In my opinion, the shopping mall is not designed in the best way possible. It is huge and lacks flexibility, and I always get lost whenever I visit it. Even after several visits, I am still confused about the layout of the shopping centre. It is situated in the hilly Inoorpoopilly suburb, and my friend and I once got lost while driving to this mall. It's even more difficult for people who don't drive because there are several bus stations scattered around the shopping centre. If you try to look up the bus route on Google Maps, you might be guided to a bus station that appears close, but in reality, it's not easy to find, and you might miss your bus. Additionally, if you take a train, you have to walk a few distances to reach the mall, which can be a hassle. Overall, I don't think this shopping centre is a pleasant place to visit. The management should consider putting up more signs to guide the customers to the different areas of the mall. It would be great if they could make it easier for customers to navigate the shopping centre. On the other hand, Toowong Village is a smaller mall, but it's much easier to access, which makes it a better option for me.

Large shopping centre with all shops you could need from budget to high end (except Big W but I guess there's Kmart and Target). First 3 hours is free or 4 hours if you've watched a movie. Make sure to keep your movie ticket as you need the barcode to validate the parking on the pay machine. The amount of car parks and entrances could be confusing at first, you really have to visit a few times to know where you want to park. The same could be said for most large shopping centres though. The layout of the centre is fairly straight forward with most of it being in one direct line except for some shops off the one side on level 2 and/or 3. They used to have a great indoor play area for kids so it's a shame that's now gone. There's 3 play areas in total within the shopping centre although they're quite small and only really suit kids up to 5 years old. One is on level 2 near Target, another on level 1 near donut king and the third is on level 1 near Woolworths. Variety of dining options as well near the cinemas and time zone. They have a hand washing station in the middle of the food court which is great as I've never seen before, and I also noticed a smart recycling bin.

A nice and modern shopping centre with plenty of car park. The shopping centre looks nice after being refurbished. 3 hour free parking for shoppers unless you use Westfield app then its 4 hours and unlimited hours after 5 pm entry into car park or if you validate a movie ticket.

Huge shopping centre has it all, lovely to walk around with small coffee shops scattered throughout for short stops. It's beautifully decorated for Christmas and just a really enjoyable shopping centre to be be in. Lots of kids entertainment along the way. Big food court to put yr feet up and my favourite attraction was comfortable seats and lounges scattered around for us oldies to take a break while the young ones shop.

This centre is world class, with lots and lots of offerings. From groceries to up market brands of your choosing and at not so coastal pricing. Great day out exploring the field heaps to look at and food in the court is something else. Go just for a leisurely shop, who knows what you will find

Indooroopilly has great stores but the escalators have not been working properly for years. Now they have a number of them shut off and with no signs about this, you can walk the whole length of the centre only to have to walk back because you can't get to the next level. And with covid restrictions, only two people are allowed in the elevators at a time so the escalators are pretty crucial. Seriously, don't shop at Indooroopilly.

The official Indooroopilly site clearly stated that some shops are opened today on Xmas day (as shown in the screenshot). Drove all the way there and couldn't get in. One security guard finally came up to the door and said all shops are closed.

Whatever neighbourhood I visit in Brisbane it’s nice and pleasant! They’re all well equipped with entertainment and amenities. Indooroopilly is no exception and the mega mall here is amazing! I we visiting from out of country and rented an apartment nearby. My first time in this mall was an eye opener. Three levels I believe? Tons of stores and eateries to choose from. They have a Target and even three grocery stores. You could spend a day in there! 😎👍

Wonderful range of shops and good food court. However, parking is HORRENDOUS! It took 15 minutes to find a suitable car park relatively close to our destination and then we followed ambiguous signposting to the entry (there was a shorter, safer route). Traffic jams everywhere inside and out on the street. The whole carpark needs to be redesigned and better signposted. I know there are a lot of poorly designed shopping centre car parks in Brisbane, but this one has to be the WORST!

While holidaying in Brisbane for 10 days from Cairns we visited Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on a few occasions & the Centre have a good selection of stores & shops catering for all budgets, cinema complex & many barber salons. Plenty of food takeaways cafes or restaurants to choose from. Excellent bus service from the CBD operating on a regular timetable. Plenty of parking & not to mention Aldi our favourite grocery store not having a Aldi In Cairns.

All the bins are replaced with these - Recycling only the 10c Refundable containers (waste that only generates an extra bit of profit for this mall) and everything else straight to landfill.. including clear plastic drink containers, coffee cups (which should be recycled through SimplyCups), sushi trays, whatever... All extremely common shopping mall waste. Have to carry my recyclables to my home bin now, wrecks a day out shopping carrying my rubbish around.

