Loved the arcade with quarter games and then cash in to win prizes bonus!

All malls make me reminiscent of the past but they are so depressing now. Maybe it's time to change what we are doing instead of shops maybe online exchange and dressing rooms. Anything to help make it relevant again?

Nice mall. I love the play areas and workout station. A nice variety of food vendors at the Food Court. The Security Team is friendly and professional.

It could use some more stores to fill in where others have left. My family's favorite store Hollister, is now gone. Very disappointed about that. But, overall everything was fine!

Been coming here since I was in elementary school. Not much has changed, but I still love coming here, which has been around 30 years or so now.

Like most small malls, this one is low key and looks like it is dying. It’s very clean though and the food court has some awesome options! Beards best BBQ is some of the best BBQ around, and Wong’s Wok is also delicious and worth checking out!

A once beautiful thriving mall with very nice stores. Covid hit and made into a dying mall. Am so sorry. My heart broke as I walked in my favorite mall l. I loved it more then meadowbrook mall. I wanted my husband to see it l. But I give it 5 stars still. I hope you flourish once again.

A rapidly fading facility. Very minimal customer traffic 2 weeks before Christmas. There are entirely too many closed, unoccupied units. Variety of stores and selections are limited. Speaking with the store operators reveals many concerns as to the attention given towards this mall. Let's hope the right people can eventually enter and create a recovery.

Food court is awesome, unfortunately is kind of dying. Lots of open stores for rent but overall great clean place even for kids and teens

I really dislike online shopping. I am the kind of person that likes to go out and mingle with the crowd and look at all the stores. Thank God malls still exist for that purpose.

When I was a young teen I loved coming here. It was really fun and now that I'm an adult it isn't what it used to be. Times change and although they still have limited store fronts and dining it's still a great atmosphere to bring the family.

Very clean facility. Unfortunately just very limited store options, but it seems to be hards for any Mall around this area to gain back that 90's nostalgia they once had. I miss it!!!

Went to four horsemen shopping and enjoyed the walk and the Sbarro at the food court

This place is like the rest of the malls in America. Dying. They are trying to bring in new tenants mostly big box stores with outside of the mall entrances....they need to tear this place down and build one of those town center developments.

Very clean, store are very well kept. Very friendly staff. And the food court has something for every one

I was really confused by the outside of the mall at first... It looked closed down or something, but inside there is actually a functioning mall with a great play area for little kids, a rental stroller/car thing, and the best part is the thrift store inside the mall! This is a good place to bring little kids to when you can't get outside.

This was the first time at the Mall for me. They have a JC Penney's, Dunham's Sporting Goods, Bath and Body Works, Children's Place, AMC Movie theater, Hot Topics, Rue 21, The Shoe Dept Encore, Victoria's Secret, several restaurants, a very lovely mall. Clean well maintained and slightly busy. The restrooms were clean and staff at various stores friendly. I definitely recommend and I will go back again.

I've spent many nights walking around in this mall as a teenager. I don't get to spend as much time in it as I used to but everytime I'm in it it seems to have a new store or something is changed a little bit. On my negative I can really say about it is that I wish they would bring back the arcade like they used to have when it was along the food court.

Great atmosphere. Reminds me a lot of the Huntington mall in Barboursville, where I recently moved from. Lots of storefronts, a nice food court, a theater near the food court. Basically, its what I expect in a mall, and I like that there were so many unique stores, and not just clothing brands and sports outlet stores.

Rating the mall as a whole is a bit tricky as I've had bad experiences with some food places and the cleanup crew of the mall, but all in all I enjoy my time up there

This mall still has many stores. It is kept clean and security is visible. They have a food court. Go and support before all malls become extinct!

Extremely busy, although it is almost Christmas eve. I love to physically shop , I'm not into all the online buzz. Great stores clean nice to be around people especially with the crisis our country has been in.

Smaller mall with a surprisingly large variety of stores and eateries. Bath and Body Works and Chick-fil-A are only a small portion of what the mall offers, and it's more variety than the other "mall" across town. It was nice to have a smaller mall to go to. I enjoyed this mall and I hope to take another trip back soon when I return into West Virginia.

Love the mall, honestly I wish they had more stores that were open or maybe some stores a bit more lively. It's sad to see this place wither away over the years.

