I enjoyed staying for 12 days in the bungalow room, love the atmosphere here, right in front of our room there were lots of trees and there was also a swimming pool for children and a playground area, the room was quite spacious but unfortunately the AC and mini refrigerator did not function properly. breakfast was okay, room service was fine, the staff were very friendly..

We stayed there for 3d-2n during Idul Fitri Holidays in 2022. In general it is a nice hotel to stay in, and it may very well be the most convenient one in this town although we were opting between 1-2 others. This is because the hotel's location is quite strategic, near to the city and places where you can find something to eat. The rooms are divided into several buildings of which there is an 'old' building with superior rooms and bungalows and the 'new' building with deluxe rooms. Due to the occupancy during Lebaran holidays we only got 2 deluxe rooms with connecting door. The bathroom in the deluxe room is very small and the rain-shower was a bit stuck such that water did not pass its perforations smoothly - in general the door and walls of the bathroom would need more maintenance and cleaning service, but else than that, it was okay. I liked that one can easily connect the 2 single beds to make it a double bed. The hotel's area is vast and they have 2 swimming pools, an irrigation tunnel which acts like a small river, vast gardens which you can explore to do your jog or morning walk. They even have some domesticated animals you can show your kids (sugar gliders, peacocks, pigeons and other birds, fish) but do not expect a farm with horses, cows and goats - those you won't find. Food is okay and the staff are nice, too.. we asked at the reception which tourist attractions we could see but the lady at the front desk informed that she was still new and doesn't know the area yet, but when we wanted to checkout we talked to a gentleman who could give us more information.. well, maybe next time then.. You can easily drive to Salatiga town within 5 mins car drive and find food.. and hopefully you are lucky enough with good weather to make a half-day trip to Telomoyo Mount..

Staying for 3 night with my family, we requested for a connecting door and they give us with the best value. Located near city center, Breakfast is good, gym, swimming pool, even they have their own bakery, and they give us complimentary bread vouchers! Overall great👍🏽

Best hotel in Salatiga, have a short stay with family last week will be a great memories for us. I stayed at the executive bungalow, the room was big enough with traditional javanese touched, clean and well maintain, sincere staff will greet and services you anytime, I got view to the "jungle pool" it's like a private pool to guest who stay at bungalow. the environment and landcaping was also nice, so many flowers and trees surrounding the bungalow make me really comfortable. sport center are available, breakfast also great with complete menu choices. again Laras Asri is the best hotel & resort in Salatiga. special thanks to pak DMia and housekeeping team, I got surprise birthday decoration in my room, really appreciate.

Beautiful, well maintained garden, with nice little bungallows. I loved the light and airy bathroom with shower and bathtub, with marble tops... I'm giving it only 4 stars, because the rooms need a little refurbishing as the walls are already dirty, plus I really didn't enjoy the spa experience. The sheets on the massage bed very filthy, the door handles to the toilet and the shower room were sticky from grease, there was no thought given to the lighting and there was no music. I was listening to the sound of the aircon for the duration of the half hour treatment, which was rushed. The masseur felt like a robot, who did her job asap and left.

Definitely a five star! Well, that's when I stayed as we got the best rate, really value for money! Great experience starting from check-in, the front office staffs were super nice and very helpful. The room was perfect to this standard. All the water, shower, closet, tea, coffee, bed, were very good. Clean room and well maintained. Free breakfast was also nice for this type of hotel, many selections. Parking is also great, enough space when we stayed. Assesible by big bus too. This hotel will be my only choice when visiting Salatiga again.

The hotel was nice but there were no staff in the building I stayed. They only seen in the main lobby which around 100m from my building. Strategic location. Clean room. Food was okay.

We stayed in the new building, taking 3 rooms. The rooms are not very clean. We found some black stains on the bed and pillow. The rooms are not large enough and the worst part is that we can hear clearly any sound made by the surrounding rooms (from above and our sides). The new building felt really cramped and build with low quality. Staff are friendly and polite. We also see that the hotel facilities need better maintenance. Location is good and strategic. Not sure if we want to go back there.... :((

It was nice to stay in and held an event with community here.. But i think the hotel need to improve the breakfast food, less variety to choose

Beautiful venue. Loved food area. Lovely location. Authentic furniture and environment. We came for 5he Mennonite World Conference Assembly. Conference rooms were great for workshops. Pool is gorgeous.

Strategic place to stay if looking for a resort Having a stay-cation this week and it was a nice experience for my family. This place got a good services and the receptionist who respond immediately to the visitors. One of the best hotel in Salatiga

I know this hotel was my sister's favorite when she visited Salatiga long ago. Today, I get a chance to stay for a night, and this hotel is far from what I imagined and expected. I get a room in their new building which is in front of the main building, and it smells like an old room the first time I stepped in the room. Then, I feel the floor is dusty and the sheet aren't clean enough, so I looked for pairs of sandals to put on, but the room has just one pair of sandal (supposed to be 2 pairs, right?). The bathroom...well.. the door of the shower-place is half-missing. The floor has black spots and it looks dirty. When I took a shower, I just realized the hotel doesn't provide a shower cap! The push button on the closet is half-missing, too... oh my. The air conditioner control doesn't work well.... I can't manage the temperature, and the fan. And it's difficult to find plugs! (When I found out where they are, it was hard to open - it's hiding in the desk). I think you should add more plugs near the beds. What happen.... so sad. Please, start to fix things in your rooms before it gets worst and nobody want to stay here.

