are looking for is made available. To stay out of the trouble of missing your way, open your Google maps for directions because the place is big and looks like a whole community.

The mall has great shops with good security and a clean environment with lots of parking. There's a lot of good restaurants with good food. It has a cinema upstairs if you are in the mood for a movie.

There is everything you can think of, from Banks, food, to electronics, furniture, clothing, game centers, movie theatre, restaurants (both local, continental, Asian, etc.), jewellery, cosmetics, perfumery, shoes and accessories, etc. Very clean and comfortable restrooms. Air conditioned lounges as well as outdoor sitting areas. Ultra spacious demarcated car park with security personnel. A modern aesthetic view that is pleasing to the eye.

So this is a very lovely mall the entire time I was here I almost forgot I was in Ghana. This is exactly how an American mall is designed. I'm glad it wasn't very crowded as I'm told it usually is...it was great to have less people staring at me I don't understand why people don't know that it is rude. However the staff here was better than normal. It is a very very long g way away from MOST of Accra. I felt like when I was driving there that I was no longer even in greater Accra. I really enjoyed this mall don't know how often I'll go the ride alone was too long and it's pretty expensive if you're using Bolt to drive you there. However this is an excellent mall.

Wow, I must admit the movies where great, such a wonderful theater 🎭. I had the opportunity to play snookers and feels so great 😃. While I didn't fully plan to go on tour, what I call a mini tour at West Hills Mall is memorable. It brightened up my day. It I had a car😀 which I don't, I wouldn't have problem at the parking lot. I also admire the strong security unit, their assistance alone is enough. The security helps everyone including kids and school children. So beautiful ❤️. Nice place to shop for common household items. If you're driving, I recommend that you park at the ground floor instead of the basement. If you need to park at the basement and you're alone be cautious about your personal safety. This mall is always safe.

I am very very disappointed with the security system at the mall . I always shop at west halls mall for about six days in the week and I spend over three thousand cedis in day for shopping there . I came to the mall on Sunday the 12 , of September 2021 and I spend about 1hours for shopping and 50 minutes at one of the coffee shops for coffee and new York restaurants for food . I returned to the parking space for my motorcycle I use as my transportation and the bike was no where to be found. This is very bad . A bike that locked with keys how ........ help me find answers to my questions cause this over my imagination

It is a decent mall; however, I'm not accustomed to people bombarding me to buy something as soon as I walk into a store. You want to have the freedom to browse and select items to purchase rather than a salesperson walking up to you with multiple items asking which one do you like. Most foreigners are turned off by this act. I purchased one item but I went in with the intention of buying 6 modestly priced bags as souvenirs.

Not very exciting. Not sure why it is classed as the biggest mall when there are hardly anything exciting within the complex. For me Accra Mall is by far the best out of the 3 I visited which included Marina Mall. I literally walked from one end to the next in the space of 12 minutes. Very disappointing and to think I paid 50 Cedi In order to get here from East Legon and the horrendous traffic. Took me 1 hour from door to door. Not recommended in my opinion.

It was my first time there and I really like the place. I'm surprised more people don't go there. It's huge and there are so many stores. That you'd find at Accra Mall. And probably even more.

One of the nicer mall set ups in Greater Accra so far for me. There are a few malls huddled up together in a convenient corner. Kinda hard to find for a first timer by car but once you do it's potentially heavenly for a feverish shopper. New China mall round the corner and a KFC is placed at reachable distance if nothing at the mall tickles your fancy.

West Hills is a great mall, if you are expecting everything you get in the UK you will be disappointed but there are some great things. Some alcohol is relatively cheap in all honesty this is mainly local. But some exceptions include Smirnoff Double Black Ice and Stella both these are less than a pound a bottle. The food is varied but things like cheese, milk and fruit are premium priced. But you can get just about everything.. Be ready to have people queue jump if they only have a few items though.

Didn't actually shop here. Passed here on my way to China Mall. Thought there was a GCB branch at West Hills Mall, there isn't. Still West Hills is far bigger and busier than the nearby China Mall, I just think the China Mall pricing is pretty good and their staff quite helpful. I will give better review of West Hills when I give it a try.

It's quite a large place with a lot of vendors. Cool and clam during the day but quite noisy at night. It's a good location for a street night out vibe.

West Hills mall is the best mall in Accra to visit. Management have provided long benches in the middle of the walkways for visitors to rest. These benches help a lot, especially the aged and children, they sit and rest before they start or continue with their shopping.

Great and lovely place. You can get whatever you want at the shopping center. Prices are a little higher plus taxes
