Dear Dr. You are charging 1500/- for consultation only?????? How do you think middle class people will afford? We have very few Neuro doctors in Siliguri & still if you charge 1500/- then people will lose faith on doctors here. People are spending so much money to travel Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad for treatment. You opted this profession to serve humanity so please do that.

I would’ve preferred a negative marking if possible, this is the WORST hospital ever came across. 1. They cannot afford a cleaning staff so you need to walk barefoot from ground reception till ICU 4th floor. 2. You cannot use lift. 3. There is no waiting area for patient party. 3. Non-cooperative staffs and doctors. 4. Doctors are scared to talk to the patient parties if asked about their patient’s conditions. 5. Fully Commercial hospital, they will try to keep the patient admitted as long as possible by scaring you. 6. They just ask for payments but they won’t provide you the diagnostic reports for which you’ve paid. 7. Doctors behave as if they’re God, and only they are allowed to wear shoes and run around the Hospital. 8. Some Dr. Rizvi is so pathetic that he gets irritated if you ask about the patient and starts arguing even in ICU, at top of his voice. ETC ETC ETC Please save your money and your family , look for some other hospitals and doctors🙏🏻

This is a living death for the poor in the hospital. Because there is too much charge. And the behavior of some staff is not good. There is broad daylight robbery in medicine. There is no time to visit the doctor. Patients are overcharged. bad experience

Very bad experience! ₹1500 consultant charge, and not a word from a doctor. Wrote 3 test, ct scan, ecg and xray. Some guy took the prescription and later handed the prescription with all sorts of blood test(not doctors handwriting). Paid the bill for 3 test in the opd billing counter(₹4700). And the rest blood test had to pay at different counter (₹6200) and they provided a manual bill. Wondering how much commision is charged by the management from the pathology unit(not hospitals). And who is the guy that adds all sort of blood test in patients prescription? Congested patient waiting room. And who walks around in hospital with barefoot? Nursing staff please be more polite and lower your attitude, we come to pvt nursing hospital hoping for better services and timely patient care. And pathology unit is unhygienic, same place you bill the patient and you collect the sample and its heavily crowded. Organize dear management before some mishaps occur.

I had been admitted here in serious condition, but the way the doctors and Nurses took care of me, i became fit and healthy in 8 days. The Nurses were really freindly ad took care of me like a baby. Thank you For your care, God bless you .

Though it’s not so clean as expected but after all the only thing that matters is how they take care of the patient. It is the best neurological centre for neurology patients today my dad and sister is alive and thats all bcz of Dr. Malay Chakraborty. I am so thankful to him he is really a god in human form. The treatment went really well operation was successful the doctors and nurses were very good. All were very helpful. Long time back my sister had an accident where she had to go under 170 stitches on her face and yes it was Dr Malay Chakraborty and today it is also him who saved my dad. Well u all know now so I don’t wanna say anything much. Yes I accept the quality is not good about the hospital but it’s the best in Siliguri and I would suggest people to come and visit once. Your family will surely get well here😊 Thankyou Dr. Chakraborty for not letting me lose the most precious, prestigious part of my Life.

In this hospital if you come for a doctor visit and if he advises you to do few test reports than the staff of OPD urges you to do all test reports in the hospital itself and they say that doctor won't see outside report.......is it so necessary I just can't get it

worst hospital...general ward is very scary...even a healthy person will fall ill in this hospital. Your money will be wasted and treatment will also not be done properly.
