The creek in the city! Where else can you get a fresh new look and walk along side fresh runoff funneled into this indoor/outdoor creek?? No where! Come check it out! It has a quaint charm about it, as long as you stay at least 6 feet away from the Karen's and the ones with their noses held just a tad too high.... It truly has something for everyone though. And great for the occasional photography!

City Creek center is a really nice mall located in the heart of downtown. It has a beautiful design with indoor streams of water with fishes! There are many stores to do your shopping with most of the major brands. The food court has a variety of options so you can really choose what to eat. Also, the main section is an indoor one, so you don't freeze on winter! I also love that several great restaurants as Cheescake factory are around the mall. Most of the stores open at 11am and closes around 7 or 8 pm.

City Creek is the place to visit at Christmas, so festive! We took Trax with our teen son to City Creek for dinner and walked around a bit. I love the small creek that runs through the mall. If you’re going during the Holiday’s prepare for long lines and waits, overall it was worth it!

The City Creek mall is one of the prettiest shopping centers. The roof opens up to make it an open air mall. There is a huge selection of stores. There are several great restaurants around the center.

At the convention center all day felt like overload. I needed to rethink my shoe choices so I headed off to this mall for some quick retail therapy & wardrobe adjustments and stayed for lunch & to decompress. The mall is clean and beautiful & the locals are friendly and warm. The food court has lots of franchised favorites. Upstairs are all the retail choices you need to adjust. Enjoy yourself!

Large shopping center near Temple Square in Salt Lake City. Anchor stores are Macy's and Nordstrom. There is a nice food court, as well as clean restrooms. The shopping center is very clean with nice decor. We really liked walking around and browsing in the shops

Very, very nice indoor shopping center with a water "creek" running through it and outside areas as well. The best time to visit is around Thanksgiving or after when the mall is all decorated, and it always seems to be snowing. It could use a few more entertainment areas, such as more restaurants, but they do have a fancy food court. It's always a cool place to visit.

I visited City Creek Center while visiting the area. Architecturally, the mall is beautiful. Parking was free for the first couple of hours but it was underground and a bit challenging to initially find. Maybe I went during an off time but there was hardly anyone in the mall and it gave off a deserted vibe.

Very spacious shopping!! Covering two city blocks on two levels with every type of shop possible down town. The lazy driver is fun to interact with the fish or just people watch. Parking is free underground for the first so hours. I was there for 8 hours on a Tuesday and it cost $12. Access on all sides of the block including the center of the street. Take a ticket at the guard gate and pull in. Caution watch for where you park and what level. It is easy to get lost from your car down here so take a picture of the access elevator or escalator they are labeled as well as color-coded. This will make it easier when you leave to find your vehicle and white floor it’s on. Eating establishments are plentiful with endless options Pricing is very reasonable for downtown around $10 a person. We went to the Cheesecake Factory which is our favorite Diane town.

I’m not a shopper, but this place is so well designed that if I lived here, I could see myself just going for a walk through this area to enjoy the buildings and architecture. I would enjoy that more than shopping.

A huge mall with Nordstrom and several other stores. Indoor Outdoor at the same time. Very clean and pleasant. It's a must walk thru place and I enjoy the giant outdoor fire place or the fountain. lots of escalators and sky bridge for easy crossing thru town.

I'm not a huge mall person. But I needed to blow some time. Food court called my name about 10pm. Got the at 9:50 and was disappointed to see they all stopped making food. Old pizza? No thanks. It's a nice place to stroll around. Stores just not my cup of tea.

Beautiful outdoor mall. Amazing indoor food court. Love to visit whenever i have the chance. Whenever i am here i look for a homeless person hanging around outside the mall that i can buy some food for. It brightens both our days.

The place is beautiful and clean. The shops are interesting and diverse. My only complaint is that you have to be dressed to impress to be here comfortably. If you go in athleisure or regular everyday clothes you will feel under dressed. My daughter absolutely loves the kids play area inside the food court.

This place is a top notch shopping center. It’s got central location, tons of stores and restaurants, little fish ponds, water features, underground parking free for two hours, and it’s really quite stunning to look at from inside and out. My kids really enjoy walking in the bridge over Main Street and seeing the light rail train pass underneath.

A beautiful outdoor mall with a roof they can close in the winter. A lot of high end stores. Beautiful landscaping. And a actual stream makes it's way through the mall itself. Bring the family or your special someone. You don't even half to spend any $. The ambience alone is worth the trip.

Inside/outside signature shopping mall in downtown SLC. Had everything from high end retail, to affordable styles for the cost-conscience. Easy walking, with a food court centrally located.

Mall was extremely clean with great places to stop and sit when wanting to relax or just enjoy the atmosphere. The music was at an excellent pitch and the fish were a nice little addition to watch when walking by the creek. Parking was also fairly easy and inexpensive. Great location and service overall!