Great range of shops but most of them are very expensive. 90% of shops are out of the affordable average person but they have many more affordable options like target, big W, k mart,. Myers was empty of staff and stock they even told me other shops to try.( see myers write up,funny cause so bad) has most banks and nab is open Saturdays from 10am to 1.30pm. Permanent closure for 2 months to renew in about 2 weeks. Couldn't find David Jones. Plenty of men's shops cheap and expensive so no excuses men! Has 8 cinemas with gold class on top floor. It's not cheap but has everything you want, you can book online for movie and seat selection plus your own fast track isle to get tickets. Normal line up can be huge, long and people behind you trying to move you forward breathing on you!( HELLO COVID DISTANCE). Plenty of disabled parking and access to everything in shopping centre especially cinemas. Everything is clean and beautiful with not much to complain about except MYERS. The food court has pretty much everything to desire from usual, international cuisine and a fantastic lolly shop. I sneak them into movie, don't tell anyone ha. It has a very very busy post office that does banking. Accross from that is peerless dry cleaning 35 yrs it's been there packed with clothes so it must be good. Now ladies there's a special riskay underwear shop 2 shops past Cafe one. It's called Lady Birdette I took photos it doesn't leave much to the imagination and is very very expensive so if you want to surprise your man and have$$$ then what you waiting for. You get truly beautiful or hot 🔥 underwear. Myers told me to go there cause they had nothing!! Lots of fresh produce outside coles ,meat, vegetables and so on. It all looks delightful but that comes at a huge cost. I can't review everything so if you have any questions remember I'm here 24hrs. Beautiful big shopping centre with something for everyone, very clean and tidy they run around everywhere 😀. December 2022 update. All electrical equipment and machinery not hidden has now been installed, and hidden behind newly painted walls and bright lights that look well done and fancy around NAB and Coles Supermarket.

The car parking staff at Indooroopilly shopping centre are horrendously rude and unhelpful. My coworker had an awful experience this morning at staff parking. She is always made to wait for upwards of 20 minutes to be let into and out of the carpark, but regardless she is always kind and conscientious in the manner in which she speaks to staff. This morning, she was waiting to be let into the carpark, and the gate would not open for her. She called the parking staff and was met with horrific verbal abuse from the staff member who picked up her call. He proceeded to lecture her about the parking and spoke to her in an extremely aggressive manner. She remained calm, but the experience deeply upset and shook her. This isn’t the first time that this has happened with the parking staff. These staff need to be spoken to sternly about customer service. There is never an excuse for verbal abuse.

After an initial failed extension that went too boutique this centre has done a good job at attracting retailers people want to see, Uni qlo, JD Sports, platypus, to name a few, with the addition of almost all majors except big W. Good food both bottom and top, well worth a visit now, if you are there at lunch time treat yourself to something from Andrews meats outside Woolies, everything is good. would be 5 stars if not for perrenial construction

One of my favourite centres to shop at. They do have a large variety of shops from fruit and veges to high end shopping. However, I find some stores come and go...and I don't like the fact that each shop can trade different hours sometimes...if the centre is open as an example from 9am to 9pm then every shop in the centre should be trading to those hours..but that is definitely not the case...its annoying to drive there then find the shop you wanted to go to is closed when the whole centre is still open.

Good shopping centre and one stop shop for almost everything you need. Great variety of food with multiple eateries scattered around, there will be at least one on every level. Be aware in parking lot if you have lifted 4x4 as clearance can vary and change on certain areas (2.2 m drop to 2 m)

We like shopping at this centre. Parking can be tricky but there is a great selection of stores over 3 floors plus cinemas. A new auto mall is an interesting addition that gives you a chance to look over a few brands of cars. The best thing about the centre is the card free parking system which reads your number plate when you enter and leave. Under 3 hours it's free and you don't have to feed a paper ticket into a machine to get out.

I'm definitely going to report this centre to the Queensland Fire Emergency Services. The gate that blocks any escape for fire near the locked gym door and the lifts is a massive fire hazard. You guys need to think before installing things like this. I've taken a number of photos and video of this location. Please remove this gate immediately.

Hated it. The layout was confusing and parking was also difficult, very easy to confuse where you came in due to poor planning of the layout. It's been refurbished but the lighting was far too bright for the shiny floors and full of pretentious over priced stores

Good selection of shops, great cinema, library and public transport access. Better than it was, with additional escalators added - however not nearly enough seating in the shopping areas. If elderly or otherwise struggling mobility-wise, be warned that rest-stops are minimal. I am a reasonably able middle-aged male but have back issues at times, and was very unhappy and frankly surprised that there are so few benches available in a renovated shopping centre.

