Very bad experience, first of all receptionist are very illiterate and unprofessional, they doesn't know how to co-operate with patients. We waited for approx 6-7hours over there for a normal 2 test to happen, I am suffering from kidney infection on that condition I was there since 7hours, they didn't even pay attention to us and also when all the test are done they make us wait for another 20 mins without any reason 2nd most important thing , nowadays urine culture report come within 3to 4 days and also less than that. But this people again make us wait for 6days, 6 days for a report to come and I was in such a bad condition , doctor already told us to collect urine culture report and come for a checkup, this is how they handle patients. People will die just for this kind of careless and unprofessional act. Please I recommend don't go this healthcare , this gonna make our patient life on stake

Disgusting place, there is no Ladies toilet here, same toile bathroom is used by both ladies, and gents.... I was harassed cause of this.... Never come here, there are other good diagnostic centre available nearby...

Dr Sandipan Paul is an very good radiologist. His Diagnostic Regen Healthcare is one of the best Diagnostics I have ever visited . Staff behavior is polight and understanding . I got my test report very quickly from there. Thank You Regen.

This Regen healthcare give false report to patients.few days ago and my wife visit for HSG test and they say doctor not available but we do the process then they do process of X-RAY HSG with staff one men and one lady they are not professionals and they say collect ur report after doctor come even 8pm around then we collect report next day morning and after see our report our DR. Kavita said this is false report how did they give incorrect report and then she call regen Doctors about report.. our experience is so bad. Maybe this is Regen first mistake but as a patient our experience is bad doctors not available at same time whenever u go in a day time or even time.. we go two times there and staff said doctor not here he's outside he come after hour.. this is our bad experience.. !!

Yesterday I visited with my wife for treatment in but in view of all Dr were just looking for money they dosent care for patients and their Problems..they came and take just few minutes and ran away ..I prefer everyone not to visit in that clinic ...disgusting

I have come here to receive my report and I gave my outstanding amount to the lady who was in the counter but she was so rude as if she was doing favour to me.The remaining amount to be paid was Rs.1450/- she argued to give me Rs 50/- in a very very rude manner.

PATHETIC !!!!!! Staff behaviour is very bad and provide inadequate information. We had to wait 2hr for an USG and another 2hr for report ( other centre provide USG report within 20mins). Our report was ready but they made us wait unnecessary. Honestly I ve never been to a such a place. Such a horrible experience. I would nvr advise anyone to visit this place. Overall PATHETIC, PROBLEMATIC, UNHYGIENIC, NON COOPERATIVE, HORRIBLE !!!

They just don't care about the patients. They take too long during their break time even if the patient's condition is getting worse.

Regen health care and diganostic centre is a very famous diaganostic centre in siliguri. Various tests like USG, CT SCAN, MRI, all kinds of pathological tests and many more tests are done under one roof. Dr. Sandipan Paul of Regen health care is a very famous radiologist and a good human being

I am only rating cs there is MRI facilities.this center is very unhygienic and dirty u cn compare this to railway stn infact railway or bus stop is very clean in compare of REGEN diagnosis.

Lab staffs are very expert . Very quick report delivery. Collection room is good .

Very bad Behaviour & experience I faced in this Diagnostic centre. Waited for my USG Test since morning 9 AM. The people here even don't know when the test will start. The Doctor who was going to conduct the test arrived at 12 noon and completed the USG test of 3 patients in 10 minutes including me. This is how they are running their Business/Centre
