    I don't give 1 star lightly, and this is probably the second 1 star review I've done on this platform. After my package hanging in the UK over a month (although it got from the US to the UK in under 1 day) it took 3 days to battle our way to get the package. I'm not exaggerating. See, my package was in on Monday. FedEx told me to go come on Tuesday. Tuesday, they wouldn't start giving out for those of us whose packages came in the previous day because, they "were sorting the Tuesday's packages". Spent all day, made almost no progress on actually getting to customs. Wednesday, came through about 08:45. After waiting for some 3 hours, got in to examine package. Was sent out, literally outside the premises, to stand in the scorching sun whiles we waited for the customs duty I'll have to pay computer. This is us standing outside in the scorching sun. And also the customs people, hmmm. A country, where the people in charge of the system, INTENTIONALLY and DELIBERATELY punish you for trying to do the right thing. First in line at customs. Because I don't wanna do backdoor, I'm still here, 7 hrs in. More than 5 people through backdoor payments, done and gone

    I ordered a package from Lagos and when it arrived in ghana , FedEx called and upon getting there , i was asked to pay for duty which was ( Ghs 700 ) which was too much . 700 cedis just for one item ? They’re just thieves

    My package got stuck for almost a month in the GB which I assumed was because of the pandemic But it eventually arrived and was delivered to me safely. It helped to that the shipper paid for shipping because Ghana customs are trash by making simple procedures hard and also corrupt. It would have been better if their customer service representatives weren't ignorant and rude and instead friendly and reassuring. Thanks for delivering my package and I hope I never have to use any of your services again till it gets better.☺️😊

    Terrible terrible terrible.... Can I add one more terrible? Place is disorganized.. Employees are clueless about your shipment. I went there during covid season and there were no safety protocols in place. The employees serving me were rude. Additionally, nobody picks up the phone when you calm for inquiries/directions. The location pin in Google is also incorrect. I'm normally very optimistic, logical and practical in my reviews but the visit and the experience at FedEx Ghana was just beyond me. Oooh I forgot say that my item was delayed for almost a month and no one could tell me what was wrong both FedEx Ghana and FedEx global.. I'll pay the high fees any day to use dhl.... They've always delivered, they lick up their calls and have an idea where my shipment is if/when its delayed. I'm just so dissapointed with the service at FedEx!!

    If there was a way to give you zero stars I would, trust me, you our unhelpful, unconcerned and very bad at customer service, you love to frustrate people, but you will soon get your due, maybe tarnishing your name on social media will help you sit up and actually help people, you have no idea the inconvenience you cause people,or maybe you do and you just don't care. If a mistake has been made by FedEx China,mind you the mistake is not from the sender or recipient but YOU. And you can't be bothered to fix it, the receptionist at your head office sits there with badly painted lips and unsmiling face and doesn't help,then why sit there,?? You are the worst and I will make it a point to never use you guys again, and will do my best to tell all and sundry about your lackadaisical behaviour. Someday soon your mistakes will cost you and I will cheer on as you crush, just like you frown when I actually needed help, talk about incompetency , remember even conglomerates can fail when due diligence is not taken into consideration . May you all have frustrations you give to people in thousand folds.

    The worst delivery service I have ever used, I ordered a pick up and delivery from Accra to Sunyani on a Wednesday morning. They never picked up till Friday and I had to keep calling over and over again before they finally came. Fast forward, their delivery delayed and she did not receive the package on the expected date but a day later. The worst part is the package that was being sent was made of glass and I informed the company before the delivery that it was glass. Unfortunately, when the package got to its destination it was completely shattered, completely destroyed, the worst part is when it got to the recipient, it was intentionally wrapped with sellotape in a bid to make it look presentable, but here is the case where you can see its completely broken. They made no effort in handling it with care even though I specifically said what is contained so why do they ask at all?

    Very poor customer service. I sent a package on Thursday to be delivered to Accra on Friday. I didnt get any text or call neither did the recipient. I struggled to get a working contact number only for the service provider to tell me that i should have called earlier and that the package will be sent on Monday! Soo upset. The package needed to arrive on Friday to be used on Saturday. You failed in Your duty to simply deliver or contact if any challenge occurred. Failed to provide a working contact number. And as your “ client” I struggle to finally call a working number, you give me this very arrogant response. Im utterly disappointed.

    Extremely poor service. Be careful of agents, they may rip you off. Incredibly disappointed. This is giving FedEx international a very bad reputation in Ghana. Go with DHL instead.

    Very poor service with bad customer service.. one lady called Lydia very unprofessional…. I ordered for a pickup on Tuesday and till now wasn’t picked up .. I kept on calling everyday and all they did was to apologize and repeat same thing, by not picking it up… very disappointed

    By far, this company doesn’t seem to know the importance of getting any item delivered on time to customers. I sent an item to their courier service on Tuesday and even by Friday the item has not been delivered yet. The bad side of it is that the item was meant to be delivered to Mmafe which is not far from Accra to the best of knowledge. Their services and customer relationships is totally abysmal.