  • 2/5 Justin A. 7 months ago on Google
Mall has gone downhill and the owners and management have done no work to improve or add to the experience. WPG has been terrible in taking ownership of the mall’s issues and has completely left it to rot.

Sad to see the mall fade away recently. Brick and mortar seem to be going out of fashion in favor of online shopping. The American Eagle is a staple for me in the Morgantown Mall.

Love that they added the arcade. Kiddos love it. Oh, and the gentleman on the bungee jumps was FANTASTIC!

  • 3/5 Connor S. 8 months ago on Google
Not very big, unfortunate that it’s one of the “biggest” in Wv. Has a few big name stores including American Eagle, Victoria Secret, and Bath and Body Works. Fairly clean, close to other stores and shopping centers.

if i could give it zero stars, i would. any person employed by the mall themselves, (not individual stores), always seem irritated that they are even there..never any AC so on a hot day (80-90) it’s almost cooler outside. kids play area is always absolutely atrocious and you’re expected to take your kids shoes off to even play in there..nasty. not to mention teenagers sit on the changing tables in the bathrooms like benches which ends up in them being broken and never being fixed..where am i supposed to privately care for my child? i would most definitely call to privately discuss at least the changing tables but no answer…ever! don’t waste your time here. not family friendly or a comfortable environment for your family by any means..

It was a super fun experience, there's an AMC theatre and it's super clean and the chairs recline, the service in general was also very good. The mall itself was nice and also very clean, there were two arcades and a comic book store that was very cool and looked to have live game sessions. There was a nice selection of clothing stores basically everything you would expect or hope to find in a mall. The food court also had a large variety of options and the pricing was fairly reasonable for mall food. All in all a good experience I would definitely go again!

Always enjoy my time at this mall. Wide selection of stores, a little bit of everything. Is well maintained and clean.

  • 3/5 Melissa N. 4 months ago on Google
I wasn't too impressed. Probably the smallest mall I've ever been in. Considering this is Morgantown, I expected much more. Don't let the online map of mall fool ya either, there might have been 20 stores at the most.

During my last trip to the Morgantown Mall, my 9 year old son and I had a blast st Ace's Arcade, he collected 495 tickets within an hour and we loved the one on one time we got to spend! For an early supper we grabbed a few pretzels with cheese Annie Anne's and headed home. A great haunt to walk, shop, talk and munch!

Beautiful mall. The only problem is that it doesn’t have much to offer. Most of the spaces are filled, but they’re mainly just clothing stores.

Went to have an eye exam, speedy and thorough exam, very friendly staff, quite helpful when I was choosing frames, reasonably priced, and i was pleasantly surprised to find my glasses were ready within an hour! Will definitely return. Patronized the food court, had chinese, delicious food with portions that can feed an adult for several days. Fast, friendly, & efficient service. Prices were fair considering the amount in a serving. I would recommend trying if you're in the area.

Great selection of stores.. Food court is strong, but they should have kept Chick-fil-a

  • 3/5 Karthik N. 1 year ago on Google
It's really a boring place but nothing else. Kids activities and fun zones are too limited as there is not much options apart from 2 stores and one bungee jump.

It seems that stores are shuttering slowly. There are enough businesses that people are still shopping and today seemed a little bit busy.

The ladies at Rue 21! We were having payment app issues & they were patient, understanding & baring through it with me while being on the phone for over an hour. We came all the way from PA & I just wanted to take my daughter Christmas shopping.

It’s a shame that large malls like this are losing shops. This one has kept many of its stores open and has an excellent food court and theater

I have been going to this Mall since 1996. I would hate to see it go like a lot of Malls these days. I know it was losing steam for the last 2 years, but I think they are getting it turned around again. Ollies and Dunhams were nice additions to replace 2 of the anchors that left and Buckle, Victorias Secret, American Eagle, Finish Line, Hibbett Sports, Bath and Body Works, and Chick Fil A, are still doing well enough to keep the doors open for at least the foreseeable future. The theatre should start seeing a better business again after the pandemic. It is the better of the two theatres in Morgantown.

Loved it. Great shops and not overly crowded. Be careful though, with Plato's closet and Gabes right beside each other, you may go broke like I nearly did! Great clothes in both stores and great prices

Honestly a decent mall, has a lot of good stores and more that you wouldn’t see at a small mall. Has a food court too just in case you’re hungry 😋. I’d shop here if you needed access to multiple different stores 👍🏼
