It's been extremely awful doing business with these people, they sent my parcel back, since 8th January I was called to come for my things, it is 18th, still no way to be found! I'm here right now, still no way to be found, my money my clients is all done even transportation to the post office every time..... This is exactly why African is on a stud, they chose not to care about adequate work or their people, this is called wickedness. Please don't trust these people. I can't write much, I'm extremely sad

Accra Post Office is located in heart of Accra metropolis, is about three hundred meters away or from Rawlings part, Makolar market and the Bank of Ghana. It is the biggest post office in Ghana, it also serves as the central or the National head office to all the regions.

They have good service in general. The post office building looks beautiful and historic. It’s a British style structure build during the time of the colonial masters . It’s in good maintenance always.

My personal valuable vintage area. A true teller of the age of TheCityOfAccra. One of the few edifices left to do that

It's sad to see how the maintenance needs of our most valued state assets are being neglected. The upper rooms can be put to good use rather than allowing the place to deteriorated.

I really don’t understand why the keep asking me who called me. Like you have a customer service line (which mind you I think they deliberately turn off) who individuals can call make enquires. They find it as some sort of a joke as to why I’m there pick up my package. So disrespectful and they waste your time as well. A package that has been delivered 4 days ago. Why is it still on the premises whilst you’ve charged us for delivery. It’s with a rider for 4 days?

This post office is terrible. They want more money to give the person on that end the package that I spent over 100$. US to send. What type of people do you have running your service. Everything seems to be a scam these days. I would not us this service. Go to DHL or something dissatisfied else. I highly

During the period of British colonization, this was the main Ghanaian Post Office. It is located right in the heart of Accra, next to the Central Bank. The square in front of the building is used for evening movie shows. Here you can buy nice postage items: envelopes, post cards and stamps; rare old stamps from 20 years ago are also available. Moreover, the building of the Post Office is an example of beautiful colonial architecture and the monument of Mother and Children in front of it is also worth seeing.
