Today I went and got myself a burger menu with an extra nuggets and 2 Sunday icecreams. All this was takeaway because I'm a truck driver and had to be a clients place at a certain time. My order was given to and I automatically dashed off to be at the cliente in time. When I arrived at my cliente, there I was able to eat what I ordered and my disappointment my 2 ice cream sundaes weren't given. Its not the first time went to this BK, but now its definitely the last, the kids behind the counter were more interested in there talking and laughing and don't even check the costumers order if it complete. No responsibility at all

If i could put a 0 for this Burger King, i definitely would. We waited for more than 50 minutes to have our meal. Do y’all even understand the concept and the definition of FAST FOOD, or is it too complicated for y’all? I’ve never seen a more useless staff than this one please, it’s so embarrassing for you btw. Maybe get quicker cause i was even asking myself if there was a manager of this team cause they all sucked please. Anyway, don’t come here to eat, it’s an awful place lmao.

The food was ok, but you have to pay for ketchup and it is not possible to order in the paywall (only mayonaise), so probably they sell the ketchup black. Other Burger Kings, in Spain (for example in Burgos) you get the ketchup for free, like all other fastfood restaurants I ever been. The playking also didnt work, so no place for the children to play.

The servicing is terrible. To be served a standard hamburger I had to wait 24 minutes. With only one staff ahead of me they had lost two hamburgers and also lost almost the same amount of time. So I do not recommend it

Dirty place, uninspired food and zombie workers. Depressing, awful.

Worst place ever! The staff is not professional. Lazy and makes a lots of mistakes. For a simple order as Coffee and nuggets, they even can do it wrong. Waiting time more than 15 minutes and no other people in the shop. If you can pass by, pass by fast!

The staff in hear are great they really helped me even though I can't speak spanish , and I felt no discrimination for being English, however when I walked in there was literally 40 teenagers all hovering around the entrance and inside by the machines and the counters. With corona virus around this is the worst look ever . The teenagers were rude a d I was literally pushed by a girl with two hands when I was waiting in the queue because she thought she had the right to cut in front of me as she was waiting outside before I got there. I waited 35 mins for a whopper burger . Just the layout I guess of the place has much to be desired.

Vom Essen das Schlimmste, was ich bei Burger King bekommen habe. Pappiges Brot, Schinken ohne Geschmack usw. Aber das Personal ist weltklasse zu Kindern

We ordered (and paid for) two burgers and extra large chips for takeaway. At home we discovered that they gave us small chips, instead of extra large. Unacceptable
