The
Coronation
Valley
Apartment
is
located
around
1km
inside
of
the
salugara
market.
It
is
in
the
perfect
place
if
you
need
balance
between
city
life
and
countryside.
It
offers
various
flats
starting
from
around
30lakhs
(2bhk
/3bhk)
.When
I
bought
the
flat
it
was
well
furnished,all
painted
,all
bulbs
intact
and
bathrooms
up
to
date
.
They
also
provided
us
with
curtains
which
was
nice
of
them.
The
manager
and
caretaker
lady
is
always
around
the
parking
area
if
you
have
any
queries.
The
terrace
is
massive
and
good
for
just
casual
chilling
and
seeing
the
view.
Mahananda
river
is
just
about
500
mts
away.
So
the
view
from
the
terrace
is
nice.Overall
it's
a
nice
apartment
with
great
people
and
amazing
home
vibes.If
you
don't
own
a
car,
you'll
find
rickshaw
till
salugara
easily.
The
best
part
about
this
apartment
specially
for
me
is
that
it
avoids
traffic
towards
siliguri
since
it's
in
salugara
itself.
When
travelling
from
Gangtok
and
places
towards
that
side,
it
makes
it
much
easier
to
just
take
a
right
turn
before
salugara
market
and
reach
your
apartment
and
avoiding
unnecessary
traffic
coming
from
siliguri
.Great
location
for
me
.
Thumbs

Cons
:
Very
little
mobile
network
of
any
provider,but
eventually
it
will
not
be
a
big
problem
later
on
since
the
providers
are
constanly
improving
their
network.Had
to
put
on
wifi
for
work.
Lots
of
construction
going
around
resulting
in
a
lot
of
dust
.
Also
will
soon
be
over.
Lifts
/swimming
pool/gymnasium
etc
are
yet
to
be
built
but
have
designated
areas
dedicated
for
it.
