Great outdoor mall. A pedestrian bridge would be nice to get through traffic but I like how open it is. Parking is free for 3 hours... After that it's $25 for the day. The parking spaces are marked by lights so easy to find a open space by a green light above the space. They had a wonderful promotion for Gatorade this weekend giving away free Bolt 24 bottles. Cooled down during a hot weekend of shopping.

This place is so depressing. It's just a cesspool of commercialism and uptight people. The food options in the area are all terrible and very expensive. The retail options are all just cruddy brands with low quality and high prices. Saturated with clothing and jewelers. The only store I bothered getting anything at was Lush and it was the smallest spot unfortunately. Even the public bathrooms in this place are awful. Hundreds of people wandering around and the men's room has two urinals and a single stall. The highlight of the whole place was the fountain by the Nordstrom lol nice fountain. Everything else here sucks and is way over priced for garbage product.

Nice place to relax and shop. The 1st place we went to in Walnut Creek. A full service outdoor mall. Contemporary with everything up to date. My wife and teenage boys enjoyed the plaza. I recommend it for food and shopping.

It’s been along time since I’ve been back to the Broadway Plaza. Prior to the pandemic it was always a nightmare to drive down Broadway and find the stores. Much less parking was a nuisance. Today it is beautiful it is a wonderful plaza with plenty of parking with escalators and elevators everywhere that are in working order it looks clean as well maintain. There is plenty of room to walk and to shop and no longer have to navigate traffic. I will be back.

Broadway Plaza at Walnut Creek is an open-air Shopping Center home to some of the most famous brands in Fashion, Apparel, Cosmetics, Home Stores, Gift Shops etc. Brands such as Nordstrom, Macy, Old Navy, Lulumon, Apple and many more. There are few Cafes/Restaurants such as Tru Food Kitchen, Boudin etc.

Great spot to dine, shop or just walk around. Plenty of parking spaces and it’s pretty easy to find. The shops cover a broad range, so you would definitely find something that is in your price range. The vibe is just perfect for a weekend brunch and walk on weekends

Broadway Plaza is a beautiful, open-air shopping center located in the heart of Walnut Creek, California. With over 80 stores and restaurants, Broadway Plaza has something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a new outfit, a delicious meal, or just a place to relax and people-watch, Broadway Plaza is the perfect destination. One of the best things about Broadway Plaza is its variety of stores. From high-end retailers like Nordstrom and Macy's to trendy boutiques like Aritzia and Free People, Broadway Plaza has something for everyone. You can also find a variety of home goods stores, electronics stores, and sporting goods stores. In addition to its great selection of stores, Broadway Plaza also has a variety of restaurants. And of course, no shopping trip is complete without a little relaxation. Broadway Plaza has a variety of places to relax and unwind, including a Starbucks, a Barnes & Noble, and a movie theater. You can also find a variety of benches and tables where you can sit back and enjoy the people-watching. Overall, Broadway Plaza is a great place to shop, eat, and relax. With its variety of stores, restaurants, and amenities, Broadway Plaza has something for everyone. I highly recommend checking it out the next time you're in Walnut Creek. Here are some of the things that guests have loved about Broadway Plaza: The variety of stores and restaurants. The open-air design. The convenient location. The friendly staff. It is a very lovely shopping center, with ample high end stores and plenty of parking. The first hour is free and after that I think it's only a couple dollars. They keep the center very clean and there are several places to grab something to eat. I've been going to this center for 30 years, and this is by far the best upgrade they ever did. Even the existing Department stores, need major remodels. It's all outdoor so rainy weather can be a problem.

Excellent, I shopped at Macy's and Trisha in the men's watch Department was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect watch that was just right for me.

About as good as a shopping experience as you can get. Nice to be outside too. Street closed to auto traffic too so pedestrians can spread out.

A great shopping mall with great facilities and at this time highly cognizant of COVID19. Hand sanitizer, masks, and reduced store access are all observed here. If you must shop, this mall has been operating in a way that meets and exceeds local guidelines from what A lay person could tell.

Beautiful outdoor and spacious sanctuary during Covid. Great to walk around after work and later in the day from sunset onwards. Gorgeous lighting at night and plenty of high quality stores and restaurants offering take-out. As others have noted, the parking is superb. The first three hours are free and there are plenty of spots.

The plaza has decent collection of stores, the crowd and all of Walnut Creek is full of old, hag, Karens that dont know how to drive, have no regard for other people and stick their nose up above ethnics that have been in the Bay longer than them. Stop giving dirty looks with your windbreaker vests/ jackers and granny tennis shoes. You are not high class.