There is a little bit of everything for just about everyone here. We walked from one end to the other and had plenty to look at. The kids loved the creek running through the middle and even at one point we saw some trout living within. The mall has multiple levels filled with all kinds of stores. The parking garage had plenty of space and we had no problem finding parking. My favorite place was the food court, I got some pizza while my daughter got some frozen pizza. We felt safe and really enjoyed ourselves.

I had a day in Salt Lake City to just explore the downtown area . As I was taking the Trax I stumbled upon this outdoor mall. To know me is to know I LOVE shopping. As such, I could not pass up an opportunity to see what the mall has to offer. This outdoor mall markets itself as a premier shopping destination. With stores like Louis Vuitton, Nordstroms and Tiffany and Company I would agree that it is a premier shopping mall. Howe er, they also offer more affordable options such as Macy’s and H&M. There is something for everyone. I also saw a food court. This is a great place to check out if in downtown Salt Lake City. As my granny would say it’s a good people watching spot if you don’t want to shop. While I did not make any purchases I did patronize t the Nordstroms coffee shop. I really enjoyed the iced lavender chai latte.

City Creek Center stands out as Utah's premier shopping destination. The retractable roof not only adds elegance but also ensures comfort during chilly weather. The mall's unique feature—a literal creek with fish—creates a serene atmosphere, turning your shopping experience into a tranquil escape. With an inexpensive parking structure offering spacious stalls, City Creek Center is a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and convenience.

If you have young adventurous children, hop on the Trax and take a ride downtown to the City Creek Mall! I took my two boys, four & two years old, here and we had a blast. The food court has every option you could ask for. We settled for pizza and headed over to the play place for some fun. The jungle jim is great and a safe place for kids to let loose and get their energy out. There's a sky bridge over Main St, water fountains, a fish pond with trout, and lots of great stores to shop in.

To me this is possibly one of the best places in Salt Lake City. You feel like staying here for long. I believe one must visit this place in the late evening hours when its beauty is at its peak. The glittering lights, the sound of water and movement of people (particularly during winter) makes you feel like staying here forever. You have numerous choices of shopping and a number of restaurants for dinner. This is truly a world class centre for shopping and dining.

You have to pay for parking even if you buy at there stores, no validation at all. And if you lose your parking ticket they make you pay twenty dollars no questions asked. Even if you are there for only an hour. This is just a racket. Fashion place is much better.

Rating this place only on looks alone because I didn't really come here to shop. This place has a wonderful outdoor indoor feel to it. The ceilings are super high and gives it a really majestic feel. There's a little stream going through and dogs are allowed inside the common area. I think this is definitely worth a visit just to walk around and admire the building

Not crowded at all but it was a weeknight. All stores were open but face masks required in the stores and even in the common areas. We still managed to have a good time. Plus no lines in the food court but an hour wait at Cheesecake Factory. No wait at Brio and MUCH quieter.

I actually love this place. It’s an outdoor mall for the most part, but they do have a nice walkway that’s covered and goes over the road. On Saturdays and other days of the week, they put on a water spray and colored fire show that’s timed with music and free for anyone who wants to watch. The water and fire comes up out of the ground of the central fountain. I take my nieces is here. They love it. I don’t know too much about the variety of the shops though. I just love the architecture of the place, the fountain show, and the overall feel of the place.

City creek center is an awesome mall. They have a light rail station, underground parking free for 2 hours, a bunch of restaurants, City Creek running through the mall with waterfalls and fountains and the creek itself. Overall it is a very nice mall right in downtown Salt Lake City. They also have a really nice and cool bridge that crosses right over Main St.

I love city creek, there are so many different shops to explore. I would definitely rate this mall as a $$$ place to shop but I do love to look. They have good restaurants and sometimes I can find things that I like. I think it's the only place (mall) left in utah with a Disney store (don't hate if this is incorrect). Anyway, worth checking out if you like high end shopping and a fun dining experience.

This is the newer shopping area of down town. Very clean and has options for outdoor seating while dining. Macy's and Nordstroms are the main anchor stores here. The food court has enough choices and should have something for everyone. When it first opened a few years ago, there was a stream running down the middle of the promenade that had trout swimming in it. I have not seen this in a while. Maybe they did away with the fish. For restaurant dining, there is a Cheesecake Factory, Brio Italian, Cafe Rio, and Capital Grill. Parking is no problem as there is an underground garage with plenty of entrances and is easy to navigate.

You know what I love about this mall? How relaxing the experience is. There are rarely crowds, and it's big enough that if there are enough people to form crowd, the design and layout disperses them. They have my favorite stores and have really well designed underground parking solutions. It's not always perfect, but for free, two hour parking, it's hard to beat. There's always shade in the outdoor areas when it's hot, and it's warm in the interior sections during the winter.

👍 Congested and busy parking. U of U Health is predominant, and there are several higher end restaurants. Over abundance of specialty parking not being used, so one must jockey for open general parking spots. The merchants should note that without "normal people" for customers, they would not survive...
