Very Good ambience & Service Abhishek’s behaviour & promptness really made us happy .

The hotel is very nice, stuff is very good and well behavior, specially Nirmal is a very good in all service, he help me all time in my all program, also all service boys is well.

Service & stuff very good, but vary bad cleaning.. bathroom false ceiling break.. food is good. Pool & other think also good. But one thik there review is make themselves. They take guest phone & make review himself..

very bad place ,no view point ,main roadside ,bad service ,we were totally in loadshading and waiting for the electricity but no response from the hotel management ,costly food ,you have to bring the food from outside market ,swiming pool full of bug

One of the best Resort available in Chalsa. Very good, clean rooms, Staffs are very well behaved and their services are also very good. A nice swimming pool available for relaxation. Food quality is decent.

Okay so we stayed there with family and my experience is not at all good. Rooms are not maintained. Scraps are scattered here and there.. Strange thing is that in our bathroom there was no normal tap water connection.. only bathtub for bathing.. Food was extremely overpriced. They agreed to provide us complimentary breakfast but there was not much option. The worst incident happened was we suffered 45mins of power cut situation with our two year old baby but they failed to manage any power backup.they didn’t even bother to provide a single candle. I asked for some water which was provided about after an hour..Overall one star from my side.The staff wants to take my phone and review themselves which I denied and writing my own experience.

I had stay with my family on Nov'23. I have the following reviews during staying:- 1. Rooms are clean and well maintained. 2. Room service was also good. 3. Swimming Pools facility was good but to be more attention to be required in maintenance. 4. Last of all the staffs are awesome, they are so familiar and well behaved 5. The Food quality is very good. 6. They have own arrangements for jungle safari. Overall beautiful experience.

The overall experience was so wholesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Had fun in the swimming pool and the night barbeque was a treat. Would definitely return for a second holiday.