This is a very beautiful place for tourists where you can visit and see a lot of new opportunities and a lot of discoveries because you are the shops I visited I was shocked at how low prices are not only low prices very good quality is always full of people and always ready to help you choose the right things that you really need I in California gave 10 days to me the last few days are less and I wanted to plan to leave here. Indeed, this is an expensive city, but this is a city that everyone should visit here to see. There are a lot of good quality products and they are very cheap compared to the prices that I seen in England in Germany in the Czech Republic or in other countries

Broadway Plaza has many different dining and retail stores. It’s an outdoor shopping center with a clean and safe parking garage free for up to two hours. If you stay less than four hours you can use your ticket to leave without having insert it in the payment kiosk. Just insert it into the station as you exit in your vehicle. The Broadway Plaza has a Macy’s and Nordstrom and many small retail shops. The walkway is in the center with shops on either side. Sometime during the summer they have a concert series with bands playing outdoors in a paved central area. Bring a chair and arrive early.

I have had phone "issues" on and off for several months now. Decided to go to the Walnut Creek Apple Store which resolved some issues. Still had some carrier issues. Fortunately the Walnut Creek AT&T store is only half a block away. Added bonus, they stay open until 8 pm instead of 6 pm closer to home. Waited about 10 minutes. My expert at AT&T was super helpful and went the extra mile.

Great place to spend your weekend to do all your shopping and try new places to eat. It has been completely renovated, so the atmosphere is nice and everyone is friendly. It's one of the nicest plazas I've been too and that's a lot to say when you have the Concord and Emeryville plazas to compete with it. They have outdoor seating and if you come during the evening it's very well lit. I think they have outdoor heaters too if you're dining.

  • 5/5 Pako Herrera H. 2 years ago on Google
It's a really nice place with a great variety of stores. Not your typical shopping center. It reminded me a bit of Santana Row in San Jose. Great place for walking around even if you're not planning on actual shopping.

Pretty Plaza. Love just visiting and at times watching people in the Apple Fishbowl. Sometimes stop at the Bourgie Nespresso store so I have to be put into my place by standing in line to select coffee and get up sold on sophistication. Its an entertaining experience to watch a $10 sleeve of coffee sold by well dressed sales people versus the super cas(casual) Apple Store geeks. Hahaha... pure entertainment! Not sure about the food places..maybe next time :).

Broadway Plaza is a great shopping spot. Not only are there a great variety of stores to make everyone happy, whether you want to pick up basics for kids are Zara or Old Navy, or if you need a more luxury item from Nordstrom, you can really find a lot. But it's also centrally located in a really convenient place for restaurants and other shops. Our whole family always enjoys trips here, because there's something for everyone.

The jewel of the East Bay! Look no further than to all of the premium stores which have chosen to house themselves here. The area is very clean, I feel safe there, and the Walnut Creek planning commission has done a great job at keeping the stores at only a couple of stories.

  • 4/5 Michele R. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of great restaurants and shops and there's a parking garage that offers free parking for first 3 hours then starts to charge, a bit chaotic as the lights to indicate free parking spaces don't seem to work well, driving through the first four green lights all had cars parked yet didn't turn red. Lots of construction happening right now

  • 5/5 Lisa C. 1 year ago on Google

We enjoyed browsing and shopping at the Broadway Plaza.

  • 1/5 Danny C. 1 year ago on Google
This mall treats the people who work there like they are a burden. They recently changed how there parking worked so that people working in stores now have to park far away in most cases from the store they work at and have to park on the top or second to top floor of the parking structures. This is a slap in the face to employees who come in early everyday and basicly allow this mall to exist. But the mall relegated them to having to walk 10 minutes because they want to safe the 20 parking spots. This is shamefully behavior and shows the disrespect they have for there employees. To be clear I do not work there I just became aware of the situation and it is something they should be told off for. I encourage anyone reading this to also leave a review berating them for this new policy so they may change the policy and return some respect to there workers. Thank you

Broadway plaza is an intimate outdoor shopping experience. Not a large mall, on the smaller side, but grab a coffee or ice cream etc., and enjoy people watching or enjoy passing time with family and friends.

  • 2/5 J S. 1 year ago on Google
All the stores close too early now!! I understand if there’s a staff shortage but how about open later not close early?? Who is coming to the mall at 10am anyway?? Are more people coming at 10 am than 8pm ?? I don’t think so! Plus it is an outdoor mall and it’s hot all freakin day!! It doesn’t cool down enough to go shopping outside until 8pm and that’s when it freaking closes now!! When they changed hours I saw so many people (plus myself) wanting to go to stores but they were all closed… could they at least be open till a reasonable hour on fridays and saturdays?? I guess they hate money!!!

I would say this is probably one of the top four shopping centers in the entire of Northern California. Including some very nearby stores, they have nearly everything here. The only better selection of the stores would be in downtown San Francisco.

This was my first time here and I can say it won’t be my last! The stores are nicely spread out so it doesn’t feel crowded and there are food places spread throughout. We parked in the parking garage and it was only $7 for 5 hours. There are a couple public pianos that anyone can play and there’s a good amount of seating when you need to take breaks. Overall I had a wonderful time!

We used to shop Broadway Plaza all the time since it is close by and USED to be safe. These days DO NOT shop there anytime in the late afternoon and evening due to the crime. Walnut Creek has become a magnet for armed robberies committed by peope from out of town.

HOWEVER... on the day I visited this place with a co-worker we arrived in a big truck. We drove around for too long...
