A Guinness World Records of the largest and tallest toy timber log structures by Brandon and Landon Aydlett in Guam June 18, 2022. Amazing huh? Kudos to both of you.

Smaller of the 3 malls on island but has several options for retail and a quick bite to eat. Love that there is normally some sort of themed prop for pictures by Ross and something set up in the large center court area.

Conveniently located just down the street from where I live - Agana Heights. It's totally equipped to cover my monthly requirements from paying for bills to processing my Health records/screenings (Docomo/DLS Labs).

Great dining options here with Capricciossa ( try the squid ink spaghetti or carbonara and order the mascarpone cheese bread), Sushi Rock, Panda Express Chinese food, Subway, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut and Wendy's. Ross Dress for Less is an anchor here.

Did not know a MoneyGram (send and receive) service desk was located here until I walked in. Now I know exactly where on Guam I could go to quickly send or receive money from family.

Walk early morning from your hotel, get your coffee from a local, cool inside shopping mall, walk some more around the little town. Sea side or back streets they are all very safe places and colourfull people and very tasty food.

Located in Hagatna:Free parking all around the building. Shopping places inside like Ross, Primo surf, and other small stores. If your hungry, there's Sushirock, Cappriciosa, Korean hot dogs, Cinnabun, Pretzelmaker, etc. Second floor has small shops, musical instrument store, etc.

There's quite few good places to eat. The shopping isn't half bad either, and area around has some touristy spots to site see. All within walking distance.. Just make sure you have your umbrellas for those hot and rainy days!

This place is the only chill mall on the island. Good vibe very laid back. Got great customer service from everyone and every store even tho I didn’t buy anything. The upstairs community shopping area is like a mini flea market the mainlanders or state side folks are used too. Pretty cool never been in a mall this small with a good vibe makes the place bigger then it really is. Check it out if you’re on Guam.

Not exactly a shopping mall anymore. Half the place is restaurants and a quarter of it is government or medical offices. Where's all the shopping?

I only come here to pay my phone bill and get my contacts at ideal optical. I do like how there is a section at the 2nd floor with local businesses that sell some clothes, accessories, and some local stuff. I know that if they put a chuck E Cheese at this location, it would bring a bunch of customers and would be busier.

Can't wait until they put a store where payless used to be. Time for an upgrade! Bring in vendors that the public likes plus more eateries. Otherwise, it may not be the place people want to go. If you are charging too much, you will have empty space... incentives, inspirations, creativity = everybody happy!

Has a little bit of everything you could need... Except for groceries since the Payless has moved out. This is my go-to place for quick gifts.

  • 4/5 Maria Perez Espinoza (. 2 years ago on Google
The experience was better when there was a grocery/Payless was part of the complex. Otherwise, the variety of services is good, but it doesn't invite me to come back because half of it's entrance continues to be blocked and, to my knowledge, the parking in the back is off limits (I think).

The range is pretty limited. There is no indoor good court, any restaurants line the outside of the mall. The second floor especially is quite barren. The market upstairs for smaller vendors is a nice idea to find some more interesting purchases however

It is a small strip mall that has everything. They have a good collection of local fast food restaurants. My favorite is Tokyo Mart they serve mostly sea food. There is a Ross department store and a SM department store on the first floor. There are also several small stores on the first and second floor. There is Express Care & Skin medical clinic on the second floor. Across from the clinic there is Docomo Pacific store. They sell all major brand mobile phones, provide mobile, internet and cable TV services.