Good shops, generally decent to find a parking spot, not enough escalators and relies on lifts for entry, which people always hold up for a long time (get an escalator if possible) pretty nice atmosphere and wide aisles making it feel open even if it's really busy.

Fantastic shopping centre for all needs, has everything you could want. Lacks some luxury brands but that’s what the city’s for. Very large and can sometimes be a pain to navigate.

It's freaking huge! Lots of shops, but no craft store, which is what I was looking for. But, apart from that, it wasn't too bad.

A very large shopping Center with a plethora of specialty stores, supermarkets, cinema complex and large food court. We often visited Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and Sunlit supermarket for various choices; also enjoyed casual dining at Won Ton Ton for delicious dumplings and steamed buns! Plenty of car parking spaces when you get familiar with their layout for each level of different shops. Highly recommend! 👍

  • 4/5 denise c. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of specialty stores. Worth checking the parking info to confirm best location for shops you want to use to avoid walking round in circles. Lifts to carpark easier than winding around the escalators!

  • 3/5 Raquel O. 2 years ago on Google
The car park is crazy it is hard to get around and you can get lost in it if you don't go often. They have a large range of shops but I don't like it as much as when it was smaller. They have added a parallel row of shops to the main shopping strip.

Ahhh… where should I start… there’s nothing missing from this huge, elegant and well located shopping centre, to make a shopping dream day come true for everyone! Firstly, you get there easily by train or by bus. But there’s zillion of floors for car parking too. Then… there’s shops for all kind of shoppers, large chains or boutique internationals, food supermarkets, gym, eateries and coffee places, cinemas, beauty services and all kind of services etc etc It’s a whole mall indoors over several floors. Worth a visit, reminds me of Macquarie Shopping Centre in Sydney. And when you had enough of shopping or you just want a break, find a side alley coffee place and indulge in a chocolate macaron with frothy cappuccino. Ain’t bad, hey? 👍

If it's designer brands your looking for then this is a great place to be. So many of the big names found under the one roof. A great selection of fashion of all tastes. A fantastic range of shopping options, you can even make a car purchase in this great shopping center.

Love love love. My favourite shopping hub in Queensland. High standard of presentation, opulent finishes boasts most of the prestigious fashion labels. Fab coffee everywhere! Woollies and Coles on ground, gyms and movie theatre on-site, vast food courts, parking for thousands! Amazing fact ... recycling station within main food court ... outstanding!!

  • 3/5 Sayaz M. 2 years ago on Google
Well established list of stores in the one location. However, parking layout and access can be significantly improved. Also, perhaps, installation of EV charging stations is worthwhile?

  • 4/5 Raz G. 2 years ago on Google
Nice and spacious. We got lost as not familiar with the area. I guess it will be great having a “locating your car” app or service this way is much easier to get in and out faster. Thank you - beautiful presented and lots of options

  • 3/5 Max C. 2 years ago on Google
As far as shopping centres go, the layout just makes no sense. The escalators ( if they are actually working ) are not placed making the trip an annoyance if you find yourself on the wrong level. The carpark was also obviously a complete oversight in design and can be quite frustrating. The only redeeming quality is the shop selection.

I always find an undercover car park. Lots of shops to meet mostly all of your needs. Quick to get to from places west of Brisbane like Toowoomba and Ipswich and other places too as it is not too west of the city and it is near the Centenary Highway. Traffic is likely to get busy in peak times and you don't get too excited going here. But I think all shopping centres are becoming too familiar now. So not my first choice for boutique fashion or an exotic restaurant but ticks all the boxes and more for everyday needs.