    Prepare to pay for handling fees and customs fees incase your package gets detained. If your package stays more than 5 days, you will need to pay for storage as well.

    Giving 2stars because i got a notification that my package is in even though I was out of the country. Now I will there a section where i can rate what goes on in their premises Negative Starts. Goro boys all over, incase you want to do everything by your self the customs will tell you to get one to help you. The most corrupt delivery company. Everyone want to extort money from you. You ask for receipt and you will not get because they will waste your time! My 1st and LAST using their services.

    FedEx is definitely one of the leading brands or names when it comes to shipments and courier services! NB: please do well to put a proper signage Infront of the establishment to notify we the novices of the establishment.

    This is the Most unorganized entity with countless corrupt people! Ordinary face shields, sent as gifts to an NGO, addressed to the NGO, was charged Ghc1,510 as duty when the cost of buying the same 400 pieces at MAKOLA market is ghc400. . An official demanded ghc200 so as to RELEASE the package but when my colleague demanded for a receipt for the ghc200, they said they were going through the process. I have evidence any day any time. And so we paid over Ghc1,500 for an item worth ghc400 in Accra. How would one be encouraged to assist in curbing the Covid19 pandemic when his or her efforts would rather cause him pain? ... No wonder Ghana is the world's most indisciplined Country.

    Worst service ever. I don’t know if both shipping with them was worth it. I was never called about package arrival, had to go in there myself to inquire if package was there. For a package which cost 350$ I had to pay customs over $500. Worst purchase of my entire life. Would I use them again.. hell no. I will forward my shipment through gh post. Though it may be slow but I sure as hell won’t be pay this exorbitant freight prices. My worst nightmare ever.

    Worst service I've received in Accra by far. They are very slow and time consuming. You could literally spend your day there just to retrieve your package. What baffles me is that, they only have one guy behind the computer who verifies the tracking number and name of individuals. With the demand they have, I think they should have more than 3 people doing that job. There is more room for improvement. Also they do not deliver door to door, you need to pick your package personally. Quite appalling

    Good brand, but services is bad in Ghana. Any time i call support to follow up on a package, they give wrong information, at least this happed 3x. I refer them to what is showing on the tracker and they accept that as the right information instantly. my package is stuck in Accra for 6 days and they are not able to give an update. we are just moving in circles

    Real scammers. I purchased some items in US at 135 usd and sent to Ghana. In advance I was informed by the logistic company in US that the duty taxes will cost 67 usd plus an eventual service fee. These scammers had the courage to tell me that the duty tax is 1000 ghc plus 350 ghc. When I asked them to give me the figures for how they came to 1000 ghc (because there are rules for duty taxes), then suddenly...complete silence. I would have loved to give a minus here, but there is no option for that so 1 star

    Went to the bonded warehouse to collect a package. Very minimal amenities though there's a toilet facility. The waiting area isn't that great, at least not for the over 60s

    My friend and I have our product at FedEx and it's in Ghana already. For the past 2 weeks a personnel contacted us once and we couldn't reach him again. Later, we called and spoke to a lady and asked her to process the items and deliver. We have not heard anything again. All our calls to your available numbers on your online profiles are not answered. We are really not happy with this service. I'm not sure I should recommend your services to anyone.

    I’ve not received a package sent from lagos to Accra they are telling me it’s in France(the package) no one is even calling or sending mail or messages on the update I’ve had to move my trip twice just because I haven’t gotten my package and I haven’t gotten it still and no positive response at all from them….     Worst service encountered. It's been over 12 days my package arrived in Accra and got cleared according to the tracking email. I have called their customer service several times, and they keep promising I'm going receive the package. Up until today, I'm still here waiting for the package to be delivered.

    I have ordered for a pick up since Last week and they keep on postponing the pick up. Friday is almost here and no reasonable explanation. Only sorry that the pick up was not done. I would have gone to the office myself if I could. Not really satisfied with this treatment.

    A parcel sent on the 2nd of December from Takoradi still has not reached me as of 8th December. The customer service staff lies continuously that the package is on its way to be delivered and it never does. The delivery men don’t call but go back to the office to report that they did and their call was not answered. Their customer service staff should be fired. They laugh and giggle on the phone when you try to explain your situation. Very very poor services!

    Extremely poor service. Goods are always stolen and not come out as supposed to. Charges are unnecessary high as well. Very annoying. I’m literally reading all the reviews and I’m so amazed at how people are also complaining. Fedex I don’t know if you read your reviews but you should so you see how dissatisfied customers are with your useless and absolutely clueless staff and your prices that don’t even make sense. Very very poor. I don’t think you even deserve anything that looks like a star.

    Is good doing business with them. My only challenge I encountered was when they told me they don't accept mobile money because their machine is not working. And they instructed me to get a mobile money agent to withdraw and give them cash before my parcel can be processed to Tamale.

    Seriously speaking if you have another option of shipping use them instead of FedEx. There's so much going on there which is not right especially with the fact that the customs agents will frustrate you to death. I ship all the time and my experience with FedEx has been the worst here. Avoid it. There's other options in Ghana which are totally stress free for sending and receiving items