Great location. Loved the Downtown Location and Atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance. well we didn't simply stay at this hotel for one/ two nights. We even held weeding here as well. Very Beautiful venue. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding. No mosquitos or bugs. Short walk to everything yet nothing seemed crowded. There was plenty of places to go and sit while waiting for the couple to finish taking pictures. Mas Reno helped us a lot with even some very little things. Recommended!

This hotel has 2 buildings, the old one includes bungalows, and the new one is a tower. The rooms are well built, with quality sanitary and bedding. Pool is also decent for light morning exercise. Location is great for tourist, you can get many culinary attractions nearby.

The bungalow has large clean room. The restaurant need to switch to some lighter tempered glass wares especially for room in orders.

Its the better choosen hotel, when i bring the guests from Australia. The Places and the properties and designs are loveable and fantastic allow the guests to understand about the ancient and amazing of Javanese culture event ini one night. The menu of breakfast so manykinds delicious, the hospitality of hotel crews are really nice and respectful. Cant wait to visit and stay again to embrace the wisdom of Salatiga

Rooms were adequate, but in room 3321 the shower devider were broken so the waters spill into the toilet area and make the floor very slippery. It was very dangerous for elderly people and kids. Breakfast was very inadequate for 4 stars hotel. It was like 2 stars hotel bfast and the restaurant staff was inatentive. Has a lot room for improvement.

Fresh air, good atmosphere, huge space for parking area. Landscape and building concept Javanese oriental combine with modetn minimalis . So many plants around. You will find lesson of life quote, motivation quote, wisdom word in every floor in the building 👍 Unique and cozy place

Hotel is fine, according to Google best In Selatiga, they got sky lounge, pool and nice traditional restaurant, serve nice breakfast and beers as well. Huge parking, rooms and toilets are fine.

Beautiful place, but I didn’t feel welcome. The service was average and there were a few oversights in the cleaning of the room (particularly the bathroom). There was a wedding and a school swimming class going on at the same time that we were staying.

I like the landscape, the traditional style lobby, and restaurants is beautiful. They got regular rooms and vila. The rooms is clean, and spacious. Tips: instead of ordering food from room service, go to the sky lounge and bring the food to your room. The food on sky lounge is delicious and cheaper than the food from room service.

The food and room cleanliness could be improved. However, it was fun seeing the animals on display!

We booked a standard room with double bed, and added an extra bed. The main double bed was given with two single bed sheets, and a blanket for a single bed. We found this very late night we we were about to sleep. Bathroom was filthy, with mold on the floor and bidet. Shower stand was almost fallen off. Shower was full of calcification. Refrigerator was not cold. During breakfast, when we left out plates on the table to refill our tea, the staff cleared out all the plates. When we asked, he just said "Oh don't worry just take another plate". Spoke with Mr. Mia, Manager on Duty on 26 Jun, on our way for checkout, no compensation can be given.

Good rooms and good service. The location is also near by the minimarket.

We had our company's anniversary here and all the staffs were very helpful. It's always a great and memorable experience when we spend our time at Laras Asri. Oh, don't forget to also go to their Khayangan Sky Lounge. The ambience is just perfect.

I stay for one night during my trip. I'd share my experience. 1. Location : The location was nearby the exit toll, which was good point for me. 2. Hospitallity : when I entered the shower room, I found that the water sink drain was clogged due to the pop-up stopper was broken. It was about 21:30 LT when I called the CS, I didn't expect the plumbers would come soon. But they came, immediately, and worked quickly so the sink was functioned. That meant a lot for me, since I washed often. Anyway, the registration room was in the Joglo lobby at rear, while my room was at the front building. 3. Room & bed : I ordered a standard room with one large bed. The room was clean, they use floor panels without carpet mat. The size was sufficient, but the shower room was a bit small. A mini refrigerator was installed so was electric cettle. 4. Facility : the room wi-fi was helpful. They have kids friendly swimming pool too. I excluded breakfast, so I can't opine. Conclusion: this is definitely my go-to hotel for trips, but I'd gladly try other hotels around too.

Lovely Hotel , beautiful gardens, pleasant room. Stayed for two nights, disappointed with very noisy company who were playing loud music early morning around the cottages, very selfish

My first time staying here, and it surely was a great experience. I'm contemplating having a holiday stay here, instead of just a night rest. The room I chose was the standard ones, but they were spacious enough and clean. I love the environment where we got to have breakfast outdoors accompanied by lovely traditional music, there was a clean river in the middle of the resort, and a nice walking trek. The sports area also contains a tennis court, half basket court, table tennis, yoga/zumba area in addition to regular gym equipment. Love it!

Good value for money. Breakfast needs much improvement in terms of hygiene.

Smelly bathroom and moist towel (humid), bedsheet also not so clean. Breakfast is ok. Health protocols are not strict (guests are free without mask).

Came here as a “quick escape” since it’s not too far from the city where I live. The building is kinda old with many old stuffs made of solid wood that makes this hotel unique and elegant. The swimming pool is quite large with a beautiful nature view of the surrounding. The foods are great. The service is nice and the place is clean and neat. One of best hotels in town.