  • 5/5 Naithan W. 1 year ago on Google
Have been lucky enough to have visited this centre a number of times, which for myself takes around an hour to get there, dependant on traffic conditions. At this point, my favourite shopping centre/mall. Has great access from the Hwy or city, with multiple parking areas on most sides of the building and multiple levels. Parking is free for the first three hours and in very reasonable parking fee after this time. Should you be there all day, you can have your parking validated, therefore making it free parking, as long as you can produce receipts of certain amount (spend value can vary for this service, so best to check at the information desk) Information desk is located close to the center of the building on the 2nd level. The centre has four (4) levels all accessible via multiple elevators and or multiple escalators located regularly through out. The shopping here I personally find excellent, with a huge selection of quality stores ranging from pop-up shops to hair and nail salons, grocery stores (Aldi, Woolies and Coles), Kmart, JB HiFi, Surf and Skate stores to Mr Toys to name just a few. All stores are located inside the very well laid out centre, with easy access to and from all stores. Multiple public toilets are available and very clean. The centre also has a Cinema on the upper level. A large food court with great selection of foods to suit all are available and multiple coffee shops located regularly through the entire shopping centre. Oh on that, if you just fancy a tea/coffe and a snack, if you haven't tried them yet and you are able to, Brooklyn Coffee and Donut shop is located in the food court area and for me has the best donuts i've tasted hands down and at reasonable prices. A big surprise to me (not having had chance to visit this centre for quite a while) was the addition of an AutoMall. A fantastic idea that basically has a smart, shiny car dealership area. YES, this allows you to visit multiple car brand dealerships INSIDE the centre, superb idea in my opinion. Dealers include Fiat and Volskwagen to Alph Romeo and my personal favourite Jaguar/ Land Rover, brilliant. As mentioned previously, my favourite shopping centre and if you able to, i highly recommend a visit, you won't be diasapointed. Thank you.

I love the range of shops both higher end shops and your general range. I love the variety of food but would love an actual restaurant hub area. As it takes much longer than the allocated parking time to do shopping and have lunch or watch a movie, it would be great if there was longer free parking. I usually spend 4 hours at a time there, 3 just doesn't cut it. This would especially be hand over the major holiday periods.

  • 5/5 Angie D. 1 year ago on Google
I visit this centre at least 3 times a week and have done for many years. Love the variety it has to offer. My only negative is regarding the need to have car showrooms in the centre, I'd rather see more retail shops that don't sell cars and also another post office.

  • 5/5 A C. 11 months ago on Google
This is one of my favourite shopping centres in Brisbane. It offers a diverse range of stores featuring some of the world's most well-known brands. The car showrooms add a unique touch, and the children's play area is a thoughtful addition, making it a great destination for families. The shopping centre also has a premium atmosphere, making it feel like a high-end retail destination. Overall, I highly recommend this shopping centre to anyone looking for a shopping experience that is both enjoyable and luxurious."

The food court is pretty good. I love the fact that this is the only shopping centre I’ve visited that has the washing station in the middle of the court, instead of going to the toilet after to wash your hands. I wish all food courts had this. Staff are all friendly. The Chinese place there is kind of off it’s game. Some things are great and others not so much.

It's a good and big place for shopping. It's has a variety of shops with different services and products. The only one thing that I did not like was the parking. Only the first three hours are free, but it's a big place to be explored in just three hours.

Nestled in the heart of Indooroopilly, Brisbane, the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is a shopaholic's utopia that promises a diverse retail adventure. This multi-level haven hosts a mesmerizing array of stores, ranging from upscale brands to quirky boutiques, ensuring that retail therapy knows no bounds. The fashion-forward will be enchanted by the high-end labels and trendy fashion outlets, while tech enthusiasts can revel in the gadget wonderland that unfolds before them. And let's not forget the food court - a culinary carnival where cravings meet their match, offering everything from tantalizing street food to indulgent gourmet treats. Navigating this retail haven is a breeze, with well-planned layouts that cater to both the shopaholic and the window-shopper. Plus, ample parking and easy access via public transport keep the convenience factor at an all-time high. Nonetheless, brace yourself for peak hours when the center pulsates with eager shoppers, causing popular stores to have wait-lists longer than your shopping list. If you're a minimalist, the sheer abundance might initially overwhelm your senses. In a nutshell, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre isn't just a mall; it's a retail symphony that hits all the right notes. Whether you're a local explorer or a curious tourist, this shopping haven beckons with its siren call of style, flavors, and endless possibilities.

The parking situation is absolutely horrendous, we came for a quick bite to eat on the way to Toowoomba but the car park was grid locked, impossible to find your way out. So much wasted time for no reward

EDIT: Music is back and loud as ever. Very disappointing. This is my local and I'm so glad they've stopped playing the centre music today! It was so loud and unpleasant and made me want to leave after barely any time spent shopping. Wonderful experience shopping in a quieter environment. Hopefully it does not return!

Totally ridiculous car parking situation for 4WDs. The car park starts out at 2.3 or 2.5 m clearance, but then when you try to drive out you find that the clearance gets lower. This car park is so badly designed I actually had to go through the wrong lane in the wrong direction to get out because the clearance made it impossible for my vehicle to pass out through the normal gates.

One of the most beautiful malls, it has four floors, and I liked the place for children to play and wash hands between the tables. This is a more than wonderful idea. Of course, I will always visit it.
